We are quite sorry to hear that you weren't pleased. The end result is beautiful, and you had mentioned to us in multiple emails that you were satisfied with the installation of your multi-story roof and gutters. Hello, We are quite confused why this matter is being brought up online. The judge awarded us what was fair, and you were NOT awarded your false pretenses. Additionally, we were all informed in court, when we agreed to return minimal costs to you for your troubles, that this was to be laid to rest, and our company was NOT TO BE HELD liable, harassed, or slandered. You have directly violated this order! For the record, you were our 1st claim ever, of such false nature! Your accusations in this review are all false. We are sorry that you are having such a hard time accepting that your home's foundation has issues, which cannot simply just be resolved with a gutter system. A gutter system is installed PRIOR to foundation issues, to help prevent them, not as a resolution to foundation concerns. In the pictures you provided, they are spike-and-ferrel gutters, which we don't even install. That is not our work you are showing in a picture, and you neglected to have your gutter system cleaned each fall. There was only a small amount of footage of covers installed, and this was on the opposite side of your home from the wall concern. We made a very large, clear bid, for what your home needed in order to address your water concerns at the property. However, you opted to only purchase $400 worth of band aid repairs, and were hoping it was going to solve your foundation issues. If anyone does their research, they will see that the amount services you purchased were not going to resolve your homes foundation issues. The reason the judge DID NOT AWARD your requests, are because they are out of line. We are again, very sorry that you don't understand the scope of this matter, and we do wish there was a way to resolve your concerns. We would be glad to share the details of this file with anyone interested, and we are confident that the community would be able to see the truth behind this all. We are so sorry to hear that you are so disappointed. We were quite happy with the results of the project, considering the numerous obstacles that appeared as the project transpired. It never is easy when a project becomes more than what a customer was hoping for, this is an unfortunate, and uncommon occurrence, in our industry. When hidden problems with a home are revealed, such as rotten wood, we do wish we wouldn't have come across them, however, as a licensed builder in MI, our ethical duty is to bring them to your attention, and give you the chance to put a remedy in place. We would have loved to address issues and concerns, however, none were brought to our attention until significant time had passed. We would still love the opportunity to address your specific concerns. Most importantly, I think our seven trips out staff members made to your home, prior to comencement of last steps to the work, were our attempt to ensure that you understood the scope of work.
