Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

Express Dry Carpet Cleaning was professional from beginning to end. Scheduling was very easy. Raff and Tom did a great job with the cleaning services for my condo. They were also very friendly and professional. They even got out spots that I thought were not going to be possible to remove. I will be recommending them in the future to family and friends in the area.

It went very well. They were punctual and courteous. They gave great advice on how to improve the air quality and it was a very good service.

Nabil called 30 minutes before he arrived and arrived within the window I was given. He checked with me on what was to be cleaned and looked it over to see if he saw any anticipated problems. He then proceeded to clean, asking me if I would like to look at each area as he finished to see if I had any issues, which I didn't. He finished the job efficienctly and professionally. Nabil did a great job on our carpets and we would use them again with no hesitation.

Nabil did a great job. He was right on time (he even had to wait a few minutes for me to get home and was very nice about it). Our master bedroom needed a lot of cleaning. He did a great job with the cleaning, and also explained how to care for the carpet in the future. Great job.

They were great. They were professional, on-time, courteous, and willing to do what I asked them. They put everything that they moved back in place.

I scheduled the appointment with the office. On the day of the appointment, I received a nice call from one of the guys that they would be at my home shortly. When they arrived, they were very polite. They introduced themselves and then asked to see the dryer. We have a very long run from our dryer to the outside (15+feet), so we have always paid professionals to come and clean the vent to make sure it was done right. This company used a 3 foot wand with a small brush on the end to clean from the outside. Then they used a wet/dry vac with a standard hose attachment and put it down the vent from where the dryer attaches. I would estimate that 10+ feet of our vent did not get cleaned. They spent approximately 15 minutes doing the work. They also inspected my air ducts and told me that they needed to be cleaned (taking my filter out and not replacing it). Everything that was moved to do the job was not returned to where it was before. All of the lint that was pulled out of the outside vent was left all over my deck. For $85, I would have expected my entire vent to be cleaned, not just the convenient parts. I would expect that the lint removed would have been swept away. I would expect that items moved to do a job would be moved back. I would not use this vendor again, nor would I recommend them.

Arrival was timely. They came in, asked to see the furnaces and went straight to work. I was shown how to properly place the filter in one unit (it had shifted), as well as where to purchase new and better filters. The carpet cleaning was fabulous. Things were moved out of the way, stains were additionally treated with the cleaning product to ensure complete removal. Stains I did not even know existed were pointed out to me and removed. I am very pleased with the services provided today. I will schedule an appointment to have my sofa and chairs cleaned in the near future. Unfortunately, I need to amend my first opinion/post. Just a few days after the carpet cleaning, a large spot resurfaced. I had the spot sprayed with the cleaning agent used by the technician to be sure it would come out. Today I rented a "Rug Doctor" carpet cleaning machine to clean the same carpeted area (my foster dog had an "accident") and was shocked at the dark, filthy brown extracted water. I cleaned nearly half the carpet to see what I would get out. Three times I filled and emptied the container. Three times I poured out brown water. Apparently all I received when the carpet was "professionally" cleaned was a surface cleaning. Not worth the money I paid ($79.95) considering the Rug Doctor cost me less than $30.00.

.Call to schedule went well and they were able to come in just a few days. Had to split up the upstairs and downstairs because of painting. First time was running late due to traffic but called to let me know which is understandable coming to Virginia from Maryland, so had no problems with that. Second time arrived in the time frame scheduled. They double checked phone quote before starting which I liked to avoid any additional costs later. Nabil, who was doing the cleaning was very nice, polite and professional. Worked very hard and everything turned out well. I am pleased with all aspects and would use them again as well as recommend them.

These guys are great. Tiran and David were exactly on time and did a good job. Even offered free sanitizer for my air duct. No wonder they've got all these positive reviews on Angie's List. I'll definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

It looks like they got a lot of the drywall dust out of the system. They also cleaned a spot out of the carpet for free. They were very personable and didn't mind taking their shoes off. They were even good with my dog.

The guys did a very good job with the carpet cleaning. Haven't cleaned my carpets for the past 5 years and was surprised they were able to get most of the stains out. These guys are very good at what they do!

Guys were friendly, jovial, did the job, very fast, treated with an air freshener of which I could choose the scent, got the job done!

They called before they arrived which was nice and they arrived on time. They were very polite and they explained to me what they were doing, they answered all of my questions, and they did a very nice job. I had never had this done before and was not entirely convinced that I needed it done, but after having services performed I am happy with the outcome and pleased with the price I got.

They did a fantastic job, did a dry cleaning method so it won't stay wet, got all the stains out and everything looks great.

Everything went as planned. My technician showed up on time (I wish I could remember his name because he was wonderfully cordial and very helpful by answering all my questions) and flexible to my needs. Since I am a townhouse owner they allowed me to substitute my stairs/hallways as a substitute to a room. My carpets look great afterwards and I was able to point out spots of concern that the technician worked hard to treat individually so I could have the best result possible. Any time that I pointed out another area of concern the technician never reacted annoyed, instead he smiled and gave attention to the site. I scheduled the appointment on a day where I could stay off the carpet for a few hours following to allow full drying time, then came home and vacuumed again to get any unseen dirt/dust that was pulled out of the carpet with the deep clean after drying (recommended by the technician). It has been great, I have a 90 lbs german shepherd that has been in the house since 8weeks old and all the "puppy" stages & messes are barely noticable. Thank you for a great Big deal Angie's list.

I also purchased a big deal to do the vent cleaning. They were very nice and respectful, they were punctual. The work by Express Dry Carpet Cleaning was good.

I bought a Big Deal for sofa and chair upholstery cleaning for $89. The company was very prompt in contacting me and setting up my appointment. The day of the service I had been told the water in my building was going to be shut off. I called the company and they offered to bring their own water so I could keep the appointment. The serviceman who came was very polite and friendly and knew what he was doing. I paid an additional $60 to deodorize in addition to the cleaning since I had some pet odors. I'm still noticing some of the pet odor but overall I'm satisfied with the service.
