Description of Work: The price was $8,800 after $1000 rebate from Lennox and $1100 from Pepco. | |BMC Clower installed a two stage gas furnace with variable speed blower, a two stage ac with matching evaporator coil, and a humidifier. It took a couple of days and they did a fantastic job. We had a couple of bumps with the county inspection, but BMC Clower got right on fixing those minor issues. My wife said that the inspector, aside from the issue, was vissibly impressed with the installation and was complimentary of their work. Normally one might think that have an inspection problem would be a reason to complain, but part of the reason I will use BMC in the future is because of how they handled fixing the issue and seeing it to closure. Tommy and Mike did a great job on the installation and did a fantastic job on going through how the system worked with me. John Clower the head of the company who did the estimate was the reason I chose the company to do the job. He was extremely capable in discussing what I could expect from a new system and even tried to get my old system limping along until we could schedule the install. Sarah at the home office did very well in working with me to get everything arranged. She also got all of the paper work turned around so that I received the rebates in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: They initially installed a new HVAC system for us in 2012 and we have been using them for twice yearly maintenance service since then and very pleased with their service. Efficient, reliable, courteous and on time.

Description of Work: I have had a service contract with BMC for several years. They come out spring and fall to check my heating and air conditioning, plus I get discounts on anything I purchase and priority service if anything goes wrong (but nothing does because of the quality of their service).
