I'm sorry we didn't provide you with a superior service experience. I conferred with our service manager Vic. He told me that, he called you back and offered you an earlier time slot that you declined. Vic also mentioned that we then, cheerfully refunded all your money. Unfortunately, when we installed your HVAC system in the tight utility closet area of your condo, the heat from the brazing process activated the sprinkler head. Our Md State Master HVAC technician took proper precautions to avoid it, but it activated anyway. This HVAC Master Technician has over 30 years experience installing HVAC systems and this has never happened before. I can tell you, he was VERY upset about it himself. Our insurance company provided all the cleanup coverage. After we submit a claim to our insurance company we are then instructed by the insurance case manager going forward how to proceed.
