Description of Work: Came after hours on an emergency basis to clean and repair a stopped drain. Knew going in that it wouldbe expensive. They were efficient, skilled and very pleasant and I have every intention of using them again.

Description of Work: The plumber came on time and did a great job. Four jobs. I had three for him, but he found an important 4th job to do and did it. A year's worth of plumbing problems all attended to at once and well done.

Description of Work: 20 or so year old hot water heater's output line was partially obstructed & heater tank needed draining to remove sediment causing bubbling noise. Tech did that AFTER unclogging a floor drain that I spent 40 years thinking was nonfunctional. All work was done timely, neatly, and with full explanation of what might happen next and what to watch and listen for given the age of the heater.

Description of Work: We had six mini split A/C units installed. The installation went well, and when one of the units was rattling, they came right back to fix it.

They explained what they were doing and talked to me about how I could be proactive and prevent this from happening again. They also identified a few important plumbing facts about my new (very old) house. They were fantastic.

Description of Work: We have been using TEC for years as our plumber . They had been out several times to handle a toilet/waste line back up problem in our basement toilet. The last time, five months ago, it was in response to a major back-up in the basement that cost us many thousands of dollars to repair. They came out again today and wanted to charge us full price and service charge again to handle the same problem (toilet backup for a very lightly used toilet) with no hope that we were actually solving the problem. I felt that they should have charged me substantially less, to handle the same problem again. There response was that they did not warrant their work. I found someone else who did the work at a considerably less cost.

Description of Work: Troubleshot leaking 15yo water heater and replaced it, brought system up to code by installing new valve and larger chimney exhaust. | |Service was great- snow was on the ground and many companies couldn't make it out for days. TEC was responsive and very professional. They provided an estimate and replaced the heater the next day on our schedule. Edwin was very pleasant and professional and he cleaned up the install site afterwards. And the company was great about letting me know when he was on his way, both days. | |They will be our first call for plumbing needs from here on out.
