Description of Work: Mr. Humphreys came to my house on the agreed time to install a radon abatement system. He reviewed the service he would perform and answered all my questions. However, due to my home's configuration, he had to adjust his approach for installing the system, and he didn't have the required concrete drill bit. He returned a couple of weeks later on the agreed date and time and installed the system. The work was done promptly, professionally and to my complete satisfaction. Not only did the new system lower the radon in my basement to acceptable levels, the system also got rid of a musty smell that I've had in my basement for years. I am completely satisfied with the radon abatement system Mr. Humphrey's installed.

Description of Work: John was responsive in scheduling and quoting me a price for the work. The technician came out on time and completed the work in about 4 hours. We checked the levels a couple of weeks later and they had dropped well under the previous levels and into the normal range. I was very pleased with the work.

Very well.
Description of Work: They were very professional and called me back the same day. I was told that there was a radon system installed by our home inspector when we purchased the home. They walked me through examining the system and without being condescending they helped me determine that it was not a radon system, but a waterproofing system.
