Perfect.. After the installation we asked for the regents to be cut in a certain way, They came back within 90 minutes and did exactly what we wanted at no extra charge.

We visited the store and the salesperson took the time to explain the options and showed many samples of the hard wood floor. Took the measurement, delivered the materials and installed on the days promised.

The workman did the job very professionally and did a conscientious clean up job. The replaced section matched the rest of the floor perfectly. We were very pleased.

Excellent work. Many of my friends liked the wood floor. I will definetly recommend to anyone.

We had looked at several places and found their price and selection to be excellent. I was looking for something durable and easy to clean but not wood. We are very satisfied with the floor and work done by Renaissance and Latif. They were able to start and finish the job promptly once we made our selection.

Latif and Renaissance Floor’s services were phenomenal, and the outcome of the new carpet layout was superb. The team removed everything from the two rooms in the basement which were damaged from a flood, cleaned up the debris, fixed anything that was necessary to install the carpet, and placed thick padding underneath. The team came on time and left the place spotless without any sign of work. Renaissance Floor was the best team I had among all the other contractors that came to work on my house after damages caused by the storm. The manager Latif was very courteous and a great person to deal with. They are a very recommendable company!

We hired renaissance to install a carpet runner on our staircase. In the end, the carpet was installed perfectly and I am very satisfied with the product. There were some hiccups on the day of installation however. Renaissance seem to forget about our 8 AM appointment to install and did not arrive until 12:30 PM. This was obviously frustrating because I stayed home from work for this appointment, but additionally I had no way of getting in contact with anybody until the store opens at 10 AM. For this inconvenience, I was discounted $100, which I appreciated. On our initial visit to Renaissance, I received a verbal quote for this job of $1300, with full installation. My wife and I took a few samples and a week later came back with our decision. The final quote for our installation was $1450. I didn’t get the original quote in writing and I regretted not fighting this more at the time. Even after the installation issues and the $100 discount, we still paid more than this original quote. Again, we are very satisfied with the product and the outcome, The pictures show that the installation is great and the binding with hardwood trim looks great. But the process wasn’t completely smooth. If I did use renaissance again I would always get the initial quote in writing.

Great. Everything was done in a timely manner, installers were on time and were very neat. Latif bound the stair runner carpet on site which was great. Would definitely use again.

Latif provided friendly, experienced knowledge about all the rug brands and rug pads. Very accommodating--brought two rug pads to allow me to choose which height I preferred. Cut and bound some of the remnant at my request for a door mat at no extra cost. Price is a bit higher than other stores that sell non-name brand rugs, but worth it for the friendly, non-pushy service.

I have been dealing with Latiff for a few months, and he has been amazing! He has brought many samples of flooring and carpets to my home. He has always been on time, and very professional.When we decided on what to install, Latiff and his team came to the house, and the job was done in 3 days!! They were actually in my home, while I was out of town, very trustworthy. I would not hesitate to call them again, to do the wood floors upstairs. Latiff is personable,friendly and patient!

We recently had Renaissance install wood flooring on our entire first floor (kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, hall bath). I am very happy with the results. Latif gave us an excellent estimate and helped us select the right wood (we are very happy with it). Once we selected Renaissance, Latif and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure the job was done properly. It was a huge job. Tile, existing wood flooring and carpet had to be removed. After the existing flooring was removed, it was revealed that floors in different rooms were uneven, meaning that additional subflooring had to be removed in two of the rooms before wood flooring could be installed. Every aspect of the job was done to our complete satisfaction. Despite some unanticipated conditions (like the uneven flooring), Latif never blinked and never came back to us with a "change order" or any request to increase the contract price. Also - and most impressively - after the job was completed, Latif performed a walk-through and his crew came back two more times (after we made the final payment!) to fix a couple of minor (nit-picking) cosmetic issues we noticed. Latif never pushed back or said the job was "good enough" - it was clear he was not going to be happy until we were 100% happy. I can't recommend Renaissance Flooring and Latif more highly. We got several estimates and considered several companies - I am so happy we went with Renaissance. It's a cliche, but they helped make our house our home.

Excellent work by everyone at this company. Bassir provided excellent customer service. He came to my home the same day to take measurements and a installation date was provided in a very timely manner. The installation crew was also very prompt and professional and did an excellent job as well. I will recommend this company to all of my friends.

We received excellent advice from Bashir. The installers did a meticulous job and the results could not have been any better. We did not comparison shop on this project, so we cannot comment on the price.

I used Renaissance Carpet two years ago to carpet my basement. I was pleased with the work so I hired them again when it was time to recarpet all the bedrooms on my second floor. Bassir came to measure at the time we had arranged. He was courteous and professional. At the store he was very patient with me while I selected carpet, and ordered samples. When I got the samples, I did not like the colors I had chosen when I saw them in my home and again Bassir was very patient and helpful while I deliberated over minor color differences. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, carefully moved and replaced furniture and got the whole job done effiently. The men were very neat, there was no damage to the newly painted walls and they left the job site clean. In the basement, one area needed to be restretched and the crew forman took care of that little problem before he left. For price and service this store is the best.

We LOVE the work that was done. The flooring is flawless and the carpet divine! The installers were very respectable, kind and hardworking. This company did an amazing job and right on time. Truly trustworthy!

This is the 2nd time that I have used this company because they are terrific. Latif, my service guy, came to my home one day after i called and measured all rooms and gave me a good price. The hardwood was delivered several days later and work began 4 days later. Latif sent a team of 4 highly skilled workers who tore out all carpeting and old floors and installed Bruce hardwood floors in two days. They moved all furniture without damaging anything,and cleaned up each day, and left my house immaculate. My upper bedrooms and hall are absolutely gorgeous now. This company is very prompt with their service and they treated my home with great care. I would definitely use them a 3rd time!
