The Gutter Guys

Rob, Joe and Danny showed up, introduced themselves, ask me if I had any questions or other problems they could look at and then started working. They were very quick and the gutters look great. They are a very professional team that is dedicated to doing the job right. I recommend to all who need gutter work done.

As always, the gutter guys were great. They replaced all of our old gutters, relocated some of the downspouts at our request, and installed gutter guard on the new gutters. All the workers, from the initial estimate through installation, were professional and prompt. They were friendly and efficient while working. Cleanup was thorough - the yard looked better when they left than when they arrived. All the holes in the siding that were left due to relocating pipes were sealed thoroughly. The gutters have performed well through several heavy rains at this point. I even got a follow up call from the office once we had the first rain after installation to make sure everything was working ok. I would highly recommend the gutter guys for any gutter service, repair, or replacement.

I was very happy with the entire staff starting with the receptionist, the salesperson, the owner, the and the workers. I asked several questions, had a request to reroute a gutter spout - they did, and I am ecstatic with the job that was done. I referred them to several folk. The date may be off, but bottom line, they're very good.

They did a great job, cleaned up really well afterward and the gutters look and work great!

The Gutter Guys replaced our aging gutters with new ones (with a 3-year warranty), and the price was lower than the other company that only offered to 'fix' (not replace) the old ones. Rob and John were the technicians, and they were punctual and friendly, and thoroughly explained what they did. Will definitely call them again if we have gutter problems. One note: they are really popular (for good reasons) so they have a bit of a wait list for service, but it's definitely waiting for their work.

First James came out to give me an estimate. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He introduced himself then walked around the house inspecting all the gutters. After we sat down and he gave me two estimates. I originally just wanted the gutters to be refastened to the roof and cleaned (that was $185.00). After we spoke and he showed me the gutter issues I decided to take his advice and have them replaced since the price was very reasonable and must less than I thought it would be. I had no time frame in mind as to when to complete the project. I was contacted three weeks later by a very nice lady to let me know they would be out the following Monday. Payment was made over the phone, they did the work and my gutters look wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

I was not there when they did the job and I was satisfied. They were very good with being upfront about what their schedule looked like. I certainly appreciate that , which is kind of why I did not use them in the spring, because I really needed to get the work done. But they were much more available in the winter because there was not as much of a demand so they were able to come out quicker.

The company came out to look at some gutters that I was having issues with water drainage. I was told that they could be repaired or can be replaced. I agreed to have them replaced so that I know that they are brand new.

Salesman was prompt, courteous and professional. Advised me of several options and all details with respect to warranties, etc. It was obvious from speaking with salesman that this is a family run, local business that cares greatly about its customers and reputation. Work was performed on/about expected date. I was not at home when the work was performed. Upon return, it appeared the work was performed in a quality manner. I did notice a small hole in a window screen that was probably caused by the ladder. I contacted the company and the owner came out to check the quality of the work and to look at the screen. He went above and beyond by agreeing to replace the screen, and the screen on the adjacent window so the two would match. My conversations with him (Dan) were courteous and professional. He apologized for the damaged screen and took care of my concerns. I like to find local companies who care about the quality of their work and stand-by everything they do. I believe this is one of those companies and recommend them to anyone who needs gutter work.

The Gutter Guys are great. Everyone should be using them. Rob, Gunner and Vinnie did great job putting up the new gutters and cleaning the old ones. Not only did the new gutters look great but they left the back yard cleaner than they found it.

Late this winter, water was running over the side of my gutter on the opposite end from the downspout. I could see from my upstairs window that the entire gutter was filled with ice. I was not certain if I had a problem with the gutter, or if it was just because of the ice build up, but called the Gutter Guys to come and inspect the gutter after the last snowstorm. I also had a soffit near the peak of my house that was sagging. Another contractor had repaired it about two years ago, but the repair did not last long. Joe and DJ came this morning, and inspected the gutter, discovering that the pitch was off. They made the repair, cleaned both the front and back gutters, and sealed the end of the gutter where the water had run over the edge. They reinforced the gutter with new hooks. Then, they re-attached and repaired the soffits with nails, so I should not have any more problems with the soffit. They did the job right, much better than the last company had done. The Gutter Guys had replaced my back gutter about five years ago, and at that time, they told me my front gutter did not need replacing. I was so impressed, as they could have sold me a new gutter, and I would not have known any better. The same is true of today's job. I am impressed by their skill and honesty, and would not hesitate to call them for any future gutter issues. The entire job today cost me less than just repairing the soffit by the other company, and I could not be more pleased.

One part of the gutter has been a problem forever, when it rain real hard it would come down and we have buckets on one side. I told them when they were putting it up, that they will have a problem and I showed it to them so they did what they have to do but when a big rain storm the water was coming over. I called them up couple of days later, they sent some guys out and frankly it took them four times. That doesn't look good for them but actually it does because they came out within a few days after I've called them. They fit me in the schedule easily but they kept trying different things and it was an unusual situation which I told them it would be. Until finally the boss came, he was up there fooling around and whatever they did last time seems to be working. Part of their thing is we're not satisfied until you are. I don't care if they don't know how to do it perfectly; it's that they come out and fix it and they finally found out the right combination of things to do that solved the problem.

