I had a good experience with them. Ease of use of the product. They were really clean. The came in, they cleaned up, they got out. Didn't even cost. I didn't feel there were was a huge markup.

Favorable. They were responsive in putting together a very good doors for our storage needs.

They did the work,but I am not pleased with the finishing. The cabinets are not working fine, because the floor of the garage wasn’t even. There was like a V shaped long area which was not covered and later they covered that. I was a little bit displeased with the aesthetic of it , but the system changed the look of mine. I want them to be aware of these kind of things because they do this all the time. When everything is new and this 3-4 inches of area is left behind in front of the garage, it doesn’t look nice. They also came back and removed a cabinet because it was obstructing when I took my car out.

After purchasing a big deal with Garage Tek, it has been over a month and no one has reached out to schedule service, I would never use this company.

Caught me completely off guard relative to both the cost and the utility of the Garage Tek system. By and large, the system, while visually attractive, is prohibitively costly and does not provide the same versatility one can achieve with peg board and the inexpensive hooks and devices used to hold various items. For those who have lots of money and/or a limited amount of items, especially tools and implements for around-the-house use, Garage Tek might be an acceptable choice for garage storage, but it definitely does not fit for me and I was especially offended by the fact that in order to take advantage of the $1,000 worth of service/product for the discounted price of $289 (I believe that is the correct amount of the Angie's List ticket) it would be necessary, at a minimum, to spend another $2,000 (maybe more, but likely not less). While I have had basically good luck and worthwhile value from my Angie's List purchases, Garage Tek did not offer such an opportunity.

Very well. The two men were excellent. Very nice and professional. They came on time and they carried away the stuff I didn't want, including lots of wooden shelving and a metal cabinet left over from the previous owners. I thought they did a great job in the installation. I got this through an Angie's Big Deal so I essentially got $700 off but since I bought the big deal on an impulse, I hadn't done any research on how much this type of thing costs (a big no-no when making these big ticket purchases) so I am left with a bit of buyer's remorse. I also didn't understand or realize that my payment of $299 pretty much sealed the deal on going through with a big project or choose to losie the money. I hadn't done my research and didn't know that there weren't any other smaller, less expensive offers that I could get from Garage Tek so there was a bit of sticker shock. While I am still uncertain if I made a good deal or not (clearly my own fault for not being informed), moneywise, I think it made a huge improvement to my garage and I am very happy with the product and service.

I think this system is quite pricey and was reluctant to have it installed because of the price. However, the sales person was willing to work with me to tweak my plan to get the price to a more palatable level for me. The system certainly does keep the garage a lot more organized and much, much cleaner. On the day of installation the team arrived right on time. They introduced themselves and reviewed with me what they would be doing. They worked steadily all day until they finished and before they left they reviewed the project with me. They were polite and congenial. I have had to have them come back since the installation to deliver 2 shelves that were not in stock when the system was installed and to change out 2 accessories that I wanted to exchanged. On each occasion they were prompt and professional. I received a follow-up call from the office to be sure that everything was to my liking. I found this company to be very customer oriented and responsive.

The installation was very professional and courteous. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. I am still a bit shocked about the expense of the wall product. I realize afterwards that I didn't need the height that installed , but someone taller than me will enjoy it. It looks nice and did the job of organizing the garage, which is why I engaged them in the first place.

They were good. There was a little bit of a delay in processing the paperwork but it worked out fine. They were professional. The final cost was the same as the original estimate.

Everything turned at well. I would hire them again.

The installation went very well. The representative came to the house and discussed options and how to maximize use of the space. The installers arrived as promised and did a very good job, including framing utility access panels very nicely. They were very professional and left the space in fine condition after their work was completed. Overall, the system Garage Tek installed is wonderful and I'd highly recommend the company. The installation looks great and has been very helpful in a house where there is limited storage. Several neighbors are considering similar installations. The only disappointment is that we contacted the company immediately after the system was installed to see about ordering additional shelving and ask about possibly installing ceiling bracket hoists for two bicycles but never got a response.

Don't buy this flooring. It started coming up immediately. The tiles constantly pop up. Worst product we ever bought. We are in the process of ripping it out because so many of the floor tiles are broken or out of alignment.

Our sales rep (Peter) came out to our house to do a survey and provide options - very knowledgeable and professional. Doing all three walls of our garage was going to cost more than we had expected, so we opted to just install three overhead racks at this time, as opposed to just doing one or two walls. They needed to reschedule the original installation (due to mechanical issues on one of the vehicles), but the new appt. went well and they finished the installation more quickly than they had originally estimated. The total cost of the three racks was actually more (~$100) than the $1000 credit we had purchased for $399, but Peter waived the overage.

