Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. I paid an additional $10.

The tech was outstanding. Personable and a hard worker.

They were very nice and did a great job. They made sure we were happy throughout the cleaning. He even did an area rug at no additional cost. I would use them again.

The service provider was quick to respond; the reason I rated the experience poorly is that when something like this occurs. The provider should automatically notify Angie's List of the problem. Then Angie's List should contact the customer to offer another provider or a refund of the service.

They arrived on time and cleaned all of our carpets including our stairs. They explained what they were going to do. Also, the moved our furniture and found some stains we didn't even know that we had. We will definitely use them again in the future. HIGHLY recommend.

The two men team arrived on time and told me they would be finished in an hour. They used chemicals safe enough for babies and dogs yet strong enough to remove decades old stains, including rust. The method they used left the carpet damp but not soaking wet, so it tried quickly. The large room was cleaned beautifully, but the traffic on the stairs had left stains beyond hope, so I did not fault them for not being able to totally clean all the steps. After an hour they were finished and packed up their equipment. Hiring them made me realize how futile it would have been for me to rent a carpet cleaner and try to do it myself. It probably would have been a soaking mess. And the cost is so reasonable for such high quality work.

They came out and did a perfunctory job. They did not even turn the carpet over to try and clean it, which I had asked them to do. They came back out a second time to try and get the odor out, but this time they did turn it over and clean it front and back. They did a more thorough job this time, but they charged me again full price. In the end, the carpet still smells, but I don’t blame them exactly because I question if any company can get the smell out. I just wish they wouldn’t have charged me for both times they came out since they did such a minimal job the first time. I would not recommend them for removal of pet urine.

The crew was hard working and courteous. I couldn't be happier with the job.

Arrived within the time window given, took a complete tour of the house, noted all the areas that required special attention. Tech worked quickly, and well, asking me to check the work done, while in progress, confirm all my pet's stains. Covered his shoes, each time he was in and out of the house - and with pouring rain outside. He even loved the dog. Great job, good price, and my house looks great and smells nice and clean.

Raphael and Tom called before arrival, were very punctual and courteous. Raphael was very knowledgeable about the cleaning process, and answered all my questions before service began. Most importantly, when they were finished, I could see a huge difference in the carpets, and most important, the carpet was almost completely dry. Will definitely use the service in the future.

Service person was very punctual, went right to work and did not stop until it was all completed. He spot cleaned before he cleaned the entire carpet. Did an excellent job and followed instructions perfectly and was helpful in answering any questions or concerns.,

The service man arrived at 4 p.m., introduced himself, then proceeded to work at hand. He worked in the basement most of the time then went outside to make sure everything was cleaned out. While he was here he put a safer vent hose on.

Absolutely wonderful services. Highly recommend. Nabil was extremely courteous and removed a few pet stains with no problem. Carpets look like new. Extremely customer conscious.

Nabil called to see if he could come early -- which was very welcome and accommodated my schedule better. Both pieces of furniture were somewhat the worse for wear because of 2 aging cats. Nabil spent time vacuuming a lot of cat fur and then shampooing. Although he wouldn't promise being able to remove all of the stains, he successfully left the furniture looking brand new. He was very polite and careful of my belongings.

I definitely would use Express Dry Carpet Cleaning again. They arrived right at the scheduled time and the service men were pleasant and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts and all the vents (many companies charge extra based on the number of vents). Better yet, they recognized that my dryer vent also needed to be cleaned, and provided an excellent price for that additional service. After the service call, they called back to make sure the job had been done to my satisfaction. I have nothing negative to say about Express Dry Cleaning; they were great.

This was the first time I had used them. They were really good. They were extremely lovely to work with and very responsive. They called me back right away. One person came out to clean the carpets and it took about two hours. Later that afternoon, the owner called to follow up about the carpets. I have since reffered him to a family member who also used him and was thrilled with his service.

I purchased two different Big Deals from Angie's List - one for air duct cleaning and one for carpet cleaning. They both happened to be for the same company! I called last Friday to schedule bot services and got an immediate call back and was able to schedule the air duct for yesterday and carpet cleaning for today - exactly when I needed them! The air duct crew was on time, with a phone call ahead of time to let us know they were one the way. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly by a very friendly crew. I ven got a call from the office to make sure they had arrived on time. The carpet cleaner today was Nabil - very knowledgeable and thorough - he even made me feel that my carpets were not as bad as I thought they were! Again he arrived exactly on time, worked steadily to finish the job and the carpets look great! We have an old dog who has accidents and a 19 month old who spills everywhere so I was so pleased with how the carpets looked and how fresh everything smelled! I would use this company again.

I just cannot say enough good things about this company. We used an Angie's list big deal for complete duct cleaning and sanitation. Scheduling was very easy and convenient. The technician called 30 minutes prior to let us know that he was on his way and gave an estimated time of arrival...The technician arrived on time. He quickly set up his large vacuum machine near the air handler and hooked up all the hoses etc. At first he blew all out the ducts with an air compressor then the returns. He thoroughly cleaned the ducts in each room and finished the process with a lemon scented sanitizer...a nice touch! After the job, he informed us of the carpet cleaning services they perform. Needless to say, we are scheduling an appointment for 5 areas of deep carpet cleaning.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. We were shocked. First they were late and came in an old van that had no marks on it so we did not know if it was the vent service or not. Two men came and they were very unprofessional. They were shabby. One man stayed in the truck while the other man came in. He did not cover the furniture like I asked him. He told me he did not have anything to cover the furniture and that everything would be alright. I had the time of my life after he was done because their noisy machine sent dust all over my house. I had to clean up all over my house after they left. I think he came from some other site because there was sand in my home. I was not happy and was disappointed. He needed to put down a drop cloth on my floors and cloths to cover my furniture. They did not clean up anything after they left. They came, worked and did what they said they would do.
