Sales staff were very helfpul during the process. Very knowledgable of the business. Installation was carried out with sharp punctuality, installation team arrived at the agreed time on the dot and the installation lasted exactly the promised time. Quality of installation was excelent. Renaissance are very professional and know very well the business.

It was a pleasure to work with true professionals. From the selection of the replacement carpet and purchase to the completion of the installation I felt like I was working with someone who knows the business and more particularly is customer service focused. The three person installation crew arrived as scheduled and were clean and neat. They worked continuously through the day carefully moving any furniture as needed. They took extra care to check for any floor squeaks and and fixed them with screws. I didn't realize how much the floor squeaked until it didn't. The installation is perfect! There are no seams visible even where you sometimes tend to see them such as doorways,etc. I got three estimates for the same carpet and installation. Renaissance was not the cheapest but for $200 more I feel that I got my money's worth with professionalism and quality of work. I would not hesiate to recommend them to anyone. A happy wife = priceless!

Wow. My wife and I couldn't be happier. The first day, the Fernando came in, went over the process, and just went to work. Worked from 8-6 with very little breaks in between. They were careful with moving our furniture, more careful than we are, and cleaned as they went. We were still able to use the kitchen when they were tearing it up which was a pleasant surprise to us. We thought we were going to eat takeout everyday. We had 2 other quotes, and both quotes were for imitation Bruce hard wood that was supposedly just as good. Well, I wanted Bruce, got Bruce, and for about 1/2 of the competition. One issue occurred where I spoke to Amir and asked him to feather in wood with the existing wood. This may have been miscommunicated at the time of the quote, but that didn't matter. They did it the way I wanted, redoing a small section without any complaints, additional charges, and instead of feathering in with the existing wood, they just replaced it all together without using the older, faded wood which looks much better. They finished on time, worked extra hard to make sure we were happy and never once said... more money for that, etc... I wish they did counters. I would have put them on speed dial for our next years project.

Amir was very helpful at all stages. We chose the materials in the Renaissance show room. Workers were on time and worked well. When we thought the job wasn't quite right and needed more finishing touches we called Amir, and he agreed with us. Everything was finished to our satisfaction the next day.

I found Renaissance Floor and Carpet via rewiews on angie's list and Google. Since time was not on our end and we needed the flooring done before we moved, I did not shop around for quotes from other companies. I went with my gut instinct and am very pleased that it worked out very well in the end. Amir the owner was extremely professional and very helpful throughout the process. Most important, he was punctual to our appointment to take a look at the property and get measurements. What I really liked about him was that he gave us all the information we needed to make our flooring choice and did not try to oversell anything. He suggested using laminate in the basement based on what the room was going to be used for. He also worked with us giving us some discount so that we could install the flooring we liked the best, since we were on a budget. Thankyou Amir. The flooring technicians Alfonso & Walter, were punctual, courteous and did a fantastic job. Very happy with the finished product. They even cut some extra pieces of left over wood from the project so that I could use them as stoppers for our sliding glass doors! I would like to end by saying, you will not be disappointed by your choice if you do decide to choose Renaissance Floor and Carpet.

Amir was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional, didn't sell us on things we didn't need (even steered us away from something we were looking at that we didn't need - soundproof matting) and gave us some great advice on what would work in our situation. The job took a little longer than first estimate but Amir communicated with us throughout the process and kept us informed of what needed to happen. Floors look great and we're very happy with our experience.

We got estimates of three flooring contractors, selected based on information we gathered from friends. All three estimates were in an acceptable price range. We turned to Renaissance. for an additional bid because we thought the estimates lacked the level of detail we wanted. We set up an appointment at their office. The office was in good order. The owner took the time to explain our alternatives. He provided good answers for all our many questions. He came to our home the next day and provided a detailed proposal. The bid was competitive with the others. He was also able to met the schedule we wanted. We accepted the proposal. The installing team of two was on the job as planned. The team leader had seventeen years of experience. The team focused on our job. No time was waisted on long breaks or the cell phone. Time at the end of each day was used to clean the work area so our life was not interrupted. The job was completed in three day as was estimated. The results more than met our expectations. We are delighted with the quality of all the work. It is beautiful.

Every step from selecting the tile, to getting an estimate to installation was smooth, professional and timely. We will use them again for all our flooring needs.

The entire job took 2 days. The 2 installers arrived promptly at 8:00 AM, worked non-stop except for a very short break for lunch and then worked until 5 PM. They were completely prepared for the job and set about it in an absolutely professional manner. At the end of each day, they tidied up. An extremely pleasant experience from start to finish with a very nice company.

I called for the appointment and Amir came to our place for the estimate next day His estimate was very professional and straightforward. Also, he was very polite and knowledgeable, so we chose the Renaissance to do the job. Removing existing carpeting and installing new floors took 4 days. They were always on time and worked very hard all day. They always cleaned after, stored power machines neatly and were respectful to our house. Especially Fransisco and his team were excellent. Amir was always very responsive throughout. Now the flooring looks so great and I am extremely impressed with their careful attention to details. Amir stopped by to check if works were done well and answered my questions. Everything went very smoothly. Amir came to my house for the measurement a few days after my first call. I went to the store to pick a remnant for installation. His measurement requires less carpet than others, so the price is much cheaper. I rescheduled the installation date a couple times and he was patient with me. Because of my reschedule, he rescheduled a couple times as well and he kept me informed. The instalment went nicely and the stairway looks beautiful. The installers are professional and pay attention to details. I'll definitely use them again.

Amir with Renaissance came out to our place and gave us a very professional and competitive quote. He was very knowledgeable about the products and our options. The installation was done over the course of 4 or 5 days and looks great! The quality of the materials is great and exactly what we were looking for and the installation was done very professionally, no cutting corners. They left it looking great with new baseboards where there had been none before and great edging everywhere. The stairs are the part we are most excited about; we wanted the vertical part of the stairs painted white and they came out beautifully. Overall, we would definitely recommend the company, they were very professional, responsive and did great work!

It went very well. There was a problem with the carpet and it had a defective stain in the middle. I called and spoke with the owner, Amir, and he had someone quickly come and replace it.

The installation of both the laminate flooring and the carpeting was perfect. His installers are professional, clean, and very meticulous. Laminate was installed quickly and professionally. Workers were quiet and courteous. Owner of business was responsive to our concerns and bent over backwards to ensure a quality installation. This was a second installation, since the first product we chose did not work out.

The overall handling of the job from picking the carpet to completion was excellent. This is the 2nd home Renaissance Floor and Carpet has carpeted for my family. Our opinion, is that we will never use anyone else for carpeting our home, not even at a lower price.

We decided to replace our first level, stair and upstairs hall with 5-½ inch Brazilian cherry hardwood flooring. We shopped at 5 local stores. One of them was a lumber liquidator. Amir (owner) at Renaissance Floor & Carpet was able to beat them by thousands. The work took 5 days to complete. His crews come everyday on time and clean after themselves when the day ends. They were excellent, honest and trustworthy. They were very responsive to everything that I needed. Their work was exceptional and my floor and stairs look fantastic! My wife love it and I think that what matter the most. Plus it was on budget!
