Called for an estimate about 3 weeks ago and they sent me Clarence. This was the third company I had called out because I wanted to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. The other two companies (TRIAD & B-DRY) had quotes of $7600 and $8200 for installing interior waterproofing system. Right off the bat I was impressed with Clarence's expertise and professionalism. Also, this was the first company to take a walk around the outside of my house and point out other things that needed to be fixed and things I could do myself. One of the biggest things he noticed that needed to be addressed during his inspection was the need for CARBON FIBER STRAPS due to my walls shifting, this also was never addressed by the other two companies. After it was all said and done he gave me his quote for what was needed to fix the issues at hand and he was gone. I had another company (Value Dry)coming out a couple days later and I told him I would let him know. Clarence wasn't pushy at all and I felt his price was very reasonable--$8200 for Waterproofing and $2200 for the straps. Value Dry came out and was pretty impressed with them as well until he showed me the price of how much it would cost for everything recommended. Now, he gave me a price for two battery back-ups, two sump pumps, a water vapor barrier all around my basement, as well as a grate for my sliding glass door for water on my walk out porch--all in all it came to over $18,000 not including fixing my shifting walls and also tried to make me pay for moving everything away from my walls. I had to tell him, well if you are going to charge me I'll do it myself. Then I told him I don't have $18,000 to spend on my basement and then he tells me, "Well I thought you wanted to completely waterproof your basement?" I said I do but not for that much. I showed him the quote from All Aspects and then his quote became $12,500 with still 4 pumps and no carbon fiber straps. I told him I would get back to him. I went on vacation and thought about it the entire time and exchanged emails back and forth between Clarence and the guy from Value Dry. The guy from Value Dry, on my first day of vacation, said, "Well, I talked to my boss and we are able to match All Aspects." So then they were down another $3500 just like that. Did a little research on the companies systems installed, because they are different but similar and still couldn't decide. Part of me wanted to go back and forth and try to get the price as low as I could and then the next day without even asking, I get another quote from Clarence about $750 cheaper, WITHOUT ASKING!!! Sat on it for a couple more days and ultimately decided to go with All Aspects. I felt Clarence was more up front with me regarding the necessary repairs needed for my home instead of trying to sell more products to me. I told both I was in the Military and right away I was given a 10% off for using Angie's List and I think another $250 for military. The other company didn't even offer me anything until his price magically came down. I thought Value Dry made a huge mistake in quoting me that high especially when I told him they were the 4th company I had out. I felt Clarence was completely honest and had my best interest in mind. All in all the work was completely amazing. I just went by my home yesterday and couldn't be more happier. Also, they moved everything away from my walls for free, at least I think so. The work done looks extremely neat and none of my things were damaged or even dusty. They cover everything up for you!!! They don't put everything back up against the walls, but Clarence told me they wouldn't. Plus, they were in and out in 2 1/2 days. I couldn't be happier and the work couldn't have come at a better time because with all this rain we have had in the last 4 days, I would have definitely had water in my basement again. Oh, one more thing, I was only supposed to get one sump pump and ended up getting 2. I highly recommend this company. LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY for interior water proofing system. TRIAD AND B-DRY were only 25 years and VALUE DRY was LIFETIME AS WELL. CALL ALL ASPECTS NOW, you won't regret it.

I had the excellent experience so many others have had with this company. There was an area in my basement that had a musty odor which I thought must be coming from water getting into the area from somewhere. Another company had given me an estimate of $5000 to correct the "water leakage" problem. Jeff found no water leakage, and no need for remediation of any kind. The musty odor was due to some items I had in the basement which I plan on removing. Jeff was early to our appointment, explained everything very well, was completely professional, etc. If I ever do have a water problem, this is the company I'll call. They are great!

Steve Maney came out and gave an estimate which addressed all the issues that I had with moisture in my cellar. My issues were about eliminating moisture and high humidity in the basement which was attacking the wood joists of the foundation. I also wanted the crawl space area of the basement cleared out and treated. He laid out an excellent plan to eliminate the moisture and treat the wood. Leonell and his crew spent two long days performing all the duties required by the contract and Nelson was attentive to the communication and management details. If you'll forgive the pun I was happy with all aspects of All Aspects Waterproofing.

