I am very satisfied.

After estimate, we were given an approximate date of service within a 2-3 week period. In fact, work was performed within six days from day of estimate. Gutters and some downspouts were replaced and even a set of shutters removed for us. Excellent cleanup too. Will recommend.

They were good. I submitted the form during the hurricane - they called to say they were having an issue with their computer system due to the hurricane and that they'd call back later (I really wasn't expecting a call during the hurricane - but it was nice to know they were checking). Some one came out to look at my gutters, on a Saturday, spent a couple minutes of no hassle discussion, gave me a quote and set it up. The lag time was about 4wks between estimate and install. They called the day before they were coming - I didn't need to be there for the install, they took my credit card over the phone and left me a bill. Overall, no worries. The gutters look great.

No complaints -- they did the job when they said they would, the finished product is a vast improvement. No mess left behind, fair price for the work completed. Would definitely recommend them.

They arrived on time for the estimate. Work was done in a timely manner. We did call them back to redo one spot and they arrived the next day. Overall, they were terrific and the price was very fair.

I purchased gutter cleaning services with the Gutter Guys through an Angie's List Big Deal for $95. They came out and did an estimate to confirm the size of my house and then setup a time to clean the gutters. When they came back they were prompt courteous and neat. Gutter cleaning can be messy but they cleaned up after themselves. They also did the job quickly, within 2 hours.

They are a great bunch of guys to work with. They were prompt, friendly, and efficient. We had a small issue, they followed up, and made the repair at no additional cost. I would recommend them anytime.

On Oct 16, 2012 a repair man came and replaced a small portion of the solid gutter top with a screen. This was before Sandy. Needless to say we got a lot of rain with Sandy and NO LEAKS. I can't say enough abut how great this company is. They came out every time I called and worked to fix the problem at no additional cost. This kind of service is almost unheard of today. I highly recommend them with no reservations.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about them but a world of positives: Matt, the salesman was low key very responsive, very professional. Work was done promptly and to schedule. Nearly perfect job, but they asked me to check before signing off. Afterward we noticed some minor leaking from one corner during a huge downpoor--something nobody could anticipate--and they came right out to correct. We did a little extra work (not this estimate but not a separate writeup either), and they worked with the porch contractor to design the interface perfectly. I also think it's worth the money. We've spent a lot on gutter cleaning over the years, and now that we've had a leaf season there hasn't been a single problem with it. Fantastic!

Everything went perfectly. We did not need to be home while they worked on our house which was great. The Gutter Guys left no trash or anything behind for us to clean up. We also gave them permission to trim back tree branches from the corner of our house if they needed to in order to get to the one very high corner. As it turned out, they did not need to do this. We intentionally did not leave feedback right away because we wanted to wait for an intense storm to make sure the gutters performed as they said they would. Well, we got hurricaine Sandy, and the gutters are GREAT!!! We usually have terrible clogging from pine tree needles in the fall (and maple tree propellers in the spring) and so far the gutters are working. We are extremely happy with these gutters. We are sorry we did not do this sooner. We did not price shop for these gutters as two other of our neighbors had the Gutter Guys earlier this year and both were happy with their product. We had previously put the foam gutter guards in our gutters. The foam worked OK during a normal storm but in driving rain the water ran off the roof and over the gutters like a waterfall and the foam was a waste of money. The Gutter Guys did somehow misplace our originial deposit check which we had to stop payment on and reissue. They were very laid back about it and luckily our bank did not charge us for the stop payment on the original check.

Overall, it went very well. They were very competitive with their estimate and did the work in a timely manner and to a high quality.

It was fine. They were prompt. They did a good job. I think their price was a little high.

The Gutters Guys were very responsive and always communicated well. They provided a ballpark time frame when the work would be done, then called the day before to confirm. I found their estimate to be reasonable and accurate and the work was done neatly and well. I've had them out 2-3 times since March '11 for gutter cleanings. The guys who perform the work are always professional and efficient, and I'll continue to call them in the future.

