Completed the project as directed.

They were too slow. Thwy came in complaining about I had "too much stuff". What took 5 hours 5yrs ago, took them almost 10.

They were very professional and did a great job.

The men that came to do the moving really worked very hard as once we got the office furniture out of one office and went to deliver it to another, some of the furniture did not fit through the doors. The men worked extra hard trying to figure out how to get the furniture through the doorways. They even had to take some of the furniture apart. This was all something that none of us expected and the men worked tirelessly trying to complete the job by getting all the office furniture into the destination office which not by their fault we were unable to get everything apart and in the office that day. These men really earned their money and should be congratulated for a job well done! My thanks and gratitude!

Did a great job moving us. Accurate estimate and quick move. Only one piece got slightly damaged and they told us it will get fixed.

The administrative support was excellent! The estimate received was very close to being accurate and the cost was fair; they had even moved our piano for free! The movers were amazing, worked hard, and did a fantastic job! My only complaint is that the movers could have paid more attention to what was written on the boxes; a great many boxes intended for different rooms ended up in the basement which caused us to have to move several boxes ourselves.

Did the work in a professional manner and quickly, for the quoted price

The movers were exceptional. I would use Herman and his team in a minute. However the estimate was one third of the final costs I feel this was very unprofessional and quite a gimmick.

Quoted one thing and final was over 3 times what the estimate was for. The furniture was not damaged and was taken very good care of, but this was a short move and they were very slow. They charged per hour and quoted approximately 3.5 hours and it took them 9 hours.

Very professional and patient with a move that required multiple stops. Careful with items as well as homes.