I'm the president of a condo association. One of the units in the building had a moisture problem in the rear of their unit. ecause the association is responsible for the Common Elements, I immediately went to Angies List to find a waterproofer. After reading a lot of reviews I called All Aspects Waterproofing and made an appointment with Jeff Bozell. He came out and assessed the problem. While he was there the tenant (it's rented at present) asked him to look at another moisture problem in the front of the house. When we walked into the room, the odor told us that there was problem. We also found a problem in another area of the condo. Jeff was very thorough. He spent about two hours looking everywhere and explained clearly what he found. He submitted a proposal that was very competitive with other proposals. I favored hiring him, but condo politics got in the way, so we hired another firm. I have a rental property and, if I have moisture problems in that house, he's the first person I would call.

My wife and I discovered that a portion of our foundation was damaged from poor settling of a concrete slab at the entrance to our town home. The damage allowed water to seep in after heavy rains and general dampness from the outside air. We found All Aspects through Angie's list and were very pleased working with them. The estimator was extremely professional and well versed in foundation repair and waterproofing. He took the time to explain all of our options and was very honest in proposing a solution that addressed the problem. He did not try to offer us something more than we needed. The crew that did the work was awesome. They arrived on time and were very quick. Removal of the existing slab was very clean with them hauling away the debris. The process of fixing the foundation went smoothly and they really seemed to be experienced with the method of repair. The replacing of the concrete slab was done perfectly. The leader of the crew listened to my requests for replacing the slab and didn't hesitate in meeting my requests. I also think the crew did more work than I thought would be done! They sealed the exterior of the foundation that was damaged and installed a drainage system under the new concrete slab to remove any water that might seep under the slab after a heavy rain. While they were waiting for the concrete to dry, the crew advised me on other things I could do to help with drainage of water from around my foundation. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the work and feel it was worth every penny. All Aspects appears to have very good workers who know what they are doing.

Clarence knew we had renters coming, and when we went to the house, we discovered mushrooms growing in the basement bathroom floor! They pushed us to the front of the list and did the work as described, quickly and efficiently. I got a couple of other quotes for the same thing - one was for $12K and didn't include a basement stairwell drain to prevent water coming over the threshold. Would def use this company again.

They were great. Their price was not cheap but I love what they did and it’s certainly working where it’s keeping the water out in the basement. What I loved about them was that they worked on the outside, not on the inside. They were easy to talk to and they listen to you when you had to explain what you wanted. They gave me a 25-year warranty which was great.

Jeff from All Aspects was very punctual, professional, and honest. It was a pleasure to work with him.
Description of Work: Jeff came out to the house on two separate Saturdays to assess the moisture in our basement. Initially, he thought that we may need to have a sump pump system installed and asked that I remove some paneling so that he could have a better look at what the issue was. Once the paneling had been removed, he was able to see that the sump pump was not necessary and he recommended that we not do any work to the basement. It is so refreshing to work with someone with that level of honesty and integrity.

Frankie and the crew were great. Frankie came early so that I could get to work on time. He walked me through everything that they were going to do. He said that they would probably be finished in one day. I came home at lunchtime to see how the work was going. The pipe was laid and they were mixing the cement. They also rerouted the pipe from the air conditioning unit so it wouldn't be all the way around the back room. Frankie said they would be finished by the time I got home and that they would take care of the mold on the wall . When I got home everything was done, the room was clean. They walked me through what they did. I was pleased!

It was a pretty good experience. The company was highly responsive when I called and quickly provided a written estimate. Furthermore, they were very knowledgeable, did quality work, and did a good job of keeping the house clean while they worked. My only issue is that the necessary demolition was more extensive than anticipated which was a problem since I was responsible for the restoration work as stipulated by the contract. Basically, I would advise others to be aware of the extent of the demolition that is necessary. Also, their work passed inspection by the county but with the outstanding requirement that an overflow tube be installed on the output pipes. All Aspects has yet to come back and complete this task.

I didn't know that there were still companies like All Aspects Waterproofing, who care about service and making a customer happy rather than trying to charge as much as possible. Jeff came *twice* to our house and pinpointed the source of the water coming into our house -- which turned out to be a gutter spout plus a couple of small holes in the wall. Because the gutters and the work above ground are not something All Aspects handles, they didn't quote for the work. But rather, Jeff laid out a road map for what needs to be done, and by whom. And he did this all free of charge. And he visited the house twice, and was unstinting with his time. We have our work cut out for us, but at least we know what to do. Jeff is a thorough professional, and my dealings with their office were equally professional and friendly. As and when I have a problem of the sort that All Aspects works on, they will be the first and only people I call.

