They come in the spring and they come in the fall. I have a yearly contract. It's usually the same people. They do a good job and they are quick.I don't know what everybody else charges but I thought it was a fair price. The quality is good. They don't do anything that would allow me to mark them as excellent. They change the filters they check the units to make sure everything is running properly. They check everything so it's fine. They show up when they are suppose too.

More thorough than any previous A/C Contractor

Blower came highly recommended by a very good mold remediation company (one of the most respected mold experts in the country. The owner was very impressive, and a very honest provider. When he could not meet the price of a competitor, he suggested we use them, and provided questions we should ask them to ensure we had all the information we needed to make appropriate choices about their equipment options.

BMC was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. The technician arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem and let me know that my filter needed to be replaced. Due to my HVAC system, a special part order was required. BMC kept me updated on the status of the order and was able to promptly replace it and save me from 90 degree heat.

There was some rebate, so it actually cost $7,900. I paid them $9,300 then, I got a rebate from the manufacture and the other company, so end ended up costing $2,000 less. I still have their sign in my yard; they were the best I ever had. They're the nicest people; everything about them was exceptional. They came out immediately when I called them and said I needed a new system. They were able to install it within 10 days and considering I'm in 90-degree weather that's really good. They did a great job. They were very neat, they protected the floors, the carpeting and were in and out the house. They explained everything, showed me how to use the real fancy thermostat. They were really nice people.

I am very impressed by the quality of the work by both techs. I was very impressed by the tech who cleaned my vents - Greg. He was thorough and professional. While under the house cleaning the vents he discovered a plumbing issue and let me know about it. He didn't have to do that. I purchased a maintenance agreement when the air conditioner was worked on by Josh. Afterwards I had some concerns and questions about it and Sarah was helpful in getting it resolved. Sarah at the office is very helpful and cares about customer service. We have already recommended them to friends.

BMC Clower is a great company. We've used them before and will continue to do so. The office manager (Sarah) is terrific and they left virtually no trace behind.

I was expecting a reduction in the amount of dust coming out of the vents afterwards, but I couldn't tell a difference. Maybe that's normal. I truly don't know.

So far, so good. I would use them again. Actually I have used them again. I had a problem with a different system.

From start to finish, Clower was responsive, informative, punctual and professional. Our engagement included initial site visit, telephone consultation with the owner, installation and a quick visit to their office. Typical that our AC went out during the August heatwave. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get our product and install, and return us to a comfortable 74 degrees. I did not shop around so I can't comment on the price and value. I trusted Angie's List participation would ensure fairness in that regard. Plus, it was really hot, the family was miserable and they said they could get us up and running quickly. Note: there is transaction fee of 2% to pay by credit card. Clower splits this fee with customers.

The quality was very good. It was right on target. They presented their options and the pros and cons of each option. We took what was for us which was what we're most comfortable with. It was one of the cheapest. It has worked fine ever since.

They've found problems and have treated us fairly and chosen the least expensive options for repairs.

Excellent. We recently installed a new HVAC system as part of a whole house renovation. We noticed that there was significant condensation on the duct work. We worked with our contractor and his subcontractor to remedy the problem but, after several weeks of trial and error, they could not resolve the problem. We asked another HVAC company to come in for a second opinion, and they could not diagnose the problem either. I finally called BMC Clower. The company's president came out the following day and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of inspecting the duct work. He also identified several other issues/problems we needed to address. Despite the fact that he squeezed me in to a full schedule, he did not charge me for the diagnosis. He was extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use BMC for all of our HVAC needs in the future and will surely call on them to fix our current problems.

We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of BMC Clower, who was one of six contractors we asked to give an estimate on this major project. Clower gave us an estimate that was only slightly higher than the company we finally chose, but it was a very close call. Clower answered every question we had thoroughly, and they left us with a very positive impression of their company. I would certainly contact them again for the next major job in our house.

Wow. We had exceptional service today. From the first call to the completed job, BMC was great. I cannot believe how warm and friendly, but also knowledgeable and informative HVAC repair people could be. Joseph and Jessie were really nice, explaining each issue clearly and making sure I understood what they were doing each step of the way. They truly went above and beyond.

Very professional & responsive. BMC removed and installed the new furnace and outside air handler unit. The old system had an odd placement for the filters & BMC installed the new unit and ensured the filters were easy to access and replace. They accommodated my schedule and arrived when they said they would. I like calling a business and feeling like they aren't out to maximize their profit. Everyone I deal with whether on the phone or in person always seems to be giving honest and helpful advice. I'll continue to use BMC as they give you the feeling of family & friends. I routinely recommend them to my family & friends!

The owner visited us and provided a complete and detailed estimate. He was prompt and professional and his price was competitive.

Great. The first tech walked in and was concerned with the fireplace smell, as well as the fact he didn't think the furnace and water heater was drafting properly. He asked that I get a chimney person to check the flue. I got our chimney people out a few hours later; they said it was fine and there were no blockages besides a small area not sealed properly but they didn't think would have caused an issue. BMC sent another tech back out same day to double check and evaluate everything - he made some small adjustments to the ERV and evaluated the heater and did a series of CO tests. The techs and office staff were very professional and helpful and even though they needed to make two visits, they responded immediately and were doing so out of an abundance of caution. I have signed up for a regular maintenance plan with them. I trust them to do whatever they need. Their pricing is very competitive and fair. Good professionals need to be compensated appropriately. They gave some additional advice how I can do some things on my own that I don't need to pay them to do and save money in the long run (I told them some of the DIY tasks I was currently performing).
