Creekview Wood Floors

The floors look great. Better than imagined. Chris was fast on time and work with my schedule. We have recogmended him already.

Chris did a great job on my floors. He got my job scheduled quickly and worked to get everything done in 1 day as requested. He showed up on time, kept the dust and mess to a minimum. I'm sure he would have done a more exacting job if I had given him the chance. I've already given his name to a number of people!

At first we had a problem with the finish due to humidity issues, but Chris came back out - on memorial day no less - and made it right. We're very pleased with our floor and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Great Lakes Wood Floors was prompt to respond to my request for quote and gave a fair price for the work. They completed the work quickly, and our floors look gorgeous. We'll definitely use them in the future if we need wood flooring work done, and will recommend them to friends.

The small kitchen floor that needed refinishing was a small nightmare. These guys scratched my dining room floor when moving the refrigerator and stove out of the kitchen. They reluctantly took the scratches out and it doesn't look bad now. When they left on Friday the floor had thick, high and low, marks in it like a broom had been used to apply the finish. Chris agreed that it wasn't done right and came back on Sunday to move the stove and refrigerator back and he resanded the floor and took out the marks but left scratches from the sander showing in the floor. We didn't notice it yesterday when we paid him but it is very obvious today. They also damaged the paint on our front doorstep with their equipment somehow and we will need to repaint it. We would not recommend them to anyone. Sincerely, Clayton E

The floors turned out incredibly! Chris used a dustless system and there was no trace of dust anywhere in the house. His price was competitive, he completed the work on time, and he was easy to schedule. In fact, the plumber and electrician I had in the house working was so impressed they took Chris' business card for their own use!

Sanded, stained, and coated oak kitchen floor. Sanded beautifully - took every nook and corner down to clean raw wood. Absolutely NO Dust. Finished with a new product that leaves a beautiful finish on the floor. Very able and scrupulous craftsman. I recommend.

The floors of this old house came out beautifully. Chris also repaired a section of sub floor and made it look as good as the rest of the refinished floors. Chris' work at the transition from newly finished floors to older areas very good. He obviously takes pride in his work. I was pleasantly pleased that he would travel into my community.
