Javier did a good job of restoring the polish to my marble tile. In so doing, he made a couple of minor chips in the stone. I called him for a suggestion on a product to repair the chips as I thought we could do the minor repair. He recommended a product that I could not locate. I called him to follow up and he failed to call back.

Quick turnaround. Javier and team were very professional and the final result was excellent. Dull and stained marble tile floor now shines like new.

Very reasonably priced. Did a great job. Very satisfied.

Quality work, on time, clean, friendly

Just like another reviewer, I called several companies and Javier from Quality Flooring was the only company that called me back. They gave a fair estimate, was responsive and did an outstanding job. They showed up on time, was extremely professional and they blew me away with the quality of their work. I highly recommend this company for flooring restoration. They bought my marble kitchen floor back to life.

I called 6 people to get quotes on this rather small kitchen flooring job. Javier was the only one who called me back. He responded to my inquiry within 6 hours, came to measure the next day and was able to squeeze us in so our floors were ready for a big party. They worked hard and the floors look super!

Quality Flooring Services was able to take care of both my tile floors and my granite counter tops. They fixed two chips in the granite counter top almost seamlessly. I know the chips are there but anyone else looking at the counter top would probably not notice them especially after they polished and resealed them. I am very satisfied with the result. They were also able to save my tile floor in the kitchen. For some reason the spills and spots seemed to be sticking to the cheap sealer I had applied. Even mopping and hand cleaning did not get them off. I was thinking of replacing them until I called Quality Flooring Services. They came in and buffed off the old sealant and use professional grade sealant instead and so far they are holding up great. They look like new and just regular mopping removes the stains from the spills around the stove (I am a sloppy cook!), the sink, dishwasher, water dispenser and pet water fountain. And they were very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

They were very professional, they did an excellent job; if I wasn't totally pleased they were quick to correct it. On time, brought enough people to get job done quickly. It was a large area that needed to be finished.

Javier was friendly and very responsive from first contact. We wanted a marble floor restoration project done relatively soon and he made it happen. Him and his partner were prompt, did high-quality work, and were very clean throughout the process.

They did a excellent job in preparing my slate porch, however it was on the expensive side, but you pay for what you get. And I would definitely hire them back in the future. Thank you so much!!

Although they did a very good job, I did feel they were somewhat overpriced, but I am happy with the results.