They were excellent. I thought the price was also excellent. They were helpful and prompt. They did a great job and I even had a little problem with an unusual area, and they took care of that, as well. Everyone I dealt with was great, from the estimator to the workers. They sent out a specialist for an unusual circumstance.

I had a great experience with the Gutter Guys from start to finish. I received a call within 30 minutes of submitting my inquiry on Angie's List. Matt did the estimate and provided costs for repair and replacement and was thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done. It did take a while to get the work scheduled, which is understandable considering I got the estimate in December and work conditions were far from ideal. The guys that did the work were considerate and did a great job. They showed me the work they did and made sure all my questions were answered before they left. One of them even gave me some salt to put on my icy porch, which was most appreciated. The price for the job was competitive. I Highly recommend Gutter Guys!

It went great! I am very pleased and look forwarding to new gutters in about 2 to 3 weeks.

The service was great. They actually were scheduled a few days earlier and arrived on that day but it was raining and they couldn't do the work. They waited a while on that first attempt to see if the rain would let up (intermittent showers had been predicted), but ultimately had to leave. On the rescheduled date, they arrived on time, were very pleasant and professional, completed all the cleaning with no problems, and cleaned up before they left. On the back of our home, the gutters are 3 stories high so we were very happy that they were able to clean the gutters for us! We intend to use them for all follow-on gutter cleanings and make it a standing appointment!

They were extremely professional. Showed up on time, did an excellent job and installed quality products. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire The Gutter Guys again!

NOTE: Revision of previous review written on 10/18/2014................... Rob and his crew (Danny and Keith) did an outstanding job. Kudos to all three of them for a job well done. I was impressed by their work ethic, professionalism and diligence. This Gutters Guys Gang does not mess around, going about completing every task that I expected of them inclusive of a thorough clean-up. I'll gladly recommend this company to anyone!!

As I was told, installation was scheduled 3 weeks after initial estimate. Chris & Danny did a great job. I look forward to many years of ignoring falling leaves in autumn.

Great job from start to finish. The estimator was prompt and indicated that the job could be done in about two weeks. About two and one-half weeks later I was called to schedule a time when I would be home. Cleaners were prompt, courteous and efficient. The cost was very reasonable for the work done. I will definitely use this company in the future.

The Gutter Guys deserve all their A ratings. I had this job quoted for me last year by a roofing contractor, and Gutter Guys were more than $1000 less expensive. In addition, they were both friendly and extremely professional from start to finish. I especially liked the crew that came to my house to do the work. They were pleasant, helpful, and the job looked excellent when they were finished. I noticed one small problem with a piece of fascia that actually wasn't that close to any of the gutters, but caused me a concern, and I offered to pay the crew extra to fix it. They helped me with it at no extra charge. It wasn't a big deal, but I felt like they went the extra mile to help me, and I really appreciated that act of kindness. The salesperson was very low pressure which I liked. And the office staff was very helpful and warm when I called them with questions.

Everything went great. Initially we were interested in half-round gutters because they are a more traditional look and may work better than a k-style gutter with a slate roof. After getting a few quotes we opted for the more affordable k-style - if the snow pulls them off we can replace them 3x for the cost of one set of half-round. The Gutter Guys had the most competitive price on the k-style gutters. We had to wait about 5-6 weeks to get them installed, but this wasn't an issue because we weren't in a rush and had things we wanted to do to the house before getting the gutters installed. We took down the old gutters ourselves so that could get rid of the ugly aluminum trim that previous owners had put up, so I can't really speak to their removal or cleanup. Their installer Josh arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and did a great job. He tied the downspouts into the drains and even provided a missing fitting for one of the connections. We'd recommend the Gutter Guys to anyone needing new gutters installed.

Gutter guys were quick to come out and gave us a good estimate for both replacing the gutters or just cleaning them. We decided to replace the gutters and are very happy that we did. The guys that came out to do the work were professional and quick. There was no mess after they left and we can't wait to get a storm to see how they work!! I highly recommend Gutter Guys!

I had three quotes to replace the gutters on the rear of my house and not only were The Gutter Guys the most competitive quote, but they were also the most professional and the most responsive to questions. Because they are so busy at the moment I had to wait a little while from the time I signed the contract until the expected installation date, but that wasn't a problem. I had some issues because of a shared gutter with my neighbor (a rental property), but James and Dan worked through the problems (my neighbor agreeing to have the work done and then not following through when it came time for the installation) as best they could. They have followed up with me since the work took place to make sure that I am still happy with everything. I am very pleased I chose The Gutter Guys and I would recommend them to friends and family.

They called, and the guy came out right away the next day. They were right on time and pleasant and did a great job! They were courteous and I was just very pleased overall.
