Description of Work: Ronaldo contacted me quickly to set up an appointment after purchasing the deal. He took the time to ask in advance about any areas of the car that needed special attention. I think this helps him plan for bringing the right equipment/products and to try to allot the appropriate time in his scheduling. On the day of the appointment he was delayed at the previous appointment with unexpected work, but he kept me apprised of the delay by phone. He did a great job on the car and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction when he was done. I would not hesitate to use DXG services again.

Description of Work: DXG came out to my house and did a thorough detailing of my 19 year old Acura. When they were through the car sparkled like a jewel. The guys put in a great deal of time and effort to make sure |they cleaned every surface. A terrific job.

Description of Work: Provider called day of service to say his truck would not start but he was trying to fix it. I had to call him back in the afternoon because he hadn't called. He was still working on it. Then I got an email saying my appointment was cancelled. I called the number on the email but it was a different provider who told me he would check on it. On Saturday I got a call from the original provider who was very apologetic and said he is borrowing a truck and will come this morning. When he came he was exceptionally nice and did an excellent job. I have recommended him to my sister-in-law.

Description of Work: They were great! Only thing that was a slight issue was that I didn't realize that vacuuming the trunk was not included in the service. That's fine, but they could have maybe made that more obvious from the outset.

Description of Work: I could not have been more pleased with this experience. The young man was quickly responsive on the phone, polite, and very punctual the day of service. I believe the job was challenging -- a very dirty car that had not had attention in a long time. I could not find anything that he missed, and the auto wound up looking the best it has since I bought it.
