Excellent Carpet Cleaning Service

I was very pleased and impressed with the level of quality and service Excellent Carpet Cleaning Services provided. Although I have had the same service performed at a lower price, I belive the premium for Excellent is worth it.

They did a thorough job cleaning the carpet and sofa set. As they promised, they moved all furniture on the floor without additional charge. They also protected the carpet and furniture by putting plastic paper underneath the furniture legs. The carpet felt pretty dry in 4 hours. I'm pleased with the results.

Very responsive to my scheduling needs. Knowledgeable and pleasant technicians. Excellent cleaning job. The only problem was a white powder residue left in a small area of the carpet after it dried, but this was easily wiped up with damp sponge

The name fits the service. They explained the process over the phone on my initial call. They did an excellent job in cleaning my furniture and carpet. They called ahead of time to confirm and arrived on time. The price was as quoted over the phone, no surprises. Friendly service. I would recommend.

Rashaud is very accommodating, and does an excellent job. I asked to revise the estimate number of times, and he provides each estimate each time that I asked. Overall, I feel very satisfied with the job that he did.
