Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

I purchased two coupon specials to have my wall to wall carpeting cleaned by Express Dry Carpet Cleaning and was extremely pleased with both their customer service and the end results! Rafael called me about an hour before my appointment to confirm and check on directions. From the moment he and Greg arrived, I was impressed with both their professionalism and carpet knowledge, as well as their pleasant dispositions. After showing Rafael around and explaining that some of my rugs were older, stained and had never been cleaned professionally, he assured me he could work wonders. I also asked him about having a few additional carpets cleaned, including an older expensive wool area rug, and he gave me a very reasonable rate, so we added the extra work. He and Greg worked very efficiently and cooperatively - obviously a well-seasoned team! My husband and I were amazed at how wonderful each room looked as they finished and moved on to the next area. They were very careful to check for colorfastness on each area and were also able to remove most of the older stains. Best of all, by using this method, most of the carpet was dry to the touch by the time they were finished and fully dry in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Express to anyone who is looking for a terrific carpet cleaning service at a great value. I will definitely use them again and because it was so easy and stress free, I won't wait so long!

This team is fabulous! They were extremely professional - they followed up with me and called me to confirm the morning of the services. They did a great job on the carpets and left them looking newer than when we moved in. It was a rental home and we wanted to leave it in good condition. They are great - I will hire them again. Found Express on Angie's list and due to the price and excellent reviews I called Shouki. Very polite and helpful on the phone. We scheduled service for the following Saturday with a one hour arrival window which was perfect. Day of service, Nabil arrived within the hour estimate. Nabil did excellent work and very personable and helpful through the whole service. The carpets looked great!!! He got every stain up and added some deep cleaning where needed at no additional cost. He did not put any pressure on us to buy more and was open to every question. I would highly recommend Express Carpet Dry!

Job was done quickly and efficiently and rooms and furniture were left in good order. Rafael and Vaughn worked well as a team. Stains were removed and carpets smelled very fresh after the cleaning. Options and prices were explained thoroughly. Every effort was made to arrive at a fair price based on pkg. selected and being a repeat customer. I would be happy to recc this company to friends.

Mr. Nabil called 30 minutes before he was due to arrive, as promised. He arrived promptly and was very clear in what he intended to do. He worked diligently and the carpet areas were cleaned in a timely manner. I appreciated his positive attitude.

They were very flexible in their scheduling; I had to switch the appointment more than one time. The technician Nabil was right on time and polite and courteous during the whole cleaning. Nabil arrived on time, in spite of bad traffic due to our snow storm. He vacuumed the area first and then started with the upstairs and moved down to the 1st floor. Other details are written in the above paragraph. Overall process was great.

I got an appointment for the next day, amazing! The men who came did a good job on old and spotted carpet. I was especially imprressed with how well they cleaned my sofa. I have two Siamese cats and a burgundy sofa which equals lots of cat hair. Once it was cleaned it looked brand new. I highly recommend this company.

Did not request any help, did not damage anything, offered to come back at no cost should be notice something to be redone. The experience was wonderful. They called to verify that they were coming, and Nabil came in and told me what he would do, and he did that and more. He was very friendly, and concientious with his job. He finished a lot sooner than I thought he would, and the house smelled great when he left.

The carpet clearer came on time and had called in advanced en route. He worked with my husband to determine the areas to be cleaned, then started the cleaning. He was able to clean the carpets very well, removing spots that we thought might be permanent. This is important to us, since we plan to sell our home soon. We were pleased with the service and feel we received good value for our investment.

Nabil came in and looked at the carpet and told me that he would take care of the stains on the hall carpet. It looks wonderful. I asked that he clean the upstairs hall carpet. He even went inside of the bedrooms and cleaned the stains on those floors. The main level rooms look fantastic, even the high traffic areas!

The guys (Raphael and Maurice) did a great job! They arrived on time and went right to work. They let me look at each area as it was completed and prior to the application of scotchguard. Maurice was in training but I couldn't tell, because he did an excellent job under the direction of Raphael. Upon completion, they reviewed the instructions and ensured that all my questions were answered. They were very professional and my carpets, sofa, and chair all look great! I will definitely use them again in the future.

They did excellent work! Nabil (the technician) really took his time to make sure I was pleased with the work. He got all of the spots out of the carpet and it looks great. I feel like I got a good bargain.
