Dryer Vent Wizard was great to work with. The appointment for quote was easy to request online and I received a call back the very next morning. The team showed up on time and provided an estimate, then were able to start work right away once I approved. The fee to come out to provide an estimate is annoying but they credit it back If you use their services. The work was high quality and done in a timely manner.

They arrived when they said they would. All aspects of the service was excellent.

Called for appt and was able to get one for the following day. Technician called to say he would arrive in 45 min and got here on time. We surveyed the damage done to the vent -- improperly retaped after servicing. I told him I would like a metal vent instead of the accordian one. He was able to do that so that it is very neat looking and it not resting on any water pipes. After reconnecting the vent he checked for air flow on the outside of the vent. No air was coming through so he snaked it and found part of a bird's nest and lint that the previous company had missed. After he finished warm air was once again coming out of the vent, He then stabilized the dryer which was wobbling from having been moved

Very pleasant technician. Seemed to do a good job. Compared to prices quoted by other vendors, I didn't find the work performed anything special.

The technician showed up slightly early, which was fine by us. He seemed very knowledgeable and found a tear in our transition venting. He replaced the venting and then cleaned the dryer vent and area around the lint screen tray. There's no doubt there's a noticeable difference and the air is moving a lot better through our dryer vent after the repair and cleaning. One minor complaint - a lot of lint was blown out on our front brushes and left there for us to clean up. But in general, we're very happy with the service provided.

For un-known reasons my previous tenant did strange things to the dryer vent. So, I called Dryer Vent Wizards b/c A rating on Angie's List plus it make take some magic to fix the mess. Making an appointment with this company was pleasant,quick, and easy. The person I spoke w/ explained to me that there would be an inspection fee and that the Technician would give me an estimate for the work to be done afterward. Which was great b/c I knew what to expect. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from Steve about 15 minutes before my 11 am appointment telling me he was going to be late. We agreed he would give me a call when he was bout 15 minutes away so I could run an errand. I appreciate the courtesy and everything worked out fine. Steve was very friendly and explained everything to me along the way. The job was a bit tricky b/c (aside from the strangeness with the vent from the back of the dryer) it's a condo and the vent is weird. There were birds nests, bends, new vent tubes to install, and lot of dryer lint to be cleaned out. But I felt confident he knew what he was doing. Now the vent/tube thing resembles something I recognize and the lint has been cleaned out. So, I'm happy. I would definitely use this company again.

The technician came two business days after we called. After reviewing the situation, he gave me an estimate of the cost involved in cleaning the vent. Our dryer vent had not been cleaned in at least six years. He cleaned the vent using brushes; he replaced the exterior vent cover (which was half detached from house); he replaced the vent hose going from the dryer to the wall opening for the vent; and he checked the interior of the dryer (which had already been cleaned of lint). The work took about one and a half hours. The service technician was thorough, polite, and cleaned up the area when he was done.

The representative was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also a great problem solver in that my issue was a little complicated. I appreciated his quick problem-solving capabilities. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased an Angie's list deal for $150 for a dryer vent cleanup. My understanding, based on the deal, is that my purchase of the deal would cover the cost of the service. The service was performed to my satisfaction. However, I was told that I still owed the provider money because my cleaning john cost more than $150, and the Angies list deal was just a "credit" to my bill (and therefore there was no discount). I called the owner and explained the situation, and after a discussion he agreed to not charge me additional money for the service. However, those interested in purchasing a deal through this company should be aware of this.

Mr. Butler first came in last week to talk about what we needed to do. We needed to install the exhaust vent and also the dryer vent. Mr. Butler gave us a price and told us that he and his co-worker would come in today to do the job. They called 30 minutes before hand and came in on time. They were very professional and did their job flawlessly. I was very happy and was very impressed with their level of professionalism and their their ability to work in the rain. They used shoe covers. They also cleaned after the job was done.

Very good service, repairs performed smoothly.

Jason, the tech did a great job! He thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent from the dryer itself, to where the vent connects with the outside wall of the house. He replaced a section of vent that was bent, blocking lint and air from moving out. It was a 100% improvement after he cleared the system from what we had before. He was on time, explained everything he was doing and why. Did not rush through the job and did a an amazing job.

The provider came and did the initial visit and let me know what needed to be done. When he returned, he said that the coupon was for the part of the company that was north of my house. He said that he could do the maintenance that was needed for my dryer vent, however, he could not honor the coupon cause it was not for his specific business area that it was purchased for. He was very professional and courteous and I did get the job completed anyway, cause it needed to be done desperately.

Called to make an appointment. Gave my zip code. The person, I believe his name was Terrell, said that they do not have a technician that services my area. I found this odd being that the companies address is listed as being located in Silver Spring, MD and I live in Greenbelt, MD. The locations are only about 15 minutes away. Seems odd, but oh well! The services areas in the companies description includes Prince Georges County which is where I am located. So, I gave them a C since the listed service areas on the providers page are not accurate.

It went very well. The service provider arrived on time and explained each step of the process.