Clarence showed up as promised and thoroughly inspected the situation. He quickly identified some improper landscaping in front of the house where the water was leaking in during severe down pours - the flower bed adjacent to my front wall was a low spot in my yard and it was graded towards the house vice away. Clarence advised me to properly fill and grade the flower bed away from the house and was confident that should fix the problem. If by chance it does not resolve the issue, he provided a fair estimate to install a new French drain system. Given the honest and ethical approach of Clarence, I would be very comfortable doing work with this company and referring them to friends.

Zeek arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional. He walked through our entire unit and really worked to get a good grasp of our issues. After walking us through a litany of potential causes he then he then helped us identify the specific cause by water testing various scenarios. Unfortunately All Aspects does not offer the remediation services we required so I was not able to actually use them for our job or compensate Zeek for his incredible assistance (we had many other specialists out previously who were unable to help). Would definitely recommend.

I got involved in this due to my parents age and distance from me (over a 500 miles away). When at my parents visiting, discovered the condition of the basement, damp, moisture coming in the walls after rain and the walls cracking and bowing inward. Called the top 2 choices from Angies list. After I was gone from my visit they had both come to see my parents basement. All Aspects wanted to use the carbon fiber option over the steel beam method. We where unaware of such an option and concerned at first. We choice this option after much internet research and what it would look like after the fix. I had my dad call the representative back after they got the first proposal, We both didnt like the way it was written, nothing was clear cut. had a lot of we suggest items in there. My dad and I came up with a list of about 20 points that needed to be nailed down to ensure we were getting what we thought we were. Surprising, the fellow came back out, I never saw an updated contract, and my dad went through with signing. It seems these guys are on the up and up, they did what they said they would do and in less time. Parents are very happy so far, I say that because it hasn't rained yet to test the system. But the clean up and finish of the work looks to be very nice from what im parents have told me. Just waiting on some much needed rain now.
Description of Work: Secured bowing basement wall with carbon fiber strips, cut out approximately 18" around back and partial of side walls, installed new drainage system, drilled in to block wall to allow water to flow to new drain, covered with concrete and installed new sump pump. Also installed drains in 2 window wells down to new drain tiles.

I was fortunate enough to be downstairs to see when water started coming into the basement along two walls and in a corner of our basement. The basement has a sump pump, but it's on the other side of the house, with no drainage path to get from one end of the house to the other. I called All Aspects Waterproofing, asking them to diagnose the problem, recommend a method to fix it, and provide an estimate. Steve examined the basement and then spent considerable time answering my questions about the causes of the problem and possible approaches to fix it. In the end, he recommended an interior drain tile system. The system runs all along one wall in the basement and part of two others. The work crew arrived on time, when scheduled. They were polite and professional the whole time they were here. They taped up plastic sheeting and put down drop cloths from the entrance they were using to the basement. We had no trouble with dust kicked up by the work, and if anything, the work site was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. As planned, they broke up the concrete near the basement wall, installed the drain tile system, a sump pit for it to drain into, the pump to evacuate the water, and the outflow line to discharge in the back yard. When finished, they covered the drain tile trench with new concrete, which is beautifully smooth and level. Although we haven't yet had a heavy enough rain to put the system to the test, the as-built system looked exactly like what was explained to me beforehand. The county inspector who approved the work expressed no concerns. As to responsiveness... although it's a small nit, the company could have done better in communicating the plan for the system to the work crew who showed up to build it. They had a diagram showing which walls the drainage system would cover, which was great. But they had to ask me where to put the sump pit in the basement. They also asked me where to route the outflow pipe into the back yard. These were easy for me to recall and point out, based on my conversation with Steve, but if I hadn't been home, no one else in the family would have had the answers for them. Also, when Steve came out initially, we talked about the need to disconnect and move our well pump and water conditioner to give the work crew access to the walls behind them. As a result, we had no running water during the installation of the system. This seemed to surprise the work crew when the time came to mix the concrete to cover the drain tile system. Luckily, a neighbor was home, so I got permission to use someone else's exterior faucet. Ideally, someone from All Aspects Waterproofing either would have told me in advance that I needed to make arrangements to use a neighbor's water given that mine would be disconnected, or told the work crew that they needed to bring enough water in buckets or barrels to mix the cement. Ultimately, though, these were small hiccups that all worked out fine, and my wife and I are definitely looking forward to not bailing out our basement by hand during the next hard rain.
Description of Work: All Aspects Waterproofing installed a 47 linear foot interior drain tile system in our basement.

