Overall it was a great experience. They were here when they said they would be. The boss, himself, came out to start the job. They were clean and quiet. They cleaned up after themselves but the floor is laid 5 degrees off of true and the baseboard moldings are upside down. Overall they are a great company. I have not gone back to them because literally they laid it on Sunday so I haven't gone back to him. They were very responsive. He called me when I wasn’t calling him. He came right out when I was ready to do it. The guy was here on time and he did it in a timely way. Everything was great right down the line except that the floor was laid wrong. The floor looks good but it makes me a little dizzy when I look at it. I didn't do a lot of research regarding the pricing. It is neat and clean but there are fundamental things wrong with it. He was very polite and told me when he was going to get a piece from the hardware store and why he was doing it. I think I would probably use them again depending on how they resolve this but I would watch them closer.

Was very helpful in explaining options. Did work on time and made adjustments in installing the hallway flooring and the shoe molding as I requested Was very pleased with all aspects of service.

They charged a fairly reasonable price, though I didn?t do much comparison. They started the work a week later, but, did the work in less than a week. They floored the ground, first and second floor along with the stairs. The hardwood floor they installed was the same as some decent carpeting work. The overall job done was good. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

The workers were fast, efficient and clean. We had a misunderstanding about how some molding needed to be cut, but they fixed the molding to my satisfaction.

They were outstanding. I've used them 3 times over the last 10 years, and they always do a good job.

They were excellent. They were very patient in coping with all of or request for information, and all the measure was good on the sale side. The works were here for 5 days and were extremely professional and polite and also cleaned after themselves. The work was also very good. They were not the cheapest, but they were worth it.

I went to Renaissance Floors on a Friday evening. Ali was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me advice on my selection. I shopped around several stores, but Ali ended up being the best value for the money. I went back to him the next week and placed the order. I even gave him the keys to my condominium so he can give to his delivery guys. They are very professional.

This was one of the easiest companies I've ever worked with -- we randomly walked into their office on Rockville Pike after visting another store. We met with Ali, who gave us an overview of our different carpet options. After showing us their newer carpets, he was nice enough to show us some options using "remnants" which were great quality but much cheaper. We left the store to consider our options, and called him back a few days later. He remembered us and the deal he offered, and without difficulty set up the installation at the day/time we requested. The installation guy was outstanding -- nice and cheerful, knowledgable, flexible with what we wanted, did the job in exactly the amount of time he said it would take, cleaned up afterward, and did an excellent job!

Ali's estimate in line with other estimates. He was pleasant and professional. No *expletive* about the job or the amount. Always on time. His crew did the work while we were out of town. They did exactly what they said they'd do and we were delighted upon our return. Floors are beautiful!!

WE CONTINUE TO USE AND RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THE WORKERS ARE VERY SKILLED AND NEVER CAUSE ANY DAMAGE WHEN DOING INSTALLS. THEY DO GREAT WORK AND ARE PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH BOTH ON THE SALES AND INSTALLATION END.
