It is also quite interesting that on another review site, I noticed that another person had a similar complaint as mine about a woman on the phone and yet another reviewer complained about a woman sitting on the sofa texting. I am almost certain that Helena is the one they refer to. There is surely a pattern here of poor customer service and lack of respect for clients. I have yet to receive an apology from this horrible person for her rudeness and inconsiderate manner.

We were also sad to heard that your opinion of our products was so low. As a family owned and operated business for nearly 30 years we try our best to take care of every one of our valuable customers. We also try to carry the style of products that they are looking for a the very best prices available. Helena has worked for us for over 10 years and we were surprised to hear that she treated you in such disrespectful manor. That type of behavior is certainly not acceptable and it is not the the way the Helena that we know typically acts. Obviously everyone has a bad day, we apologize. If you remember I called you personally after I noticed the negative reviews you posted on 3 or 4 different sites and tried to see if there was something I could do to change your mind about our company. Although we had a pleasant conversation it doesn't seem that I was not able to do that. I want you to know that I still want to change your mind and turn you into a happy customer.
