They were terrific! Nabal was the tech that did the work. He called and let me know when he was coming - and he wasvery punctual. He was also polite and nice. I also liked how he kept asking me about how he was doing during the whole process. My carpet has never been cleaner! I would recommend them and use them again.

When Nabil arrived, he asked me to show him areas that were especially soiled or stained. He then cleaned those areas along with the rest of the carpet. When he was finished he asked me to inspect the work, which I did. The carpet looked really good. He suggested some products I might want to use for stains in between big cleanings. Because the cleaning uses a dry process, I was able to use the area within an hour.

Technician called to tell me he was on his way, arrived on time, was professional about cleaning all 5 areas Identified. He Paid extra attention to the stairs and areas that were more heavily traveled. Excellent job cleaning carpet would definitely use Express Dry Carpet again.

My tenant moved out leaving me with carpet that's dirty and lots of stains. I planed to replace the carpet, but before I got around to do that my agent found me a tenant who wants to move in this weekend. It was Wednesday. I had two days to paint and clean the carpet. I called many companies with good reviews, but Shouki was the only one with an opening for Friday. I told him the situation and let him know that if the carpet is beyond cleaning, I don't want to commit to the job. I also live 45 minutes away and asked for phone notice so that no one would waste time waiting. Nabil called me and gave me an hour notice when he was on his way. He showed up on time and quickly identified the different types of stains. He told me what he can and can not remove. He said overall the carpet was in good condition and would look 100 times better after he's done. He was right. I am very happy with the result. My agent and new tenants are too.

Tiran and his assistant came promptly as scheduled. Some areas of our carpet were highly stained. They stayed for almost 2 hours cleaning. The carpets look almost like new! The work included moving smaller pieces of furniture. We were able to schedule for a Saturday which worked out well. Very pleased. Would use them again.

I purchased the 3 rooms for $109 deal and immediately called for an appointment. The gentleman on the phone was able to accommodate my schedule and gave me a morning time slot on the following Saturday. I got a call on Saturday morning when the service representative was 30 minutes away. The service representative, Nabil, arrived on time and came in to inspect the carpets that he would be cleaning. He walked me through exactly what he was going to do and then immediately got started. The carpeting that I had cleaned is located in the first floor of my home extending to a staircase that goes to the main level. This is a high traffic area and had built up a significant amount of discoloration (the carpet is naturally beige). Not to mention the fact that I have two young children who have spilled everything under the sun on this carpeting for the past two years. The whole process took about an hour and I could not be more pleased. Nabil removed every spot on the carpeting and it ended up looking better than the day that I moved in. He went over everything that he did one more time and gave me instructions on how to keep my carpet looking good for years to come. I can't say enough good things about how professional Nabil was and I recommend him and this company without reservation for any carpet cleaning that you need done. A+++++++++

We purchased a big deal. The guy was really nice, but It was not what I thought it was. I didn't realize it was and alternative to the steam cleaning, so the actual cleaning itself was not good, but the guy was very nice. They sprinkle stuff down, and then they let it sit for a while and then they burst it out, so my carpet ended up looking very matty, not clean. He was prompt and timely, it was just the product.The service was excellent, the product was not. I didn't look into it further, and so it was my fault, they did exactly what they said they would do.

Two men arrived on time and immediately got to work. Family room rug had several stains despite being shampooed by me periodically. They treated that rug for deep cleaning and then cleaned all three areas quickly and efficiently. The owner called later that same day to ask about the service and whether I was satisfied with the work, which I appreciated. At that point, the family room rug was still damp. I told him it still looked a little soiled so he immediately scheduled a return visit for two days later to treat the rug again. I'm happy to say that after the rug completely dried, I was able to call him back to cancel the return because I was completely satisfied with how the rug turned out. This is now 8 days later and none of the old stains have popped up the way they sometimes do after a cleaning. I highly recommend this company.

l called on a Monday and was able to get them to come out Wednesday to clean my carpets. Easy to get a hold of on the phone and to answer my questions about the different options and costs. Only one small issue was a miscommunication on when the carpet cleaning was to be done. I thought it was an appointment for 12pm, but it was a time range between 12-2pm (I called at 1230 and everything was worked out). The crew arrived just at 2pm and went right to work. Cleaned the entire area quickly and efficiently, while also treating a couple of small stains. Stains (Maryland Clay) came right out and the carpet was also sanitized. Great Job overall.

