Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

Nabil did a great job on my carpets. They were in really bad shape and he worked hard to get them clean. He was on time, professional and courteous. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I will definitely use Express Dry Carpet for the other rooms in my house. Thanks.

I've read a number of the other glowing reviews but I don't think we had the same guys. Overall, the experience was average. They arrived at the very end of the scheduled window and didn't call before coming as I had been told they would. I didn't catch their names if they even told me, and the paperwork didn't reflect who was here doing the work. One guy did a really good job vacuuming and cleaning the steps. The other guy was kind of pushy. The smell of the deodorizer was overwhelming and I had to open up the house because it was making me sick. I pointed out a couple of problem areas and the guy just dumped a spray bottle of something on it and it is still soaking wet. He kept pushing me to send in my review before they even left, but I wanted to see the carpet when it was dry before writing the review. There seemed to be a lot of residue on the carpet but it was better after I went over it with the vacuum a number of times. So I didn't know about your message until I realized the phone had been disconnected the next day, and by then I had moved the furniture all back.. I think it is inappropriate to request that a customer do an AL review in the technician's presence before they have even left the home. As it turns out after the carpets in my daughter's BR dried, two of the stains which appeared to be gone, reappeared as the carpet was dry. I think it is great that you have gotten so many good reviews, but if the employees are not consistent with your business practice, it is important for you to know, and not blame the customer if you don't get a stellar review. And for the record, the tall, thin guy did a very good job, I just wasn't impressed with the rest of the job.

The service team arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. The job was done with care and careful attention was made to the dirtier areas on the carpets. Overall, I am very satisfied with the carpet cleaning service.

Scheduling was very flexible. They called ahead just like I asked. Nabil showed up with an assistant and they did a nice job on older carpet in my rental property. They surveyed the carpet , explained the process and added the deodorizer at no cost. Looked great after they left and it was still a little wet but after it dried some stains remained. I called first thing Monday morning and no questions asked they send Nabil back out that day to redo the spots. Very customer service oriented and a very professional job. Highly recommend.

The air duct cleaning was scheduled to occur within a 2 hour time frame. The provider, David, called 20 minutes in advance to let me know when he would arrive. He was prompt and brought his equipment into the home. I showed him the location of the vents, return, and furnace. He connected his equipment and cleaned the vents by inserting a hose with a small nozzle. He did not remove the vent covers. He also changed the furnace filter and added lemon scented sanitizer. He cleaned up well and completed the work in about 1 hour. Afterwards, I could see some dust that behind the covers on the vents. He told me that the cleaning would remove 80-90% of the dust, but not all of it. This is the first time that I've had the service performed since buying my home nearly three years ago. It seems to have improved the effectiveness of the heating system somewhat.

Scheduling was was easy. Vaughn called 1/2 hr prior to arriving. Upon arriving he put booties on his shoes before entering the house. He worked quickly and efficiently and was polite. I had scheduled just the sofa and chair, but asked if he could do the wing backs while he was here. He added them at a nominal cost. The furniture smells nice, and has dried quickly. One thing I was kind of surprised by: when signing the paperwork, he gave me the pre-arranged total, and then asked if I wanted to add a gratuity! I've had lots of work done in my home, and never had anyone ask me that! Very awkward. I did not add one, but gave him some freshly baked cookies.

All went well. The owners came and provided the service. They brought their portable equipment inside the house and kept the place clean where they worked. The owner is very personable and has great energy for getting the job done for his customers. He's a very good communicator!

Express Dry was very responsive and easy to deal with when making the appointment. I was called, as promised, 30 minutes before arrival. Nabil arrived and was very professional. Looked at our space, and explained what he was going to do. He cleaned a high traffic berber carpet in our family, now the carpet looks brand new. I could not be more pleased with this service, and plan to use them exclusively in the future to clean carpets and upholstery. Nabil was friendly and professional. He did his work quickly and thoroughly . A complete pleasure to wortk with this company.

My experience was very good. They made an appointment quickly and their communication was efficient. They guy arrived on time and was very polite. He cleaned all of our air ducts and even threw in a free sanitizer. I am happy with the services and I am going to use them for carpet cleaning as well.

Very good. I wish I'd taken the cleaning of dryer duct when it was offered on the spot - forget how much more. Perhaps, it would be nice to know they will offer it when they call to confirm appt. I had a question after, and they were very responsive to a phone inquiry. Use them!

I phoned Express Dry Carpet on Columbus Day morning shortly after 8 a.m. with concerns about two oriental rugs. Within an hour, I had an appointment for the next morning with their in-house expert on oriental rugs, Vaughn. Vaughn arrived as scheduled, phoning first. He was a consummately professional magician -- honest, candid, competent, efficient. He told me that a rug I had just bought -- which had prompted my call -- was damaged by mildew beyond cleaning. He then packed the rug for me for return -- the rug was causing me breathing problems, so I stayed away. Vaughn then inspected the rest of my carpets, pronounced most fine and clean, pointed out fold marks and other details, and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the other two carpets that I was concerned about. He could have told me that various other rugs needed cleaning, and I wouldn't have argued. But he was extremely candid and honest. Confident, competent, honest, decent, all low-key and efficient -- a perfect service professional. Terrific experience -- Top rating for this firm!

Express Dry Carpet Cleaning (Express) came about 2 hours late. Another job had taken longer than they anticipated. However, they timely called me in advanced and got my agreement to come later. They did arrive by the amended time. We did a walk through of the spaces to be cleaned and he confirmed our previous telephone agreement on price. The quality of the work was excellent. They were able to remove grounded in dirt and stains I was sure were permanent wear. I was amazed at the improvements that I thought was not possible. I did notice that some areas on the front part of each stair had looked like they were lightened, but they next morning after it dried that had darkened up again and looked a little worn like it did before, but overall I was still pleased with the experience. Also, they were generous and not nitpicky, as to the areas they would clean. I would use Express again and recommend them to others, especially those with older carpets who may be thinking of replacing the carpet.

Vaughn called 30 minutes before his arrival which is nice, so you know exactly when he is showing during your scheduled window of time. He covered his shoes immediately after entering our home, as to not track any dirt. I feel he was very thorough with his cleaning and took his time. I would definitely recommend Express Dry for your carpet cleaning needs. I will also be using them again to have our 3rd level cleaned in the near future.

They called before and arrived on time. They went straight to work and so far everything looks good. They were in and out and did their job and cleaned up after themselves.

well. They use a machine I'm not particularly familiar with and may not be the best choice for many (or new-ish) carpet. Looks/acts much like an industrial floor polisher.

Called on a Friday to make the appointment. Scheduling was extremely easy and I was able to get the appointment scheduled for Monday (arrived on time). The carpet was very dirty and had a lot of stains. By the end of the job you could see a night/day difference. The carpet is now clean and fresh!!! We are extremely happy with the service we received and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks for a job well done.

Wonderful. He called to let me know when he'd be arriving. Explained everything when he got there and did a great job on the carpet and upholstery. I was going to replace the carpet but don't need to do that now. It looks great!
