Super--quick and efficient

Top notch. Hector, the plumber, was fantastic. He was so nice and thorough. Fixed everything perfect, even showed me how to turn on my electric fireplace (it's a new house to me and I didn't know how to do it) and gave me ideas how to make my ice-maker work. They fixed everything in an hour and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again and ask for Hector. I was so pleased with the experience.

Very responsive, came within a couple of days to give us an estimate, except didn't send the right guy, but acknowledged that and sent within 24 hrs another guy who knew exactly how to deal with our problem. Martin, the guy who came, was very knowledgeable, professional and effective with installing our unusual wall hung toilet. They did cost about twice what I was hoping to spend but at least the toilet is installed and it took Martin, from Thomas E. Clark to do it. I would definitely call them again for a job that requires real professionals!

They are prompt and do quality work. The boiler had some initial setup issues, but they were good about coming out and making adjustments. I highly recommend them for service and price. They are also friendly and easy to deal with.

I received a quote, though I apparently didn't need one. Wanted to make sure that I had all the necessary parts for the jobs to be done. After agreeing to the cost, I was able to schedule the work to begin in 2 days. The plumber who came, Martin, was very helpful, positive and confident. He had a fresh approach to my requirements and finished the larger part of the work in 2 days. Our house is over a 125 years old. Is often met with negative comments about the difficulty of doing the work I require. The plumber was prompt, cleaned up after himself and helped me to sort out my extra parts and order additional pieces. A real pleasure to know I have a reliable company to call on when I need work done.

The estimator was very responsive and professional; he came on time, did a thorough inspection, answered questions and returned calls, and provided an estimate that was in line with a second estimate from another company. However, he also assured me that they would also move a thermostat, but didn't include it on the written estimate. The installation was almost perfect; the boiler delivery was slightly delayed, which delayed the installation. The workers stayed to finish it, though, one worker missing his evening class to do so. They ran out of time and couldn't install the digital thermostats so they gave me 2 temporary replacements. The next week they came back to finish, but insisted the thermostat couldn't be moved. Luckily, another contractor here on a separate project was able to show them how to do it; if he hadn't been here to work it out, I would not have gotten what I wanted.

I use them a lot - they may not be the cheapest (plumbing seems to never be cheap, regardless of who it is) but I have always had good service from them and will continue to use them.

Thomas was courteous, instructive and a real pro at his work. He worked quickly and efficiently. He checked all the faucets and toilets in the house for leaks and left me feeling reassured that everything was working okay.

The service I received from Thomas Clark was flawless. When I called initially, the receptionist was courteous, knowledgeable & clearly explained my options: purchasing the replacement disposal and insta-hot myself over the internet and having them install, or purchasing the equipment through Thomas Clark (which I ultimately did due to the better warranty options). The plumber (Thomas) showed up right on time, was friendly, clearly very experienced and more than happy to answer my numerous questions. He took the time to show me multiple disposal models off the truck to compare size vs. horsepower vs. price. He installed both units without a hitch, and carefully tested three separate times for any leaks. He also noticed a couple of minor fittings that had worn out that he replaced at no charge. I really like Clark's fixed rate pricing model. There are no worries about how long the installation takes. This is my third time using T. Clark, and I would recommend them enthusiastically.

Inspection was not as thorough as I hoped. Technician said the other things I wanted done (checking for dirty coils and blower cage, etc.) could be done on another visit. I have made four phone calls over three days to clarify what would be done when I schedule another visit, and they have not been returned. So, I did not get what I wanted, and I don't think I'm going to.

They came out one day after I called, and performed the work in less than two hours. They arrived in the middle of the three-hour window I was given when making the appointment. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves.

They were punctual and professional, and they worked quickly.

Excellent. The job took 3 days. They called before they came to say they were coming and showed up on time. They were very nice guys, very professional, and did a great job. I thought that the overall price for the job was a bit higher than it should have been, but I chose them instead of a cheaper quote because the guy who did the estimate for me (Aldo) was very professional. He impressed me by not giving me an estimate on the spot, instead he said that he didn't want to say until he could work up the numbers in his office properly. On the plus side, the estimate was the cost, not a penny more or less, which is nice. The guys who did the job were also happy to answer questions for me, and they did a great job at keeping me (a moderate "do-it-yourselfer") informed of what was going on and so on. I would definitely hire these guys again.

Thomas Clark may be a very good company, but this one serviceman named Richard was not good. He would go out to the truck and stay 10 or 15 minutes on multiple occasions for a simple job.

THE WORK DONE WAS VERY NEAT AND EFFICIENT. THEY CAME WITHIN A DAY OF OUR CALL AND HAD A DISPOSAL THAT WE COULD PURCHASE FOR INSTALLATION. WHEN THIS SUBSEQUENT DISPOSAL LEAKED, THEY CAME OUT THAT DAY TO REPLACE THE FAULTY PART.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY CAME SO FAST AND BECAUSE THE CHARGE FOR THEIR SERVICES WAS MUCH LESS THAN I EXPECTED. THEY DID EVERYTHING RIGHT AND QUICKLY AND I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE.

THEY HAVE A FIXED BEGINNING SERVICE CHARGE SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR TRAVEL TIME. THEY CALL YOU BEFORE THEY COME TO LET YOU KNOW THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY. THEY CAN ALSO REPAIR HOT WATER SYSTEM RADIATORS.

I WOULD REFER THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS. THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND, FRIENDLY, PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH, AND FINISHED THE WORK IN A TIMELY, EFFICIENT MANNER.

THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY. THEY REALLY DO EXCELLENT WORK. THE WORKERS ARE VERY PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY REALLY CAME THROUGH IN A PINCH. THEIR SATURDAY RECEPTIONIST WAS SUPERB, AND THE WORKERS THAT THEY SENT OUT WERE COMPETENT AND KIND, ESPECIALLY UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND THEY DID REPAIR WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPAIR. THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. THEY HAVE DONE OTHER REPAIRS IN THE PAST FOR US.

THE GUY DID A GOOD JOB. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND GOT TO IT. HE ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THE DRAIN WAS WORKING AGAIN. HE GAVE ME A GOOD ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK AND THERE WASN'T ANY HIDDEN CHARGES.

THIS COMPANY OFFERS COMPETITIVE RATE. I LIKE THE FAMILY ORIENTED NATURE THEY HAVE. THEY WERE VERY QUICK IN CORRECTING MY PROBLEM GIVEN THAT IT WAS IN THE DEAD HEAT OF THE SUMMER. I REALLY NEEDED AIR AND THEY SATISFIED MY NEEDS VERY WELL.