In advance of the cleaning, I explained the situation. Express Carpet Cleaning recommended a fan and dehumidifier for the basement level. They explained that it was important to get the carpet completely dry ASAP to avoid further problems. We followed this advice. A week later as scheduled, Nabil arrived. He recommended a deep clean and deodorizer. He was professional and did a thorough job. We are very pleased with the results--carpets and upholstery--and appreciated the expertise on how best to deal with the wet carpet situation.

The guy NABIL did an excellent job.He moved all the furniture and made my dirty carpet look real new. NABIL was a real professional and gave us some tips to maintain the carpet clean.i will definitely use their service and also recommend to my friends.

Went well. We had some water damage from a broken washing machine and the carpet was slightly stained. The bedroom carpet was getting older and it was time for a refresh. The water damage stain could not be completely removed with this 'dry process' carpet cleaning and will probably need to be replaced. The bedroom carpet, however, looks a lot better.

If you need your carpets clean, I highly recommend Express Dry Carpet Cleaning. Coming from a retail background, I am hyper critical about what is considered good customer service. The staff show exceptional service on how they performed the cleaning and handle an issue that arise. They went above and beyond than what I expected. The carpets were very soiled and had numerous stains I did not think it could come out with cleaning. I was thinking of replacing the carpets, I am glad I didn?t, the carpets looks almost new. I had previous experience with other carpet cleaning companies that promise but didn?t deliver. I will recommend Express Dry Carpet Cleaning to all my friends and family. Nabil was great. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. He did a walk through prior to beginning his work and then explained to me the entire process of how he was going to clean the carpet. He had me go over each area once he finished cleaning it to make sure it was cleaned to my satisfaction. I had some stains on my staircase that a prior carpet cleaning company was unableto remove and Mr. Nabil was able to remove it with no problem. Outstanding service and professionalism from Nabil and when we use Express Carpet Dry again, we will personally request him!

Very professional services. The technician, Nabil, explained the process and took me through each room prior to starting to make sure we both understood the services being provided. After completing the main areas he showed me the results before,he went on to complete the halls and stairs. Overall, the services were excellent and the results were very good.

It turned out excellent. They schedule was set up at my convenience and they certainly accommodated me very nicely. The matter of fact the big deal was to get two rooms carpet cleaned and also get the home central heating vents cleaned and they normally do that at the same time and for my convenient, they came and did it in few stages, first they cleaned the vents, and they painted the apartment and then the came and did the carpet. I couldn't have been happier. The time between purchasing and doing was probably about three weeks or so. I paid the price for big deal, but I agree to pay a small fee to have them break up to two appointment and I was very comfortable with that and no problems. The vents were cleaned to my complete satisfaction that the two technicians were very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable and I would say the person who did the carpet was the same individual who made a real concerted effort to get out carpet cleaned. They are very courteous and very knowledgeable. I would use them again without hesitation.

I deeply appreciate that the cleaning team was very understanding about scheduling with us: the first time they arrived, we'd had a flood in an adjoining room just 10 minutes earlier! Seeing the situation, they offered to come back at another time. The areas that they cleaned were well-cleaned. The only problem was that I had thought that they would be able to move some smaller pieces of furniture -- i.e. coffee table, end table - in order to clean the areas underneath, but afterwards it appeared that they'd kept the cleaning to main traffic areas. Still everything else was cleaned well, and again, their flexibility in rescheduling was most appreciated!
