FLOOR PLANS

I think this company is embarassed by the quality of work that was done in my home in Michigan. I have spent 3 weeks away from my home in California to try to get them to fix the work that they did here in Michigan! I had to babysit the contractor's 6 year old son while he poorly installed the flooring. The company needs to send out a qualified installer to come out and fix the issue. The ineptness of this company is tragic! He keeps sending this installer out to my home and he needs to send someone else out here who knows what they are doing! The installer was here with his son from 8:10 am to after 9:30 pm. After he was finished with the install, he informed me his mother would not approve of the job that he did. I asked him if he thought he did a good job. He said, "No." He sawed off bottom portions of my molding and took the divider that runs from the doorway to shave it down a half inch. He still hasn't returned with it yet. The installer informed me that he knows how to do the job, Chris Bentley, but he isn't appropriately licensed. I have a feeling he refuses to come back to the home because I know he isn't licensed now and I will be reporting him to the appropriate authorities. The floor is all bumpy and bubbly. The kitchen is a square with one indentation. The kitchen seems to be okay. He put plywood underlayment in there. I ran into Wayne, the installer's assistant, who informed me that he no longer works for the company. I don't know the details, but with this inferior work done by Chris Bentley, I have felt violated!!!
