Rashad and Victor were very professional, courteous and preformed a great job on our sectional. Due to some pilling on the sofa (from a previous slip cover) they went above and beyond to try numerous methods to remove the small stubborn pieces of lint. I highly recommend Rashad and his team.

I had really bad stains on my carpet on all of the occasions that the cleaning company came to my home. With the other companies, the stains came back within a matter of weeks and they could not remove the stains. But when I tried Excellent, all the stains were removed and none have returned. I will be calling them from now on. Although they are more costly then the other carpet services, it is well worth the cost. Rashaud presented himself in a very professional manner and was very informative and knowledgeable. I did not really think our carpet could be so clean. He was very helpful, answered all our questions, friendly and willing to do whatever we needed done. He provided a reasonable estimate and performed an excellent job on the carpet in our condo. He was careful and took great precautions to protect our furniture and walls and avoid any damage. There were no spots that remained when he was finished. Our carpet had 18 months of dirt and stains and it looked new again when he finished. He was very respectful, courteous and thoughtful.

Lives up to their name - they were polite, responsive, timely, and all-around excellent. Not the cheapest for a small project, but worth it for a job done well.
