NOT DEPENDABLE. I requested an estimate for the repair of sliding glass doors, which was answered in a reasonable amount of time; however, at the time of the estimate, I was told that it was necessary to order parts, which would take about a week to come in. I waited almost 3 weeks and called, only to be told that the front office had made a mistake in the order. No apologies and clearly no attempt to contact me to let me know that things were delayed. I waited an additional 2 weeks and finally called them up to get the original parts back. I ended up using someone else who were much more responsive and professional. Bottom line: although the job was big, THEY ACTED AS THOUGH THEY DIDN'T WANT/NEED THE WORK.
