They did a professional job and especially when they put the gutters on, they’ve been prompt in getting back and cleaning. If they have a backlog they call me back and tell me instead of telling me they will be here tomorrow and not showing up for two weeks.

They did an excellent job. They finished the work quicker than what they originally had thought it would take which was nice. They showed up on time and I was very happy with them.

They took a little bit of time to come out and I understand that it was a little job, but it would have been nice to get a follow up that it would be a delay. The work was good once they came out.

I was happy with them. They were on time and they called before they came. The only downside was that they were slow. They explained that they were backed up and they had a terrible winter.

I had hard time to confirm the schedule but the staffs showed up and did a great job. The cost of work was very reasonable and will use them again. The schedule issue is probably related to the busy seasonal issues.

Well, they called and said someone would come out to give us an estimate. Never heard from them again. After a week of waiting, we bought a ladder and fixed it ourselves. What a way to run a business.

Very pleased with the job from start to finish. James was extremely helpful and patient answering my questions. He didn't try to sell me anything other than what I wanted. Scheduling the job was easy and the crew of two were here on time, worked well together, and were finished,took away the debris and were gone in half a day. A real pleasure from beginning to end! The quick contact and professionalism were great-the only drawback was that they could not perform the service for 3 weeks but it is the rainy season so I understood. We had another service provider in the area coincidentally and had them perform the cleaning as waiting for 3 weeks was a bit long. I would use them in the future as their response time was impressive.

The guys did the job as specified.

This was a good experience from the start. The company representative, James, was thorough in his inspection of the original gutters and was clear in his description of the work that was needed and why. He offered some alternatives, including the installation of gutter covers, which I declined, for now. James even apologized for the company not being able to start as soon as I might like, but the season has been h****** companies that deal with water-related services and products, which I understood. The people who performed the installation worked until late in the day, and the new gutters look really good. Since then, we have had a couple of serious rainfalls and there has been no problem with water penetration whatsoever. The installers did not put in the strainers that James had suggested, but the work supervisor, Daniel, talked with me at length about how those are not absolutely necessary, but he did promise to come back to install them if I felt like I wanted the work done in the future. This company is also available for regular gutter cleaning, which is critical for any home that is located in a country setting. I avoided having somebody else do this work in the past, but I won't in the future.

The estimate went well, they even called to see if they could come early. There was no hard sell and the rep was very informed and well prepared. For the install, they projected a two week wait but later called and said they were in the area and finished another job early and called to see if they could bump up the schedule and get started on the gutters. They were respectful of my property and cleaned everything up nicely. So far, the gutters are working great!

It went perfectly. I had been fighting with these gutters not working properly for years, trying different companies with no luck. Tried the Gutter Guys, they had it fixed in a day with a better system that works perfectly. I would use these guys again in a second if I had to.

The first contact phone call was promptand professional. They arrived at the agreed upon day and time and completed gutter cleaning-the results were satisfactory. I would use this company again.

Gutter Guys were here in morning on time, truck/uniforms had Gutter Guys logo, with foreman Joe. They replaced gutters/downspouts and facia board on half of the back of house. I already knew that that was an issue before they came out, so they were prepared for it, it was part of estimate. I also had another issue, before they came out, with a front corner, the soffit covering coming loose/hanging down. They fixed that as well as covered up some extra holes, with silicon, left by the previous downspout clamps, no extra charge. Cleaned up debris afterward. Job took about 3 hrs. Guys were professional. Job's done, great job! One less hassle to worry about now. Thanks guys!

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They were fine. They were good. They were nice, it was done quickly.

After a long period of not being able to get the estimate , finally I spoke with the owner . From that point on everything went great! They were helpfull and scheduled the job quickly. They arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally. We will definitely use them again.

