I had a great experience with Excellent Carpet Cleaning! On time, outstanding customer service, very careful attention to detail and my carpet and sofa look fantastic! I am one very happy customer.

I was very happy with the quality of customer service and end results. My ten year old carpet looks like new. I chose the green plant based steam cleaning method and the results were amazing with no heavy chemical smells. I have chemical sensitivities so this was very important. The technician arrived on time and was very polite and professional. Overall wonderful experience.

They got back to me right away and the same day I called they cleaned the carpets, got rid of all the stains! Excellent job!

I saw them through HomeAdvisor, contacted them and they sent me the most detailed price quote of the several other companies I contacted. I talked to Chris on the phone to set up an appointment and he was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, and set up the appointment as soon as possible for me. When Bobby showed up on-time, he also was very friendly and did an excellent job in a little over 2 hrs and was a complete professional. I would definitely recommend Excellent Carpet Cleaning and will use them again - my carpets look like new, after going 5 years without being cleaned.

They worked very hard to meet my difficult schedule for pick-up and drop off and communicated with me regularly throughout the process so I knew when my carpet would be ready, etc.

He did a pretty good job of cleaning the carpet that had red stains on it, but it took another carpet company to remove the red stains, All it took was some extra time with an iron, a cloth and some solution. Wish he had taken the time to do the job right.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning Service was effective in removing the water from my carpet, but they damaged my walls while removing the floor boards and did not fix them. They also removed doors from the hinges and lost the hinges so the doors are still not replaced back on the wall. They left me responsoble for fixing my walls and the door hingles. Also the company they recommended for fixing my walls, charged me for purchasing drywall but did not use the drywall or fix the doors. They only painted the walls and messed up the back door entry claiming to prevent water from coming into the basement door. It did not work - just created a mess.

Initially had a disconnect on the pick-up time, in return Excellent Carpet agreed to a lower priced offered by a competitor. Rug was cleaned in about one week and looks great. Will use again for our next job.

Great experience. They have an in-truck vacuum which is what you need. They were courteous, competent and hard working. Junior, the technician was very thorough and did a complete cleaning job that took a while. I'd hire this company again and will recommend it to friends. The in-truck vacuum makes the difference; otherwise just DIY with a shop vac.

Rashaud did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. He was precise, thorough and swift! All of the stains (unkown causes) that I had on my carpet were removed. He is very professional and very customer service oriented. I will definitley contact him for future cleanings and I will refer family, friends and colleagues. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Excellent Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on cleaning our carpet. They were on time, very knowledgeable about the industry, and very professional. I didn't think my stairs had hope until they worked their magic...they look wonderful!!--and so does everything else. Will definitely be calling them back in the future.

Reasonable price with a quality cleaning. Professional service!!!

I called for same day service because I wanted my carpets cleaned prior to turning the keys to my rental. I had heavy stains that I thought would not come out. All stains were removed and the carpet was in like new condition. Price was reasonable.

They responded the same day as I submitted for carpet cleaning of 3 rooms, completed the work on my scheduling, and I am very happy with the professional results