Aside from the price, which I found a tad high, I am completely satisfied with the services provided by GarageTek and am thrilled with my new storage system. The sales rep, Peter, responded promptly to my inquiry and walked me through the GarageTek products and storage system after he had first checked out the garage. He had good recommendations on which features offered the most value for the money, and also explained in detail the installation process and the services the company provided during the installation, such as free removal of any unwanted items and demolition of the old, bulky built-in work bench. Peter then created a computer design of my system and gave me an itemized bill. We agreed on a date for installation, which I later rescheduled easily. On the day of installation, the two installation guys arrived promptly at 9 am and we reviewed their plan of attack and went over which items were staying and which were to be hauled away. By 3pm, they were finished and the garage was cleared of any debris or equipment. The crew chief went over the new storage system with me in detail and patiently explained how to move shelves or hooks or other components, and also pointed out one item that he could not install due to a faulty bracket. He showed me how the storage rack should fit on the bracket but also showed how this particular bracket was faulty, and promised a new bracket would be delivered within a day or two. The men then loaded up the truck with the items to be hauled away, and I was left with a garage that feels and looks terrific, despite being 40 years old. I commend GarageTek on a well designed, quality product and excellent customer service. The replacement bracket was delivered the next day.

It went perfectly. The initial representative came by the house and talked about options. I wanted to redo my father's laundry room not his garage which was not an issue. The rep used a 3D imaging computer program to get exact measurements. He was very patient and not in a rush as we talked choices. I thought I would be able to get a couple walls and the floor done, but that would have been more than my budget allowed. The prices are high, but they work with you as much as possible. So, instead of the entire laundry room I had one wall redone with cabinets, shelves and a fold away table, and the storage space under the stairs(wall w/hooks and floor). The workers were prompt, polite, quick and relatively quiet, and they also cleaned up very well. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend Garage Tek. The work looks great and I know I can rearrange the cabinets/shelves which is nice. Or if in the future I want a whole new set up all I have to do is call Garage Tek and I can switch out the various cabinets and shelves. The prices are high so know that going in, but you get a great design experience, a great product and excellent customer service.

The entire process was exceptional and outstanding from initial consultation, collaborative planning to installation of the system. Our laundry room is finally user-friendly.

The Garage Tek system is very flexible and comprehensive. Their customer needs analysis works well and quickly on-the-spot in home using CAD/CAM software. The installation was quick and well done. The only down side is the price, which is very high. In my estimation it was worth if for me to solve my problem, but I advise you to consider carefully before buying.

Peter Belman worked with us on the design; he was our only contact besides the two installers. In general, we are pleased with our cleaned-up garage, though I do have an issue regarding a 29 inch wide wall that was not included. When we were in the garage with Peter discussing the various possibilities/designs, I told him that I wanted that wall completed also because it was wide enough to store a ladder or some rakes. I then stated that the only wall I did not want completed in the Tek paneling was the front wall with the two windows, facing the road. He nodded in agreement. The company does CAD drawings showing the components, most of which are movable from area to area. Since we had ordered a Hook Pack Set of 18, I figured we certainly had enough to put a hook or two on the 29 inch wall. It took me several days before we had the time to begin arranging things in the "new garage, and that was when I realized there was no paneling on the 29" wall. I wrote to Peter Belkman about this, but he has yet to respond to my email of July 7th. When we were originally designing the use of space, Mr. Belkman suggested we have two overhead racks installed to hold some lumber (tongue (?sp) and groove replacement boards for our deck). He said they would hold 250 pounds each, evenly distributed. He had said he would have the installer recheck to make sure it was installed evenly, but I never had confirmation of that. I guess we're left with taking the bathroom scale to the garage, pulling down one of the boards, and have my husband hold it while standing on the scale, then multiply that by the number of boards, and see how that works with the 500 pounds allotted! We are not young people, and I believe they should have confirmed all this before installation. What do I want? I want the above two items resolved. This was not an inexpensive project.

Workmen were on time and did a very neat job of installation. Wall system and hanging cabinets appear to be very durable. I have no criticisms at all except that it seemed pretty expensive to me.

The salesperson was very nice and the installers were very professional and cleaned up when they left. The wall is attractive and makes organization easy.
