He did an excellent job and asked me if I approved of the work even before he was finished so that he could re-clean any areas, if necessary.

Great service. Making an appointment was easy and Nabil called in advance of his arrival which was with in the two hour scheduled window. He showed me everything that he would do and was especially cautious because we have an infant and he made sure we knew that it would be safe for him. The job was quick and we are happy with the service we recieved.

They did a really good job. The technicians were friendly, on time and knowledgeable. I told them the property was a rental and they took very good care not to damage anything. Tiran Hill was excellent. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Both workers that arrived were courteous and friendly and helped explain what service was needed the most for the job. We had very soiled carpet that needed extra care and attention in certain places as well as to be sanitized. They worked very hard for many hours to clean and remove stains on the carpet! I appreciated that since I had a short deadline to get the job done that they were able to come out the day after I called them. Would use them again in the future!

These guys were great! They showed up right on time. They did a very thorough and professional assessment. They asked if there were any areas that we would like specifically focused on. They described what we should expect and how to best care for the carpets in the future. They were relatively quick and the carpets looked great afterwards. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Generally it went pretty well. They did not get corners and wall areas very well. I had to show them a stink bug that they missed in a hallway corner.

The technician, Nabil, showed up on time and was very courteous. He explained the process and got to work. The carpet looks brand new! We will definitely use this service again!

They explained everything, They were on-time. They called 30 minutes before they came out. They did a good job. The carpet looks much clean than what they were.

The two technicians were sociable and happy to chat. I did not like that they were not prepared with booties to cover their shoes so as to not track street dirt throughout my home, especially in carpeted areas. All of the flooring throughout my home had just been professionally cleaned or replaced. When I protested about not covering their shoes, they said they could clean my carpets since their business includes carpet cleaning. I have had air duct cleaning done a few times before by another company, but decided to take advantage of the Angie's List "Deal". For future air duct cleaning, I will choose a different contractor.

They came in and did a walk through of the house and what I need to get cleaned. I added a room at the minute which they totally took in stride. They were very polite and set clear expectations on what the results were going to be and went over the prcing and didn't pressure me to buy things I could afford today. They stuck with my budget and got everything done in under 2 hours! I would completely recommend them to anybody in the area.

I was given a window of 9am-10am, and had asked if possible to arrive by 9. Nabil called at 8:35 to let me know he'd be there in 30 minutes, and actually arrived in 20. I greatly appreciated his timeliness since I had to stay home from work. He arrived and looked throughout the house and got right to work. He worked hard while he was here, and things look great. There were 2 old pet stains that he could not remove. He was very helpful in doing the stairs even though I hadn't requested them, I think partially because most of the carpets were not that dirty and our house isn't that large. I really appreciated his friendliness, professionalism and hard work.

Everyone was Courteous from the first telephone call for appointment and thru the completion of Job by two technicians.

It was perfect. They even cleaned some staircase carpet for me. They cleaned 6 steps for me. The work was done very quickly and very well. They were very nice fellows and didn't leave any mess. I highly recommend them.

After each room, Nabil asked us to review his work and ensured that we were satisfied. He removed a lot of dog hair embedded in the carpet and was very thorough. Nabil took a lot of pride in his work and was in no hurry to get done. It was a very satisfying experience!

It was easy to set up the appointment by phone a couple of days before I needed the service, and the gentleman who showed up was courteous and professional. A genuinely nice guy and a hard worker. He called early in the day to see if we could move the appointment up by one hour (which is so much better than having someone try to push it back, thus making you wait at the house longer). He also called about 15 minute before arrival to give us a heads up. The only reason that I didn't give an overall A is because after having a dry chemical clean, I think I will stick to a traditional steam clean. If you don't have the luxury of waiting a day or two for the carpet to dry (because, for instance, your household effects are being delivered the next day), then a dry clean is the way to go (it takes just a couple hours to dry). And if you're going to go with a dry clean, then this company is a fine choice. In short, having now experienced both I think I prefer a traditional steam clean. However, if you prefer or need to have a dry clean this is a good choice.

Great! On time and thorough

Everything was very fast and quick. I encountered no problems. They did the job within 30 minutes. They were very courteous, explained everything they were going to do at the beginning of the appointment and cleaned up well after themselves.
