The installation went smoothly, and the post-mitigation radon levels were almost non-detectable.
They came and completed the work. The most important is that since the completion of the work I have asked John many related questions and he always answered. The questions include how to do a short term and long-term radon test. John has provided valuable answers and suggestions, which saved me a lot of time. In the past four years, we have wrote each other about 60 messages. I believe he is an excellent provider.
They were really good. It worked very well. The levels went down to practically nothing. We had asked about it and whenever I asked anyone who had a great experience, they had used this guy so he came highly recommended.
"I have not record whatsoever of any work done by our company at this property, nor under this name, for Jan. 7th 2015. Please contact me so I can verify because I believe you have mistakenly referred to our company. I believe we did not do this job. Thank you, John Swett Radon Abatement Services 202-213-6200"
