RYAN HOMES INC

I was looking at new homes to be built in Maryland. I came across a community that was just beginning to establish itself. I was nervous about the costs and unsure of the model that I was choosing. The next day I drove down to see a different model at a different Ryan Home community. While at that model, the location salesperson tried to convince me of trying her community. I realize that all locations have sales personnel, but I found it a bit disheartening and unprofessional, especially because she keep trying to convince me. I found it ignoring and I didn't feel like I was able to be comfortable in that situation. I went back to the previous location and worked with that salesperson. It was late in the day and I did not realize how many initial decisions I had to make. I put in a tentative offer, but later cancelled it. In the process, I had found another builder that 'included everything' - which I really loved. Of course, now it's 3 years later and I WISH I had selected a Ryan Home due to their reputation! And all of warranty items that they stand behind, unlike my current one.
