Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

Nabil was very professional and thorough. You could tell he was there to do a quality job -- not to do your job fast to get to the next one. I would definitely use him again. Easy to work with.

The guys came and explained everything they were going to do before they started working. The main sofa is a very light cream-color and I had a recent kitchen fire which landed soot on the sofa, as well as other stains. In addition, there was a stain that a few furniture cleaners in the past tried to remove and were unable to. Needless to say, they did a fantastic job and the sofa, cushions and pillows look great. Everything looks as good as new! Great job fellas! Plus, super nice, friendly guys as well! :)

Nabil called to ask if showing up ahead of time would be okay and then promptly showed up. He first tested to see if a grease spot would come up and then got started. He first did a quick vacuum of the carpet and then dry cleaned both rooms. He finished by applying a freshener to the area. The service was approximately 30 min. Nabil was very professional and did a GREAT job! I will definitely ask them back for any future service.

Nabil explained exactly what he was going to do after I showed him the areas I wanted him to clean. He also made sure I understood the charges and how he had arrived at them. There were extensive pet stains in the house and Nabil pre-treated each and every one, sometimes re-spraying if the stain didn't disappear the first time. He was extremely diligent and seemed to take pride in doing a good job. He was also very polite and I felt comfortable with him working in the house. The carpets haven't looked this great for sometime!

What I purchased: Two Angie's List Big Deals ($179 each) for Complete House Air Duct Cleaning, from Express Dry Carpet Cleaning: "Why You Need this Deal: Make sure your air ducts are not full of mold, have wet insulation, are infested with vermin, or clogged with dust, debris and particles. Cleaning all service openings and closings per system. On June 13, I purchased two of these Big Deals, one for each house system. A gentleman from the company called me the same day, said he had an opening for next Tuesday, between 10 and 11 a.m. I took it. On Tuesday, June 18, I had the house ready, waited until 1230, no one came. I called the business, the gentleman who answered didn't know what had happened. He called back about 15 minutes later, said we were on the schedule for the following Tuesday, not this one. He was very apologetic, offered as compensation free sanitizer for both systems (value $49 each, he said) and free dryer vent cleaning, if we would reschedule them. We agreed. What I got: On Tuesday, June 25, two workers from the company arrived within the scheduled time frame. They attached a large hose and bag to the intake vent of first system, then went from air vent to air vent, using an air compressor with hand-held tubing attachment to blow air into each vent (without removing the vent covers). The process was repeated on the second system. They sprayed sanitizer into the air vents. One man cleaned the dryer vent, from the outside-in, using a long, circular metal brush. They gathered their equipment and left, the entire process taking just a little over an hour. This was not the whole house "air duct cleaning" I expected for $358. It was a whole house "air vent cleaning", as evidenced by all the dirt and debris that shot out our vents when we turned the air conditioning back on. All the air vents in the house were left open, even though some had been closed and/or blocked off, in areas we didn't want to have air conditioning. The system fans were left running, not returned to the automatic setting. The workers left dirt and debris under the upstairs intake vent, presumably from where they removed their collecting hose/bag assembly. And the cleaning that was done for the dryer vent created 4 large holes in the flexible aluminum dryer hose, which had to be replaced today. We are out $358, plus the cost of a new dryer hose, I had to clean house after the work was performed, and we still don't have clean air ducts. Maybe I don't understand air duct cleaning, but how can blowing forced air through individual air vents, one at a time, ensure that "your air ducts are not full of mold, have wet insulation, are infested with vermin, or clogged with dust, debris and particles" and I don't see how this process cleaned all the main trunk lines. I expected more for whole house air duct cleaning, and am very disappointed.

Purchased a deal through Angie's list, and was able to schedule to my conveinence via email. They arrived on time, and cleaned the vents and carpet without any issues. They seemed to be careful with our newly painted walls and newly installed floors (though taking shoes off after walking on the wet carpet & then onto hardwood woudl have been appreciated). The owner called afterwards to see how it went and let us know to call if any carpet stains reappeared (common after carpet cleaning). I apprecaited that

They arrived over a half an hour late, weren't dressed in uniform or carry any identification, didn't feel that they had quick pace, told me that air ducts didn't seem that dirty when they looked at them. They were sloppy, didn't offer to vacuum after themselves, didn't put the vent covers back after they were done. I felt that they would be better prepared service people would be adequately prepared with their own equipment to cover furniture. They offered to bring covers for the furniture before service, didn't bring them to cover items and asked us for things to cover our items. They stood on our bed instead of standing on ladders. They did try to be personable, but felt that they weren't always professional. Told them that I wanted the cat to stay in the house, but it had been let out during the process of cleaning our vents. Was told to plan for half a day (if we had two systems), they were out in an hour or two. Didn't do follow up call as had been advertised.

Nabil called an hour before the scheduled service to make sure that it was OK to come early. I was happy about that. He worked very hard to thoroughly clean my carpets and sofa and deodorised them as we have an old dog which has had some accidents lately. He had me inspect everything to make sure that it was satisfactory, and even cleaned a small hallway runner for free. I was very happy with the service and plan to use his comapny in the future. There were no negatives.

Cleaner was right on time. He called 15 minutes ahead of time. Arrived at beginning of 2 hour window they had provided me. I told him what I needed. He explained what and how he would clean. Then he proceeded cleaning and was done in less than 2 hours. A particularly difficult spot on the ottoman was completely cleaned. The furniture was like new now, even though it is actually over 10 years old.

