+ -1 moreI purchased this as a deal on Angie's list. The company called me immediately to schedule the date of service that I preferred. The service provider called to let me know when he was approximately 30 minutes away and arrived within the time window expected. The carpeting in 5 areas of my home were cleaned, all stains were lifted - some of which were not removed by a cleaning a few months prior by a well known steam cleaning carpet company. This carpet cleaning used a circular scrubbing machine rather than a steam cleaning machine. The service provider was extremely personable and professional. He moved all furniture necessary himself, and scrubbed difficult spots by hand to remove them. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use this provider again.

+ -1 moreI had a houseguest for three months whose dog peed all over my house. I was desperate to get rid of the stains and odor. I called Express this morning after my regular carpet cleaner cancel. They put me into their schedule last minute and were here by 2! They used a black light to detect pet urine and used special chemicals and deodorizers. They also managed to get out party stains from the very light colored carpet in the rec room. They reviewed everything with me before they did the work and again after the work was competed! I have a new carpet cleaner!!!
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet for three bedrooms, hallway two sets of stairs, family room, rec room, one small oriental rug cleaned upolstery for a three seat sofa.

+ -1 moreRafael arrived just on time. He was polite and gave me a call on the way. He spent extensive amount of time working on each area and gave the great attention to the details. The stairs look like new - no single spot left! After seeing the quality of his work, I have asked him if he could also clean my area rugs (some are quite pricy). He agreed and also gave me a significant discount based on the fact that he was already at home. He did clean all my 5 area rugs which all look like new now. Wonderful expreince and I would not hesitate using their services again!
Description of Work: I aksed ot have the carpet on the stairs and the basement cleaned. I had recently work performed in replacing the stair railings and the workers forgot to cover up the stairs. The carpet on the stairs was terrible dirty as a result: oil spots, dark drippings etc. The rest of the carpet was somewhat cleaner, but it has been installed more than 6 years ago and needed to be refreshened.

We're trying to get our house ready to sell quickly, so I appreciated the speedy service. + -1 moreScheduling was very easy, I was contacted 20 minutes prior to arrivial. Once here Nabil took the time to explain the process to me as I had only ever experience steam cleaning before. He did an amazing job, stains came out that thought were there for good. The deodorizing that he did was great, that was the main reasons for my scheduling the appointment, you can no longer tell that I have a cat!

+ -1 moreVaugn was very prompt (early in fact) and professional. He fully explained what he was going to do and what he would use to do it. He patiently answered all of my questions and was very easy to work with. He worked efficiently and the carpets looked great. They cleaned the carpets on our Brazilian cherry-wood floors (needless to say I was nervous), but he assured me that the solution would not seep through to the floors. And true to his word, I checked after he cleaned the first carpet and there was not even a hint of moisture under the carpet. He also used a drop cloth around the edges as he applied the solution so that no solution would get onto the floor. It was a very easy and economical process. We will use them again so we won't go so long without cleaning our rugs.

Clearly they work hard for their customers' business, and I would definitely recommend them. Very positive experience.
Description of Work: I bought a deal from Express Dry Carpet Cleaning on Angie's List for a duct cleaning. Since my house has two HVAC systems (two zones), when they got there they explained to me that the deal was for one zone only, which was understandable, and told me they would need to charge twice that to do both zones. I agreed, and also agreed to pay $39 for a sanitizing service, which they only charged me for once though they did it for both systems. They also cleaned the dryer vent for free, which I think normally costs $69.

+ -1 moreOverall they did a great job. I have a tenant in the unit now, so Express Dry had to move some furniture around. They came on time and the carpet looks great. Also, the drying time was only a few hours (which from my understanding is much less than other carpet cleaning methods), so that minimized the inconvenience to my tenant.

+ 0 moreThey cleaned two chairs and an ottoman, they put a tarp down to protect the hardwood floors also. Everything went fine, however, I smelled something strange coming from the cleaning solution they used, so they had to come back out to clean the furniture and fix the problem. I thought the problem was solved, but it is not. After 2 hours or so sitting in the chair my eyes start to water. I've had to put a blanket over the chair when I sit in it.

+ -1 moreMy carpet is two years old and is in fairly good condition. However I do have a pet and some problem areas that are constantly exposed to heavy traffic. I called Express Carpet and set up an appointment for them to give me an estimate. Bill arrived 10 minutes early (to my surprise because I'm an hour away) and cleaned my carpet. He did an excellent job, especially in the bedroom and hallway where there were the most stains. My carpet looks like new and smells amazing. I highly recommend Express Carpet.

I was contacted 20 minutes before the technician (Vaughn) arrived and he showed up within the time frame agreed upon. He walked thru the rooms and saw identified problem areas and looked over the coupons I had. the company had more than one type of deal and i was able to then choose my combination for payment. I was impressed that he put booties on his shoes when he first walked in the door. The cleaning took under two hours. The equment used was not too noisy. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's coupon and had not heard from the company; I didn't know if I was supposed to contact them or they me. I had some emails with Angie's List about it, and then Angie's List posted a review under my account from the emails without my knowledge or consent. I would not have published a negative review for this company. I had not even spoken to anyone directly at the company yet nor used their services; my emails were about the coupon. If Angie's List keeps the "F" review up, please know that I didn't write a review of the company intended for public consideration and have not yet used their services. In fact, after seeing the "F" review and realizing there was a problem, the owner called me and was lovely - completely professional and doing his best to make everything right. I can't yet review their services, since I haven't had them come clean my carpets yet, but I can tell you that the owner is professional and cares about his company and its reputation. For that I'm giving him an "A" so far!

He had told me he was running behind and didn’t end up getting to my home until later in the evening. I was unable to reschedule since I had prepared for the cleaning. The guy that did come out was great, however.
