The Gutter Guys

They were extremely friendly, professional, prompt and efficient. Prior to do any work they came out to provide me with a quote for additional service and gutter cleaning. I will definitely use their service again. I liked them so much I am still advertising for them by having their sign on my lawn.

I like the fact that the guy was extremely professional and no pressure. The only negative I had was when we walk around the house there were some sachets to be repaired and he didn't tell me that he didn't do sachet. That was a bit of surprise at the end but we work through that.

Appraiser came out, was quick and professional. Scheduling for the actual work came later. I received a call late in the afternoon the day before they wanted to come out. I rearranged my work schedule to be home when they performed the work (I didn't want to leave a check for work I didn't see as they had suggested). I was told they would be out around 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. and it would only take about an hour for them to replace the gutters. Around 5:00 I received a call that they were on the way. When they got there they checked the fascia upon my request and found rot, quoted me a price on the spot and I agreed; however, because it was so late in the day they had to come back in the morning. They returned the next morning, completed their work and everything looks good so far, but it hasn't really rained since to see if everything is working properly yet. Overall it appears to be a good value for the work completed and it was completed quickly, just a bit tardy and inconvenient with the delay.

We moved into our new home and our gutters were falling off. They came out and replaced our gutters. They were amazing. Fantastic experience.

Team of two installers worked quickly & efficiently. Previously the sales rep was polite & very knowledgeable & friendly.

Replaced aging/leaking gutters on rear of 3-story town home and Installed new gutters and gutter covers . Scheduling was easy. Good communication. Estimate was done on a Saturday! James was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Time from quote to job finish was less than 2 weeks. Good follow-up after the installation. Installation looks great, and no problems noted so far.

After making multiple calls to other vendors with limited success, the Gutter Guys were 100% the way to go. They replaced a broken down spout, and repaired another. The work looks fantastic and the price was right. Highly recommended.

My call back was excellent. The appointment was delayed due to rain. Did show up for work but a miscommunication delayed work that day (where my check for payment was left). I did have to call back to find out what work was done as no receipt was left. I was hoping the receipt would also outline details of the work, but it did not. Overall, I was happy with work and service.

All of the workers at The Gutter Guys were polite and efficient. First a company representative came to look over the work, give a demo of their gutter guard system, and provided the price. About 3 1/2 weeks later, two workers arrived and completed the work. I appreciate that the manager was able to schedule our work to meet a special deadline we had due to other construction work starting. I would definitely recommend the Baltimore/Essex Gutter Guys.

No one else had been able to make gutters for our patio, but they did a beautiful job with it. They were punctual and did a few extra things at no charge.

It went good. We liked the service all around. They were very cooperative. They had to come back for an adjustment, but they came away right away. They were very professional and friendly. They were right on time.

Chris was very efficient, polite, and professional. He cleaned the gutters and ave me an estimate For gutter guards which was a very good rate and I am definitely calling to have them installed. Great job! I highly recommend this company!

Excellent service, except for extreme price.

I have used Gutter Guys several times, to both clean and replace my gutters. I was pleased each time and would highly recommend them.

The workers came and cleaned out the slightly clogged gutters, removed old dry rotted screens and flushed the gutter system. There was some roof debris that come and was sitting on the yard. I pointed this out to the workers and they agreed to clean up the debris. There was a follow up customer survey call about 10 day later. I stated that there has to be a better way to handle the debris that comes off the roof than to let it fall on the grass. The lady on the phone asked if I wanted someone to come to clean the additional debris. I stated yes that would be fine. Someone did come about two days later and removed the additional debris that had flushed through the gutters.

Somehow my down spout got bent to the point the water would not flow. I called the Gutter Guys. They arrived quickly and fixed the problem. No fuss and reasonably priced. Cleaned up afterward. I would recommend.

The Gutter Guys are a very professional, responsible company and I highly recommend them. They do not use outside contractors so the people who complete the work are company trained and do quality work. The office staff called immediately after I met with the estimator to verify all information and scheduled time. The company contacted me prior to the scheduled appointment to remind me they were coming (I didn't have to remind them!). I was not home for the installation and all work was completed as promised and everything was cleaned up. The office staff followed up too to ensure the work was satisfactory. Great company!

We moved out of this house and out of the country, in fact, in September of 2012 and our house was on the market to be sold. The rain gutter on the front the house had been damaged by a large branch and I hadn't been able to replace it before we moved. Trying to get multiple quotes and someone that I felt like I could trust from literally 3000 miles away was no easy task. So we signed up for Angie's List and contacted a couple of people that had received high reviews. Gutter Guys was one of those companies and I know why they had good reviews - they did an excellent job and I felt like their price was very reasonable. They came out and took measurements and got back to me with a quote. I changed one of the things that I wanted done (at first I didn't want a new downspout but later changed my mind). They were professional and respected the fact that where I live, it's 5 hours ahead of Maryland so I couldn't be called after 5:00pm Maryland time. I had a friend of mine who was watching over the house meet the guys when they came to do the work. My friend said everything went smoothly and he had no concerns at all. In fact, the Gutter Guys went the extra mile because I had installed some leaf shield sponge inside the entire length of the gutters and they took it out of the gutters that were being replaced and set that aside so that my friend could re-install it later. The only reason I gave them a B on responsiveness instead of an A was that there was a time during the initial quote phase when I called and left a message in the morning and the phone call wasn't returned on the same day. The phone call was returned the next day, though. Overall, I had a great experience with them and would definitely use them again.

They did a great job of cleaning our gutters and offered recommendations to help us control the amount of debris that was found in the gutters.

They were excellent. I would recommend them. I have a townhouse and I do think the price was a little high comparred to other companies, but they did a good job.They were polite and detailed.

It went very well. The gutters and downspouts look really good and work very well. I never have to clean them, because of the way they are designed. This is a huge benefit for me and worth the expense.

These folks are efficient and friendly and punctual. It's rained since, and the gutters seem to be doing a-ok. They sent out three guys who had the whole thing done and cleaned up in under 3 hours. Note that while their description on Angie's List includes soffits they do not repair or replace them, so I'll need another contractor as well (they told me this over the phone when I made the appointment, so it was not a surprise).
