Excellent Carpet Cleaning Service

I spent years renting carpet cleaning machines, buying the cleaners, spending hours scrubbing spots, and ending up with an OK job. A few weeks ago when my wife mentioned it was time to clean the carpets again, I decided to look for a pro. I was fortunate to find Excellent Carpet Cleaning! I could tell from our initial conversations that Mr. Wayans knew what he was doing, and his pricing sounded very fair. He came out yesterday and did 2 rooms for us, the before\after difference is AMAZING! Stains that I thought we would just have to live with are gone, and the price wasn't really much more than the rental machine route. 5 Star!

I liked that they had: very pleasant customer service and they called when they were dispatching their technician. The carpet smelled fresh and looked great. Only bad point: They wrote down in their schedule the wrong date... and so I had to change plans to accommodate a new day and time. Slightly inconvenient.

Both of the technicians were very professional and friendly. Max (the dog) was even comfortable with them both being in his area of the house.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job. They were extremely knowledgeable on cleaning berber carpets (I did a lot of research) - the carpet looked brand new when they were done. They ensured it didn't get too wet so that it would dry quickly. They arrived on time, were pleasant, were careful not to damage my new paint with their hoses. These guys are awesome. I highly recommend them! I will definitely use them again.

Rashaud is a great guy. very friendly and professional. took the time to thoroughly spot clean any spots that were remaining after he steam cleaned the upholstery. once the furniture dried, everything looked great! very pleased.
