Nabil called before he came, was on time and did a great job. He cleaned up stains that I was certain would never come out. The carpets look fantastic. Would definitely use him again and again.

They did a very good job. They were courteous, on time, and everything was satisfying for me. I will call them back for service when I need to have it done again.

The work was pretty good. The price was very good. I needed them to come right away and they squeezed me into their schedule. I greatly appreciated it. They completed the job as the last one in the evening and the next morning I still saw some spots. When I called them up, they sent out a team the same day and they got all of the leftover spots out. As a result, I hired them to clean the carpets in another rental property that same day.

Nabil arrived very prompt and prepared. He introduced himself and was very professional and polite the entire time. After being showed what rooms will be clean he gather his equipment and solution and begin to work. It did not take long to complete the job. My family and I enjoyed his impeccable service, but what really stood out even more so was his respectful attitude and his courteous nature. You truly have a grade A employee in your establishment. I am very happy with Nabil service and I will call on him again.

Nail called ahead to lot me know exactly when he was coming. He explained what he would do and then proceeded to clean. After he arrived. He was extremely courteous and efficient.

Nabil was very professional. Together we reviewed the multiple areas. He made no promises; and let his work tell the tale of excellent service and a job very well done. Carpet really looks like new.

I bought an Angie's List special deal for an air duct cleaning after having some renovations done. The crew replied quickly to my appointment request, came quickly and did a nice job. They showed me what they got and it seemed like the right amount, nothing overblown that made me think it was a scam. They also didn't try to upsell me on other services, which I appreciated.

I was not quite satisfied. I have light gray carpeting and had been using another company. The other company always left the carpet looking brand new. I decided to buy a Big Deal from Express since it was less expensive than I usually pay. They called very soon after I purchased the Deal and the service was scheduled. The man tried his best but just was not able to get the carpet as clean as the other company I use.

The service turned out pretty well. They were fast from when I called them up to when someone was able to come out.

Excellent. Called to say they would be on time and they were. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted their ducts, returns, and unit cleaned. They were professional, efficient, and when I asked if they could double check one area they did so without any hesitance. Asked to double check because another provider had left the end cap unit on a duct full of large debris and I could not remove it. Should not have asked them to check a second time because they had cleaned all the debris the first time. Carpets were cleaned and look almost new. Had used another service before for duct cleaning and will never go back to that service. Had used another provider for carpet cleaning and will not go back to that provider. They also looked at the spot cleaner I used for carpets and said it was a good cleaner and should continue using it. Price was great, got more than expected for the price. Workers were friendly and answered every question. Will definitely use again.

Rafael & Nabil showed up earlier than discussed, which was a plus since I am currently living in Virginia and had to drive to Maryland to let them in, then be back to Virginia in time to pick up my 7 year old from school. Rafael explained what they were going to do and how it worked, then offered an additional sanitizer so that would help get rid of any remaining pet dander because my 7 year old is allergic to dogs and cats. It took a little over an hour to clean three stories and two staircases. These guys took care of business!!

I called to make the appointment last week, and scheduled the service for the date and time frame I wanted. I was called about 1/2 hour before they were to arrive, which was great, because it was at the early end of the two hour time frame. Rafael surveyed the areas to be cleaned, and explained the process. The job took about 1/2 hour. The results were very good. The carpets were left slightly damp, and as they dried they lightened up and now they look great. Rafael and Nabil did a great job. They were efficient and professional. I would definitely use this service again.

The lead technician had 15 years experience and demonstrated his expertise in the polite manner and thoroughness in carrying out the cleaning. The Company provided the service within 24 hours of purchase. They called in advance to set up an appointment. The technicians arrived within the prescribed window.

This was an exceptional value and I am completely satisfied and thrilled with the outcome. There was one particular stain that I did not believe it was possible to remove. It was a chocolate smoothy stain that was impossible to remove with over the counter cleaning solutions. Nabil did an OUTSTANDING job on that stain ( removed it) and made the stairs, hallway and bedroom carpet nearly new again. Impressive work, reliable and exceptional customer service skills. I was impressed with Express CarpetDry from the first telephone call. They called me right away to schedule, confirmed my appointment window and arrived on time and well prepared to get the job done right. They use a dry cleaning product that is gentle, smells great (lemon) fragrance and it dries very quickly. I used a promotion coupon to get this great rate but, I can rate this experience as exceptional. I will definitely make this company my " go to" company for carpet cleaning in the future. They also over duct cleaning and upholstery service which I did not use this time but, I will call them back for future work. I am very happy with most of my Angie's List companies but, I would rate them the best in the area of carpet cleaning. Selecting them was a great decision. The company I selected originally would not come to my area so an Angie's list employee helped me to get a refund and rescheduled Express Carpet Dry that served my area. Best choice and I could not be happier with the experience all around!