Highly professional, great craftsmanship on the replacement walks. Supervisor appeared first day of this two-day job and made thorough inspection, review of the original leakage problem once the foundation was exposed. Workmen very respectful of older members of the family and our frequent inspections of what they were doing. Second day, workmen stayed until 8:00 PM -- time needed to finish job and clean up.
Description of Work: Removed existing cement walk, dug 6'x8' trench alongside cracked foundation, waterproofed foundation with rubber and asphalt, filled in and laid new cement. Hauled away trash, including broken-up walk. As work was progressing, supervisor identified where another part of the walk had settled, causing water to accumulate -- a possible future leakage problem. We worked out a bid for replacing that portion (6'x4'), with a walk at the original level. Digging deep and waterproofing the foundation was not needed for this section.

Jeff explained all possible causes for the mold in one room of our basement, making an educated guess of what the problem most likely is. He outlined an action plan of what we can do ourselves in the house and outside. Most refreshingly, Jeff was not intent on selling a service or product; he gave sound advice on what to do at this point, how to control the basement environment in the future to keep the basement dry and offered to reassess after we had removed the drywall. I highly recommend bringing All Aspects Waterproofing in if you are dealing with problems in the basement.

I first called on a the Friday of July 4th weekend and not surprisingly they were closed. I received a call first thing on Monday morning and was able to scheule the estimate within days. We scheduled the work.Work included a perimeter drain inside the basement, put a new sump pump inside the basement, installed a box drain at the bottom of the stairs leading into hte basement and a speedwell drain just inside the basement door. they obtained the permits, scheduled the inspection and were present when the inspector arrived. Chito the supervisor and his crew were polite and worked steadily. Communication was excellent. Chito saw a problem with the previous sump pump discharge outlet which was leading to additional basement flooding and suggested we make a change. I liked his forward thinking. They did a great job cleaning up. We are happy with the system installed, it even looks good!

Zeke came by my house yesterday and was a HUGE help. I have had a bad experience with companies in this line of work and I can tell you my experience with All Aspects was completely different than the rest! Zeke worked with me for an hour to locate the source of the water issues. To my huge suprise he gave me a few ideas I could try first before hiring him to see if I could fix my issues for less money. He was very honest and gave me a fair and reasonable quote for the work that he could do to solve the problem for sure. I am going to try the items he gave me to do but if they do not work I will call All Aspects to get the job done right for sure. Save yourself the headache of calling some of these other companies and get All Aspects out to your house you will not be sorry.

All Aspect Waterproofing came out to do a thorough inspection. (I was able to be there.) He looked in all the interior and exterior spaces and was never able to find any evidence of water damage or any other signs of water problems. Furthermore, the day he came out, there was heavy rain in the early morning and there was no evidence of water. He said our basement was dry. He had confirmed our thoughts our tenants were "misleading" us and didn't even charge us for the visit. VERY TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY and I would strongly recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: We had some problem tenants in our house that had complained of water in the basement. They had broken the lease by subletting the basement. We were not living in the area so we were not able to inspect nor did they ever provide evidence of water. We wanted to be sure our basement was not having water problems so we called All Aspect Waterproofing to come out and inspect.

They came out and did a check on a basement leak complaint that I had. He was very honest and told me that I didn't have to spend a lot of money to fix the problem, as it was not a big issue. He told me how to do it, and I fixed it myself. Great service, honest company.

Rusty arrived well within the scheduled time frame to install (for a previously agreed upon estimate of $150.00) a back-up sump pump that I had already purchased. However during his initial examination of our existing primary sump pump he discovered it was not working. He offered to replace it with a new one he had in his truck for $629.00. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very professional & completed both installs in less than 1.5 hrs. You can probably imagine my surprise when he presented me with a bill for much less than I expected after the Angie's List discount, especially after I had received an estimate from another company that wanted $750.00 just to install the back-up pump!!! I will definitely use this company again & recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Not only was Rusty exceptional, the office reps were always friendly & accommodating when I called. All in all, a top notch company!
