Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

Two professionals from Express Dry Cleaning arrived and set to work with the air duct cleaning and sanitizing. They explained exactly what they would be doing and the results I could expect. And when they finished, there was a wonderful lemony fragrance and no sign of dust or marks from their equipment. They also honored my request to take off their shoes in the house, as I had just had it professionally cleaned. With that kind of trust established, I felt I could ask them to take a look at my carpet and give me an honest assessment whether they could improve upon the two attempts to clean and deodorize it. Not only did they assure me they could, but they immediately set off to prove their word. They sample cleaned and deodorized a section, and true to their word, the strip they cleaned was markedly brighter and stain-free compared to the rest of the carpet. I was stunned! I am having them return to clean and deodorize the carpet. They saved me $900.00. That's a job well done!

The technicians showed up on time, were very professional and explained everything very thoroughly. I feel like they went beyond the call of duty. We have a carpeted landing in between our two floors and the guy cleaned that for me, even though it wasn't included in the package. They took all the furniture away from the areas as they went, and put everything back just as they had found it.

After I bought the deal, I got a call from the provider. The deal was for 2 rooms and hall. I mentioned the basement was bigger than that, but he worked with me for the additional area to clean for a small additional charge. The contractor arrived with a courteous smile , identified himself as Nabil. I showed him the area to deep clean. He moved some of the furniture himself where needed, and asked for help for heavy items. He mentioned the chemicals he is going to use, and the extent to which the carpet can possibly be cleaned. He went the extra mile to try removing dirt from heavily stained areas. I had a couple of small carpets /rugs I was thinking of cleaning for a long time. I showed them to him, and he graciously accepted to clean them, which gave me great relief. I would definitely use them again for cleaning services in the future.

Tyran and David came out they were ontime they were friendly they did the work quickly and I was very pleased. They were very professional courteuos, and very knowledgeable.

I purchased the Big Deal for Complete Home Air Duct Cleaning. The company responded within half-an-hour of my purchasing the Deal and came 4 days later, arriving well within the promised time frame. Tiran and Dave set up their equipment quickly and efficiently and then went through the house cleaning all vents and returns and a rather dirty boiler filter. They also cleaned the dryer vent (for an extra cost of $59.95). They also cleaned a rug in the hallway that gets the heaviest and dirtiest foot traffic (for free). They were prompt, efficient, professional, very pleasant. I would use the company again.

Initial visit, equipment wasn't working. On second visit successfully accomplished cleaning. Cleaned small rug at no additional cost to compensate for deay.

The guys who cleaned my carpet were prompt, professional, courteous, polite and respectful. They were accomodating of three kids in the house. The job was done quickly, and the process was explained to me. I had all my questions answered. I was at some point unhappy about the outcome in certain areas (the staircase in particular). My carpet had not been cleaned in over 4 years, and had gathered dirt and stains over the years. After the cleaning, most of the stains were gone, but some still remained. The staircase in particular did not look as clean as I expected it to. I asked about this right away and was told that it would look better/cleaner after it dried. Unfortunately this was not the case, as it still looked dirty after it got dry. I was contemplating calling Express Carpet back when I got a call from them asking if I was satisied with the work they did. I voiced my concern about the staircase and they sent someone out to my home the next couple of days for a repeat cleaning. The second cleaning left the staircase marginally better, and left me happy with the quality of service, responsiveness and customer care offered by Express carpet. I will be a repaet customer fo sure.

Couch - worked great, cleaned and looks great when done, and still is 2 months later. he worked his rear off to clean the couch, wife asked about a oriental area rug, and he tackled that and that too looks great. I like the person doing the work, nice attitude and was helpful and provided details about what the cleaning materials were - wife is concerned of getting some bad chemicals on the couch and we then sit on it.. But he knew what was being used and wife and him discussed the chemicals.. overall very happy, professional attitude was super plus. noted that they were not on time, not a big issue for us, but working in DC area and driving from Silver Springs to Arlington, who can guess how long that will take. BUT he called enroute to update us that he was stuck on beltway, even made the afternoon news report - so honest also about what was happening. use them, you will be happy
