We called for an estimate and he called back within a day. We made an appointment for him to come out on Sunday around 1. We waited for a few hours and he hadn't arrived so we called to see if he was coming. He said he had stopped by earlier because he was around, but he didn't look at what we needed specifically looked at and he said he would drop by another time but as far as I know, he didn't. The first problem was that if you come early, at least let us know so we know not to wait around for you. There was no indication he had even been here and we were waiting for him to come still. The second problem is that he never came back. So we dropped it and had another company come.

They showed up on time and they came every day at a decent hour and stayed until the middle of the day. My only complaint that they needed to be more acclimated to weather conditions because they didn't have water and it was very hot outside. I didn't mind bringing them ice water but I thought that maybe they should of been more prepared for that. Other than that they did excellent work, and my husband though it was top notch work. I would use them again and I would recommend them.
