Excellent Carpet Cleaning Service

The experience was first rate beginning with the call to schedule service. I had called to arrange carpet cleaning but was also able to arrange for the hard wood floors to be done as well as cleaning the house for my move out. The workers were prompt and did a great job in a timely manner. Furthermore, when the staff realized that I had been overcharged they contacted me to arrange a refund. I probably wouldn't even have realized it. That kind of ethical behaviour is in short supply. As a military family, knowing that there will be another move in the future I will certainly employ them again and would recommend them.

Rashuad was courteous and professional. Overall, he did a good job at cleaning the carpet. He even removed a stain that we thought was impossible. There was one stain that he wasn't able to take out. We would have rated Excellent Carpet Cleaning Service 5 stars, if Rashuad had told us that he was unable to remove this stain. Instead, we found out that this stain was still there long after he left and the carpet had dried.

I had tenants moving into my townhouse on a Thursday and called Excellent Carpet Cleaning and they were able to go in on the Tuesday before, clean the carpets and have them ready for move in on that Thursday. There were stains on the carpets that I didn't think would come up but they did. The carpets look brand new!!! I'll definitely use this company again. Excellent customer service; very professional. My tenants cleaned our carpets, but their cleaner left lots of stains. Excellant Carpet Cleaning got all these stains out with same day service. I'm very happy with the service we received.

Rashaud quickly provided a quote over the phone based on the room dimensions and details I provided. He arrived on time to clean my carpets and his equipment was ready to use. Rashaud placed protectors at the corners of the walls to guard the paint finish. He left shoe booties for me to use when walking on my damp carpets. Carpets were well cleaned and dried within a few hours. I would recommend Rashaud's cleaning company.

My interaction with Excellent Carpet Cleaning Service was extremely courteous and professional. The service I utilized was the upholstery cleaning and I was more then satisfied. I was amazed that they were actually able to remove paint that was embedded in one of my chairs.