I ended up having the whole front gutter re-pitched by another company. The had said the gutter was fine but I called someone else to fix the issue.

I had "Gutter Guard" install their product about 10 yrs ago. I was not at all satisfied with them. The water ran OFF them not into my gutters.. I finally took them off. WIth many trees around my house, I wanted some kind of gutter guard so I didn't have to keep cleaning the gutters. One of my neighbors used Gutter Guys and was very pleased. They came promptly to give me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. They arrived on the scheduled date ON TIME. They were very professional, polite and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I expected some damage to my bushes, but there wasn't any !! I have now had them for 3 months and we have had several HEAVY rains. I have been pleasantly surprised that the water now goes INTO my gutters not over them. I have a "cape cod" house so the water comes off the roof very fast when it rains and it ALL goes into my gutters. IF I was to do it again, I would have had them replace the downspouts at the same time. 2 of my neighbors now have had them come do their gutters and we are ALL very PLEASED.. EXCELLENT COMPANY and PRODUCT

After purchasing the big deal, I was contacted by the company to arrange when the work would take place. Because of my unpredictable schedule, the indicated that they could do the work without me being there and I just agreed to have the outside water tap turned on so that they were able to use it. The gentlemen doing the work did suggest that I could have a gutter system installed that would eliminate the cleaning that needed to be done every so often but I declined the additional work. After the work was done, a receipt was left the door. Overall very professional.

Excellent called them and got a date and an estimated price. They came on the date scheduled and did the job thoroughly and efficiently. No debris left and the gutters were clean

I found them through Angie's List. It was the first time I had used them. They were very good. I was very happy with them. They were very courteous.

I contacted the Gutter guys on Monday September 17,2012, James came out on Friday to discuss all details of what would take place, and how long it would approximately take to complete the job. We agreed to a price and the work was completed on September 28. I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism and work ethics. They will remain one of my go to companies for any gutter work I need.

Fabulous! From the initial telephone contact, to the expert sales cosultant to the crew performing the work, all were interested , polished and professional. I had some unusual circumstances - the house has an old fragile roof that I am trying to coax along and not have to replace quite yet - and flimsy plastic siding that cracks easily, and no replacement pieces are available. I was concerned as to how they would put ladders up and sit on the roof without harming the roof or the siding, since they are so old and worn. The crew, headed by a very capable young man by the name of Josh, was respectful, careful, and took special care to safeguard these areas. It's unusual to see workers this young have so much experience and such customer service skills. They really know what they are doing and take pride in it. I had to have them return to correct a mistake of MINE (I had put a plastic extension of mine on a downspout) and replaced it, no charge, with their own extension to the downspout. They would have done it the other way in the first place, but I had asked for my plastic one to be re-used. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation

Following the recent storms, we had sustained significant damage to our gutter systems. In some areas, entire sections of the gutters were ripped off. The estimator came promptly at an agreed upon time. The estimate was detailed and carefully explained. I should note that we had other estimates and their's was the most complete, detailed, and logical. The crew that came out to do the work were on time, careful, and complete. They even assisted in removing some vines and wisteria that had grown into the old gutters. An all around excellent experience. I would use them again without question. All of the personnel were professional at all times. I must commend this company for all of their service, from the estimate to the timely appointment to replace the gutters.

Came out within a week for the initial estimate. However, then it took over 3 weeks for them to come back out for the actual job. When they finally charged my credit card, they forgot to apply the 10% discount for the Angie's List referral. I called and got it corrected, but future customers should be warned! Check your billing statements to make sure they charge the correct amount!! Overall, they got the job done at a reasonable cost. I would definitely use them again, and recommend to any of my neighbors.

We contacted Angie's list and a local business was found. We needed new gutters in the rear of the house. A repersentative came out inspected the old gutters. The services person was very professional and explained what we had and what was needed. the job was done and both me and my wife was very satified with his work.

From what I remember, it may have been a little difficult to schedule an appointment. When the work was completed, they did do a good job.

One section of my gutters was clogged and now it is not. Cleaned up any mess they made.