The installation went very well. The installers removed the old gutters and downspout and installed the new ones. They then installed covers to keep leaves, debris, etc. from clogging the gutters. The new gutters and downspouts were of bigger capacity than the old ones. They also installed diverters on the roof below the valleys to channel water more evenly away from the gutter right under the valleys. The two installers worked hard from early in the morning into darkness to complete the job and were very professional and neat in their installation. The new gutters with covers look beautiful and work very effectively. I did have the Gutter Guys back once to adjust the diverters as too much water was still hitting the gutter under the valleys. Gutter Guys sent out a team immediately to make the adjustment and the situation is good now. I am very pleased with the design of the new gutters. Gutter Guys also gave me an adjustable long-handled brush to sweep any clumps of leaves, pine needles, etc. off the roof as needed so they don't get a chance to impede the cover. The system works very well and I've only had to do that once.(I have alot of pine trees that shed pine needles all over my roof.)

They answered the phone at 4:45 and were able to schedule an appointment the next day! The next day they were early for the appointment . And that's when they dropped off the earth . They never got back to me with the estimate. I called four times and was told they would get right on it . No e-mail or phone call , nothing.

In September 2013 our area had 6 inches of rain fall. We had a leak in the living ceiling. I called The Gutter Guys to have the gutters inspected. The crew came out and inspected the gutters. All was well with the gutters but they discovered an area of our roof was without shingles, tar paper and poorly installed flashing. I was on the hunt for a roofer. We were told by the roofers the gutters would need to be removed for the repair, which could be 3 weeks. I contacted The Gutter Guys to schedule the removal and reinstall of 2 sections of gutters. Daniel and his staff were great. Very easy to work with and very friendly. Daniel didn't want the gutters removed too soon because if we had rain we could have more leaking into the living room. I thought this was great, he was concerned about more damage to my house not about how to work us into the schedule. His advise paid out because we had a rain delay on the roof repair. When the repair was rescheduled Daniel was able to get a crew out right away to remove the gutters and when the repair job was completed Daniel had a crew at my house at 8 a.m. the next day. Right before another heavy rain fall was expected. The crew ended up working in a light rain. Both crews were great, professional, friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend The Gutter Guys.

Installed new gutters and downspouts.

I found gutter guys on Angie's list and gave them a call as well as a couple of other gutter installers. Gutter guys were the first to respond and to come out and give me an estimate. Their price was competitive and decided to go with them based solely on the reviews from Angies list. The office called me a couple of days later and informed me that they would be doing the job in a week or 2. I was asked if I wanted to give my credit card and they would bill the job to it. I declined and told them I would give them a check when the job was completed. I was called the day before and told they were going to do my house the following day. I was told that I didn't need to be home and to just leave a check for them. I have never done that before. I like to see the work is completed before I give a check. However, in this situation, I decided to leave them a check and went to work. I was extremely pleased when I returned home that night. the job was completed and everything was done correctly. The next week it rained and the gutters performed great. It was not until 2 weeks later that it rained very hard and the gutters overflowed. I could not understand what happened as this was the same situation that I had with my older smaller gutters that had been replaced. I called the office and told them that my gutters were overflowing and assumed something was not done correctly. They were very concerned and sent out a crew that day to figure out what had happened. It turns out the gutters were filled with leaves which was preventing the gutters from working. The crew that was sent out called me to explain what was wrong and I was thankful for the call. I can't say enough about the Gutter Guys. The are a company that is hones, hard working t and do a good job. alll

The salesperson was on time, knowledgable and did not pressure us. He estimated it would take 3-4 weeks before our install but they were able to schedule us within two weeks. We had a good experience on the install day, the crew was on time and cleaned up before they left. The gutters and gutter guard work fine. We still have an occasional issue with a section on the front of our home which has always been a problem because of the way our roof is designed. This past summer, water was flowing over and behind the gutter in the area (more so than usual). I called our salesperson but the call was not returned. After a few weeks, I called the main office and my call was returned within an hour. The person who called me apologized and scheduled someone to come out and assess our issue that weekend. Repairs were made and all has been working well. The main office contacted us about two weeks later just to check in. Overall, a good experience.
