The flooring crew can at the time as they promised, work diligently for 1 or 2 days to get the job done (this would minimize the inconveniences of our daily life). After they finished, they would sweep my floor clean and move the furnitures where they belong. Very professional and good work ethics.

Removed existing carpeting and installed hardwood flooring and carpeting on the stairs to the basement. Moved all furniture as needed. Even moved patio furniture to get access to basement doors.

I purchased carpeting in all of my bedrooms and hallway from Renaissance 5 years ago. The carpet has held up great. We recently did a renovation and needed one of the carpets cut down to accommodate the new size. While only a small job, they made sure to come take care of an old customer, and their craftsmanship was excellent. We are repeat clients of Renaissance Floors! The first time we used them was when we purchased our home in 2011. In just under a week they removed all of the old carpeting, base boards, and flooring and installed new hardwood on two levels, new carpet on two levels, ceramic tile at the entrance from my garage to my family room and new base boards from top to bottom. They were quick, clean, and very professional! At the end of August of 2016 we hired them again to install new hardwood and base boards in our kitchen. Not only was the work completed in a day but the transition from dining room to kitchen is flawless. There is no difference between the work that was recently completed and the work that was done back in 2011. The whole project went very well. Latif was very helpfull from the beginning .He helped us from the start to end of this project in a very professional and timely manner.The floors that we have now are amazing and I would recommend Latif and the team without any doubt.My next project will be renovating my bathrooms and I will be contacting no body other than Latif .

My wife and I needed to recarpet our upstairs before moving into our new home. We needed to have the entire project complete within 3 weeks and that was no problem. We had an idea of the color we wanted and didn't need to spend much time in the store. The samples were laid out in a good format for browsing. Once we picked the design, we were able to quickly set up the arrangements. The sales person was nice. The next step was when the owner visited our home to take measurements. He was very friendly and we even chatted about our families for several minutes. He did arrive about 15 minutes late, and I had to call him for that update, which is why I gave a B for punctuality. I understand that his previous appt probably ran a little long so it wasn't a big deal for me. He was also very apologetic for it. The measurements were larger than we thought and exceeded our price range, so we opted to forgo new carpet in one room and the stairs to the basement. I appreciate that they negotiated with us at the store, but hoped to be able to negotiate a little further. Pricing is a B because this was a pretty expensive job, but I think it will be worth the investment in the long run. The carpet comes with a lifetime guarantee, and from what I understand, they will replace any carpet with unremovable stains. A week or so later, four workers came to install the carpet. It was an all day job, with them arriving at 9 and wrapping up at 6 pm. They all did a quality job and I could tell they were working pretty hard all day. They came to me for clarifications a few times on some options I had. They also fixed the creaks in the floor on areas that had high traffic. It makes a big difference and they did great on that. The carpet is great quality, very nice to the touch, and has maintained extreme cleanliness for over a month now. So for all of that, they get an A for quality, and A for professionalism, and an A overall. I would recommend them to others.

It was excellent! I cannot be happier with the customer service and the installation. Latif and his team of installers did an amazing job! They did it quickly and the end result is more than I can hope for. The installers were quick and efficient and got most of the work done in one night! Latif did the quality assurance check to be sure that everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend them!

Renaissance Floor and Carpet did an excellent job with the installation of the hardwood flooring and steps throughout my two level Condominium. I worked with Latif and Amir, who were both extremely professional and responsive to my flooring needs from the sale of the flooring to the completion and inspection of the installation. Customer service was excellent! The steps were cut and stained to perfectly match the prefinished flooring. The installers started their work each day on time and stayed as late as necessary. Work was performed very efficiently and on time, and installers were very professional. Everyone who has seen the floors has complemented on how nice they are. The cost of the job was very fair and there were no hidden costs. I paid exactly what I was quoted. I highly recommend this business. You will not be disappointed.

We loved the personal involvement and advice we received from Amir while choosing the right type and color of hardwood for our home and the swift and neat installation that took one day. This summer we decided to go to them again when we needed carpet replacement on the stairs and small upper hallway. Amir and Latif were there to help with the right choice again, and, after the carpet arrived (it was backordered), once again we left the keys to the Renaissance Floor crew and went peacefully to work knowing that a new carpet and a clean house would wait for us when we return. In this company you get personal attention, good advice, very fair pricing.

Latif helped me in the store and came out to my house the following day to do the measurements. The carpeting was installed ten days later. As promised, he was at my house for much of the installation. I had a couple of minor issues afterwards, and both times, Latif was very responsive and sent someone over to address the problem. They did a beautiful job and I fully intend to have them do the other parts of my house when I'm ready.

After we bought the condo this spring, we decided that the carpet in the 3 bedrooms and the sun room had to go. So we accessed the Net to find its replacement. Because of our commitment to purchasing environment-friendly products, the description of cork flooring caught our attention and we went shopping for that product. We visited only 2 stores, the second one being Renaissance Flooring. We were treated well at both places and we liked what both stores have to offer. However, we went with Renaissance Flooring because of their strong review in Angie?s List and because Mr. Bashir offered us a better price. We didn?t have much time to waste as we needed to have the place ready to move in but we had to be out of town when the cork panels were delivered. Despite the fact that Silver Spring is a big city where one ordinarily does not have strangers working in the home unless one is around, we figured that we could trust this store, which was highly recommended on Angie?s List. Also, we were impressed that Mr. Bashir himself came to our condo on a Sunday morning to measure the rooms. So the Renaissance installers did their work in our absence but we are so pleased with their meticulous workmanship and we have told Mr. Bashir so. As he promised, cork flooring was installed at no additional charge in the closets of all 3 bedrooms. When we informed him of our daughter and son-in-law?s membership in Angie?s List, Mr. Bashir offered us an additional 5% discount, a nice touch. We have now lived in the condo for more than 2 months and we continue to be appreciative of the finished floors, which are pleasant to look at and easy to clean. Should we need additional work done in future, getting Renaissance Flooring to handle it will be a no brainer. And it will be a pleasure to tell our friends about Mr. Bashir and his remarkable store.

We were given a choice of dates to get the work done. The wood was delivered a week in advance and it came at the exact time they said they would be there. We were told the job would take 3 days. They started at the appointed time and it took exactly 3 days. The installers were prompt and courteous and removed all the old carpet and left all 4 rooms clean and beautiful. The new floors look great and we couldn't be happier. Mr. Bassir was great to work with and the installers did a wonderful job. The price was fair and we are very happy with the final result. We would definitely recommend Renaissance for any of your flooring needs.
