They scheduled me for delivery three times; I stayed at home and they didn't deliver. They never did deliver the whole order. They lied about it saying I already got it or it should have been delivered to the sales room or it should have been on the truck. They were very unhelpful and didn't care about it. I thought I would never get it but frankly I was relieved and they finally delivered it for the fourth time. It was really a disaster because I had to stay and there were days I couldn't go anyplace. They told, once I called and cancelled the order; when they delivered it. They were just liars. Then I had the manager of the store who handed me the invoice that had been signed stating it had been delivered. They finally found it which came with the fourth delivery and not at the time they told they delivered. It was a terrific experience; I never had an experience like this before. For me it was an unpleasant experience to say the least. They did charge me for the delivery though. The chair was very expensive. The quality of the work was definitely not up the mark.
Description of Work: I ordered covers for the arms of the backrest and the chairs from La-Z-Boy Inc. The last interaction I had with them was about a week ago.

We met with Hilde and she took the time to offer us a planning service. Hilde and their decorator Paige came to our house to measure the rooms and devise floor plans to help us select our furniture. With Hilde's help we picked out seven pieces and she helped us choose the fabrics. She was a great salesperson who was very patient and helpful as we tend to be indecisive. The furniture we purchased came in and it looks fantastic. We ordered a few sleepers, couches and a recliner and they seem very well made and the custom upholstery looks great.
Description of Work: We purchased furniture for our living room and for two other rooms in our house with the aid of the staff.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD, AND FAST. I WISH THAT THE CHARGE COULD BE PRO-RATED INSTEAD OF A FLAT FEE. HE WAS HERE FOR 20 MINUTES, AND I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR AN ENTIRE HOUR.
Description of Work: MY RECLINER HAD DETRACTED FROM THE BASE. THE REPAIRMAN CAME, AND ATTACHED A MISSING SCREW, AND REALIGNED THE MECHANISMS.
