Grand Valley Tree Service

These guys are shady, and ultimately took my money without completing what I paid for. I paid them to remove 2 trees as well as having both stumps ground. They were quick to come cut, but ended up leaving 3-6 inches of the entire tree stump above ground after grinding. It would seem that a professional tree service would be able to grind a stump below ground. After contacting them, I was promised that they would have a crew come and regrind. A month passed and now one showed. After another phone call I was promised that the owner himself would personally come and get the job done the following week. Guess what.... That never happened. Since then phone calls and text messages have gone unanswered and the owner is simply ignoring me. Two months of leading me along. Ultimately I had to fork out more money and have a different company finish the job that I paid Grand Valley Tree Service to do. potential clients beware, this guy is a crook and will leave you out to dry.
