Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

I had a great experience. There was a slight chemical smell to the carpet for approximately one day, but that has dissipated and I am very happy with my newly cleaned carpets. It was easy to set an appointment with the company and they called 30 minutes before their arrival time as promised. They actually came an hour early since there were a few cancellations.

The technicians were on time , very polite and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me befor they started the job.It has been a pleasure working with this company

The ownder, Shouki arrived on time, and was very friendly and professional. He cleaned the agreed upon areas, and even added a few extras at no additional cost. The entire process from start to finish was under two hours (excluding drying time) and he was even able to remove some very old spots, that the previous carpet cleaners could not. I would definitely recommend this company.

Technician was on time and professional. He made sure the stairs were cleaned and even cleaned an area rug. He paid attention to stains and pointed out one to me that would not completely comeout. My only complaint is that I paid the $175 minimum and could have had additional areas of the house cleaned but he had to go to his next appointment. Next time I will make sure ahead of time that I get my money's worth.

The men arrived on time. Eplained the whole procedure to me. Offered me upgraded servies with no pressure attached. Taught me about after care. Were very professional. Carpets looked great afterwards.

They came to clean the carpet in my basement and the stairs leading down to it. Arranging an appointment was a breeze (their e-mail contact system needs refinement as I had to call to follow up, but not a big deal), the tech was punctual within the 1 hour window i was given and even called ahead. I had bought a 3 room Angie's List Big Deal for $99 and because I was only using it for 2 areas, He threw in the defintiely needed deep cleaning for free w/o asking, which was a very nice gesture and clearly customer oriented. The carpets were quite dirty with spills etc and I had cleaned them myself a couple of time in the last couple of years with a grocery store rug doctor rental. Amazing difference. A job well done!

I have to say, I'm extremely impressed! We haven't had our carpets cleaned since we moved into our home 3yrs ago. With a dog and cat our carpets were in desperate need of cleaning. Rafael and his helper (didn't get his name) were courteous, punctual and did a fantastic job. Rafael explained EVERYTHING to me and trust me, I asked a ton of questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. Our carpets look like new and they smell fantastic, I am so excited!! My only negative comment would be that I don't think they vaccuumed before they started cleaning, like I said, I have a dog and a cat and I wish they would have vacuumed like I was told they would. Lucky for me, I vacuumed before they came just b/c I wanted to do an extra run through b/c of the animals. Honestly though, I couldn't be happier with Rafael and the work that was done, vacuum or not, they were so friendly and gave me a GREAT deal. I will be calling them soon do clean the couches. Thank you for your hard work and your professionalism.

Answered the phone when we called. Showed up at exactly when they said they woul. Took exactly the amount of time they said they would spend, and did a great job. Very pleasant and accommodating too.

The cleaning technician arrived on time and explained in detail the process. I had two rooms cleaned and he did a great job on both rooms. I will definitely use this company again.

They were excellent. They were wonderful. They did the job in a reasonable amount of time. They did not short cut me at all. There were two men that were very efficient. They cleaned up after they left. I would use them again. They even gave me a coupon for the next time that they come. The work was effective.

They did an excellent job. Quick and efficient. The carpets look great and best part was they were able to get a rust stain out that another company could not. The previous company said it would be impossible to get the stain out. Not so. Express Dry Carpet did it. I must also note that the technicians who worked on the carpet were very friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing. They walked me through the process of what they were doing, checked to make sure I was satisfied, did not try to upsell me, and ensured that the job was done right.

Again, setting up the appointment was easy and they accommodated my schedule. They were punctual, professional, and friendly. They easily beat a competative I've been using for years!

I was not at home at the scheduled appointment time and forgot to tell my housekeeper. I called to apologize and reschedule the appointment. They came back at no additional charge and even called to see if he could come early. I added the stairs and the living room rug. He did the rug in front of the front door at no charge. He was efficient and went straight to work. I was talking to him as he was leaving and he noticed the rug to the basement needed to be shaken, so he took it out and shook it. Not many providers would do this. Very nice people and very conscious of the power of Angie's list recommendation. You should use this company.

Prompt and well done service

Great customer service from start to finish. Made an appt and they were able to come out within a week. There was a slight snafu with my cell phone number but they were very apologetic and offered 10% discount for the inconvenience and was able to come out at a day and time of my convenience. Just had carpets done today. Shouki came early and was friendly and very helpful. Got out some stains made by my dog and some other stains that I didn't think would be able to come out. Even though I had ordered a deep cleanjng, after he inspected the carpets he said I wouldn't need to have that level of cleaning and a regular cleaning would clean my carpets sufficiently, saving me $50. received advance phone call when enroute. arrived punctually and proceeded to do an excellent job on two large carpets and then went the extra mile by doing a small carpet which i am fairly certain exceeded the "deal" amount. quick and efficient with amazing looking carpets. can't go wrong with this company.

Our carpet was installed about 9 years ago when we moved into our house, and we never got it professionally cleaned. We wanted to get the carpet cleaned before My father in-law moves in. The carpet has 2 spots from our dog's urine, and 1 spot from Coke spilling. The crew arrived on-time as they said they would. One of the crew explained what he was going to perform, and the other crew member got all of the equipments ready. They were fast and got done in an hour, and was done professionally.

We wanted our carpet cleaned prior to putting the house on the market. Express Dry did an excellent job, not only of cleaning but also of cutting and stretching a section of carpet. The owner checked in to be sure we were satisfied and offered to return if we needed to clean up any spots caused by potential buyers going through the house. We would not hesitate to use them again, and recommend them unconditionally.

This company did an excellent job cleaning up a very messy situation. Three kids with the flu, unable to race upstairs when the vomiting started. You can only imagine what the carpet looked like - particularly as one had just finished a large bowl of chocolate ice cream...... Enough said about that... The gentlemen who cleaned the carpet were timely, knowledgeable and able to make my carpet look nearly new. The spots were removed and we are once again happy to be lounging in our basement. Smells and looks fresh.

The 2 men called earlier in the day of my appointment and asked if they could come early. As that fit into my schedule even better, I was happy to say yes. They arrived within 20 minutes of the newly agreed time and got right to work. They were finished within an hour. The carpets looked awesome when finished. The only suggestion I would have is that they use a damp cloth or a swiffer to wipe the wood floor down as they are leaving. They left some dirty wet footprints and splashes on the wood foyer floor and in the bathroom when they left which we had to clean up but other than that, everything was wonderful. I would call them again without hesitation.

Friendly, efficient young men arrived on time after calling a half hour in advance, as requested. They would have vacuumed but I preferred to do it myself before they came. I'd say they got out everything that could be gotten out. Excellent work on stair risers that had become black from my husband somehow scraping heels of his shoes on his way downstairs. I used a Big Deal Coupon -- $120 for four areas -- and had two additional rooms cleaned for $30 each.
