Description of Work: neighbor and I went in on a packaged deal - 2 yards, 2 fences. We bought the wood for fence and gates. A few different areas where fence was installed wrong. For example - put a post right under down spout / they also crushed down spout. Got measurement placement of fence all wrong. build all 3 different gates *** wrong *** and falling apart a year later. They took well over 5 plus hours to install chicken wire when it was max a 1.5 hour job. Then he argued with me and tired to charge me an extra $300 on labor of chicken wire install. I literally watched his 2 guys guys take their good ole time installing it all the while smoking a dozen or so cigarettes. Every cigarette butt ended up in may yard., I ended up firing them. Owner took it upon himself to prune hydrangeas for free in order to shore up new business - he over pruned them. Terrible on fence building....

Description of Work: I have used Brodie's Home Improvement a couple times over the last two years. Brodie is very professional, and given my previous experience with contractors - very prompt and trustworthy. He does great work for a fair price, and will recommend him to my family and friends. He has laid flooring throughout my home, and completed a renovation of my kitchen cabinets.