Nabil arrived on time and was extremely curteous and polite. He is a complete professional - he showed the attention ot detail and care one would show for one's own belongings. He took no short cuts at all and provided an excellent job; he even cleaned a few throw pillows for free. He worked efficiently and constantly and we could not be happier with the result. His years of experience and knowledge showed and I am very glad I did not rent a steam cleaner and try to do it myself. I cannot recommend this company (or Nabil) highly enough. Go with them, you won't be disappointed (They also provided the most reasonable pricing).

Nabil and his crew were very punctual and got to work right away. Though the carpets were somewhat new- the cleaning service they performed made the carpets look brand new! The process for our house didn't take more and about an hour and thirty minutes.

Nabil arrived on time and explained what he would be doing. He was friendly and professional. The carpet looked and smelled great immediately after the cleaning and after it had dried. Although the high-traffic areas could not be made to look like new, they do look considerably better.

My first call to this firm resulted in s a very quick and accommodating response. The job was completed quickly, the carpet dried very quickly, and the whole area looks clean and fresh now, although I hadn't been pleased with the long-term results when my carpets were cleaned by the dry chemical process the past. I think that process has been improved and does a much better job now than it did a few years ago. I'd recommend this firm to others who need to have their carpets cleaned.

I was disappointed with the end result. It looked pretty good while still damp, but upon drying it was only marginally cleaner. It appeared to be more spot cleaning than overall cleaning (the two smaller bedrooms looked pretty much the same as they did before cleaning). The lemon scented deordorizer was useful in getting rid of odors but very strong. Overall, and from the reviews on Angie's List (which is why I selected this company), while this product may work well for many, for me, a deep steam cleaning or other product is a better option. .

My representative (Nahlib sp?) arrived within the anticipated window. He was extremely polite and took the time to explain the process. He walked me through each room in my home and discussed the stains. The end result was absolutely amazing. He was able to remove the tough stains and make the carpet look new.

I scheduled an appointment for when our house was empty prior to move in. There was a mix up with appointment times and I called to speak someone to find out if the technician was coming. The owner, Shouki, called me right back and apologized. He promised to send someone as soon as possible and would get the work done that day even if it was later than normally scheduled. A technician arrived 40 minutes later and worked on all of the carpets. There were a couple of tough stains from the previous owners and they did there best to get them lighter. Overall I was very pleased with the results and professionalism. I really appreciated them coming as quickly as they could after the mix up.

.Very professional job. Liked his work and did a good job of cleaning the couch and added into the coupon was cleaning an oriental 10x12 area rug. The person arrived late, but he called several times to update us and see if it was ok to still come over. No big deal, as my wife works from home. I guess if he had made us hang around all day it would of been an issue. Still he called several times to update and that is good customer service. when he arrived he looked at the couch and rug and gave my wife a good deal on cleaning the rug due to being late. Used a coupon and felt like we got a good deal and the worker did the job as if it was full price. Did a great job, worked hard to get it done, very good person to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Bill was great! He called when he was on his way. Once he arrived, we walked through the rooms and talked about my expectations and discussed whether or not some pretty big stains, including marker, would come up. He was confident that he could get rid of the stains. After he completed the rooms, he asked that I take a look to see if there was anything I thought he should go over again. He was able to remove all the stains and the carpet looks like new again. Everything looks awesome! Bill was serious about the quality of his work, on-time and very friendly. A true professional. I would highly recommend Express Dry Carpet Cleaning.

They did a good job. Cleaned all air ducts and vents for the whole house for which i paid with a coupon from Angie's list, and the dryer vent. I can see inside the air ducts and vents now. The crew was professional and friendly. I am happy with their services.

Nabil arrived right on time, talked to us to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted done, and got right to work. He worked hard and did an outstanding job. I think our carpets look better than they did when they were new! He was able to lift several stains that I thought would never come up. The entire job took about 90 minutes and afterward the carpets were dry due to their cleaning method. I would not hesitate to use them again and I strongly recommend their services.

I have my carpets cleaned every year and am more pleased with Express Dry Carpet than any others in the past. Nabil is very professional and explained everything he was going to do beforehand. He had me check the work to make sure I was pleased, and I am. We enter our house through a garage, and though we make every effort to clean our shoes, the carpet in the family room and the stairs takes a beating. Not only does it look great, it smells great too! I will definitely use Express Dry Cleaning in the future and would recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done!

I experienced a miscommunication about the service but the owner corrected the situation to my satisfaction. He was very responsive. I incorrectly assumed that in this region of the country, carpet cleaning included moving big furniture such as beds and dresser drawers. When I discovered during the cleaning that this was an incorrect assumption on my part, the owner sent a second employee to assist the first employee with moving big furniture to clean the carpet underneath those pieces. Then, not only did the owner send a second employee, he also provided a ten percent discount for the bill. The cleaning was done thoroughly. I was very pleased with the outcome. We cleaned the carpets for the purpose of making them look as good as possible for the sale of our home. I appreciated the owner's desire to ensure my satisfaction. I would use this service again.

The cleaning was good and Nabil brought to my attention the stains he found in addition to what I saw already and what he would be doing to remove them. He completed the work and the whole thing cost less than what I was actually quoted to pay for. I will do business with this company again.