Vaughn was extremely professional. He first vacuumed and the spot cleaned spots and heavily soiled areas before cleaning the carpets. He was very thorough in cleaning the carpets and was most responsive. My carpets and steps have not looked this clean in close to 5 years. I would highly recommend Express Dry Carpet Cleaning to anyone.

Let me start by saying I'm in the customer service business. I'm a tough customer and don't give praise without the service having far exceeded my expectations. This carpet cleaning service experience was top notch in every way, and I'm taking time from a very busy schedule to write a glowing review, because this company and this service man, are very deserving. I requested service on 5/29 in the morning, and used one of the special deals, knowing I would want more rooms than the deal offered. I wanted service before 6/4. I received a call in the early afternoon, same day, to schedule the service. They were booked solid, but were scheduling for Sunday, 6/2, to take care of the overflow of requests. I was thrilled and scheduled for Sunday. I explained I had two dogs and had stains that needed special attention in two rooms and wanted more than just the special deal. No problem, was the reply. On the evening of 5/31, I received a call that they had a cancellation for 6/1. I took the 6/1 opening, very pleased to have moved the service up one day. I received a call 45 minutes prior to the service man's, Nabil's, arrival. Nabil arrived on time. I took him through the house and explained what I wanted. He was very thorough in his explanation of the service and quoted me a surprisingly reasonable price of the additional rooms. He also said that he wouldn't leave until I was satisfied with the cleaning service. He was careful of my furniture, did everything he promised, and had me inspect as he finished in each of the three floors, always asking if I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning results. I was more the satisifed--I was amazed with the results. The dogs stains were very bad in one of the rooms. I have one older dog who keeps missing the pee pads I put down. I was ready to have the carpet replaced, but no more. I can't get over the results. This dry carpet cleaning is unbelievable. I'm walking on carpets 15 minutes after they are cleaned. I'll never have wet or steam carpte cleaning again. I'll continue to use this company. The responsiveness, professionalism , cost, and results beyond outstanding. The cost is so reasonable, that I'll use this company far more often. The last company I used charged me literally 10 times the cost and the results from that company can't begin to meet what I received today. I'll be requesting Nabil as well. He embodies what you expect in optimal service. He knows his business, he takes pride in exceeding your expectations, and is respectful, professional, and kind. As he left, he said to please call if I found anything later that was not acceptable and he would come back. I doubt that I'll need to call, but so nice to know that this company stands behind their work.

The carpet that was cleaned by the guys from Express Dry Carpet Cleaning is a very light colored carpet in my main living room, where we do most of our entertaining and where we hang out with our two little kids. It had quite a few stains that I could no longer get out with my mini Bissell carpet cleaner. However, after just 30 minutes of work, Express had the carpet looking like new! The rug looks great, the guys were on time, very professional, and knowledgable about the work they were doing. When it comes time to clean the carpets in other areas of our home, I will definitely be giving Express a call.

Cleaned carpet in a newly purchased home, provider was prompt and did a fantastic job.

I was amazed at how fast and efficient Express Dry was. I purchased an Angie's List deal on a Monday evening, they called me first thing Tuesday morning to set up the appointment and came out on Wednesday. They were very punctual and Vaughn even called before he arrived to make sure I knew he was on his way. When he arrived, he put on booties before stepping foot in the house, and did a walk through with me as I pointed out our carpet's trouble areas. We have an older dog who has developed incontinence problems and Vaughn was not only able to get the stains out, but he was able to get the smell out as well. He was also able to get a year old red candy stain out of our almost white carpet. I think the carpets are cleaner now than they were when we moved in! I will be recommending Express Dry to friends and family in the future.

The service was wonderful. Rafael and Nabil came to clean the carpets and even called 15 minutes beforehand to confirm the exact arrival time. The service was quick and professional. Most important- the carpets look AMAZING! I would definitely use them again.
