Great selection in store and great customer service. Was slightly more expensive than other options but the selection and service made buying very easy and was worth it. Latif helped us find several good options at different price points for carpet to match the existing stairs. He also let our 8 month-old play on the carpet samples and gave her a cute stuffed dog!

It went very well. First we took home the sample board from the showroom, figured what texture and color would work and then called to set up measurement/estimate. The price was right and after the carpet came to the showroom, we set up install. Install was painless. The crew came in the morning and left a little after lunch. They were very efficient and focused but friendly.

Great service and very professional install

Aided by the knowledge and patience of Mr. Latif (he provided much time and valid suggestions), I picked a lovely vinyl plank/floating flooring for the kitchen. I expected a lot of mess and prolonged installation, but the two installers worked as a great team and transformed the area from "yuk" to "wow" in a relatively short time. These men were polite and attentive to any concerns or questions I had. A month later, I am still looking around with a smile. My next project will go to Renaissance, too.

The house sold in a day. Will, and have, contract(ed) with Renaissance again.

Excellent from start to finish. Mr. Bassir was helpful and patient in choosing the material. No pressure just to make a sale. He made sure we would be happy with our choice. The instalation started on time. The team arrived promtly and work hard all day. They were very tidy, constantly keeping the work area clean and clean up at the end of the day. The instalation progrss on schedual as planned. Special cudos to Mr.Jose, the foreman of the team. He was a skilled craftman who took pride in his work and it showed. The wood we choose were handscrape so there are imperfections. You need skill to make it look nice. Jose even did the picture frame around the fireplace as request. Towards the end of the project he saved the day by spotting the color variations in different lots of the wood. No worry, Mr. Bassir hunyed down the right lot and the work picked up where they left off. We are very, very happy.

Latif is such a great person. I spoke to 3 other people before him, but he was the most sincere person with friendly attitude. Even though, we ended up spending the max quote, but the floors were high quality. Latif was little forgetful or not give heads up earlier than I was hoping, but overall he was responsive, honest, and negotiable. There were lots of previous floors we had to get rid of from our kitchen and dinning area, and the workers were so great and fast. They even fixed the damaged subfloor with no charge. Also, they refinished the hardwood floor beautifully. We wanted little darker color to match our linoleum floor, and Latif agreed to do it free of charge. There were little incidents or concern during the work, but Latif always made sure to listen to his customer did everything to make us happy. Now most of the house floor is amazing and I am totally going back with them when I am doing the big bedroom & bathroom next year. I highly highly recommend Latif!

They helped us select the correct carpeting for the job (which was not the most expensive), came and measured and did a great job with installation.

The hardwood floors were delivered a week before installation. After the main floor installation, they discovered they did not order enough wood to complete the upstairs. Bassir, our salesman, and the floor installers were great. The installers works from 8:30am - 9am to 4:30pm - 5pm. The job took a total of 4 days. Only issue we had was the additional installation due them not properly ordering enough wood causing us to reschedule our work schedules so we can be at home for the install.

Renaissance was very responsive throughout the sales and then installation activitities. Good attention to detail. Very good value for the money.

They were on time, polite, accomplished the task well and cleaned up the floor they walked on to get to service area. Only disappointment was in a couple spots the glue from the previous floor got on their shoes and was transferred to new floor. It isn't that noticeable, but I did warn them about this possibility. Latif was very prompt in getting me the estimate and was quite easy to work with.

Insurance paid for it, so I didn't have to worry about the price. They did a great job. It was top notch. There were two workers. It took them a day and an half to complete. It was a busy time or not. They were very responsive, and very helpful with picking out the flooring we used, and they did a good job.

Excellent. Met our schedule. Installers were careful and helped every step of the way so the project ran smoothly. They even created a tarp so they could keep working outside during rain!

I wish all providers offered the same quality of service as Renaissance Floor & Carpet! I've been restoring a flooded basement, and working with Renaissance has been by far the most positive experience of the entire ordeal. The sales rep, Latif, scheduled an appointment on short notice and offered a lot of helpful advice. Edwin did a great job installing tile in the bathroom, and Luis did an equally excellent job installing the carpet. They were were prompt and efficient. The flooring was installed with a high degree of craftsmanship -- no shortcuts or sloppiness -- and they left the place very tidy. Ever since then, I've been recommending Renaissance Floor & Carpet to everyone I know. I'll definitely go to them again for all my future flooring needs.

This was our second time we used Renaissance. Our salesman was Bassir and he was very helpful in our selection of the materials. It took about a week for the materials to be delivered and the installation followed within a couple of days. We chose Renaissance because of the high quality installers they use. It was a job well done.
