The person was very professional. He assured he arrived on-time, set up a floor mat to prevent any leaks on my carpet and cleaned everything up.

I would not say that the service was excellent but it was fine with the price and everything. We were happy with it. We used the big deal right away after we purchased it.

I was scheduled to have them come by at 1pm and I received a call an hour or so earlier from Vaughn saying he was available to come early. I was pleased that he rang to see if he could come earlier as my afternoon was busy at work. Vaughn showed up exactly when we agreed and was very professional. He set off to work straight away and was extremely thorough. An hour or so later, my sofa looked as good as new! I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again. Great price, totally professional and a fantastic end product - exactly what you want from any service provider!

Ty and David showed up within their window and were very friendly and professional. We had other contractors in the house as we are finishing up a renovation, and they all worked well together in a tight and crowded space. I would recommend and use them again in the future.

Nabil, the technician, did a fabulous job! Arrives right on time, explained the process and got stains out of the carpet that I thought would be impossible to remove. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I made an appointment for July, but then my a/c broke and I had additional plumbing problems (water in basement) so I canceled the appointment. I finally replaced the a/c unit in October and the installer recommended I have a more extensive cleaning (in which they cut holes in the ductwork) from a different Angie's List provider because of the state of my ductwork and my granddaughter's extreme dust and pet allergies. So I have received an estimate from this other provider and will be using them.

Rafael and Tom arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They called me 30 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know there were en route. They worked VERY hard first brushing and vacuuming cat fur off of our furniture and then cleaning it. Whey they found stains, they paid extra attention. They were pleasant and I am very pleased with the results. Our furniture looks like new (even though it is over six years old!) I HIGHLY recommend them.

These guys were great. They called to let me know when they'd be here (and were on time), were super friendly, and even went above and beyond by searching (fruitlessly) for the outside exit of my dryer vent. My carpets are completely clean, they helped me move furniture, and then gave me advice on our dryer vent. I'd definitely use them again.

I can not say enough good things about Express Dry Carpet Cleaning. I called them a week before I needed 6 rooms with carpet cleaned and told them I saw them on Angie's List. They quoted me a great price, and they came the day I needed them. He was professional, pleasant, knew what he was doing, and got right to work. Our basement carpets had pet stains, and our living room and dining room have a cream colored carpet that really shows any stains and foot traffic dirt, but now everything looks as good as new! In the past, I have had carpet cleaners come to my house, see a white carpet and immediately try to charge me more for cleaning than what they estimated. Nabil came and vacuumed, moved furniture and do really great job. The carpets look as good as new.

As promised by the office, Nabil contacted me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Nabil did a walk through and confirmed the pricing. He and his assistant Dave work very efficiently as a team and were very tolerant of our dog. Our house has had many pets over the years - lots of fur and messy accidents. My service went very well. Nabil, the technician who performed the carpet cleaning, was very friendly. After I showed him my problem areas he quickly reassured me that there would be no difficulty in getting them clean. He explained, in detail, how he was going to clean the carpets, the expected time to clean all areas, and any follow up actions. Because I have pets, he recommended a certain carpet cleaning solution that would quickly remove any stains, and leave the carpet spotless. Since I saw this cleaning solution in action, I was convinced and will add the product to my list of "must haves." The whole apartment was cleaned in very little time and I was thoroughly satisfied with how the carpets looked after Nabil was done. Would I use Express Dry Carpet again? Absolutely!

They were professional and used a dry carpet cleaning method that I was very satisfied with. I'm moving into a new house and the carpets were very dirty and he was able to remove all of the stains the carpet looks brand new. He also threw in a free sanitizer and deodorizer. I am very happy with them. Nablil was the cleaner.

It was really great. Nabil came on time and was incredibly pleasant and informative. He worked extremely h****** ensuring that I was happy. On my sectional, he cleaned every bit of it. He explained to me the various spots that my kids had created on the sectional and how he cleaned them. It has never looked this good. He also cleaned the carpet and again, I have never seen it this clean. The carpet seemed to be dry within an hour. I am definitely going to use them again. He had a lot of work to do on my carpet and couches and I am very pleased. The best company I have used thus far.

Service was great. They called ahead of time and were on time. They came right in and got the job in no time.

Carpets turned out very clean. They dried very quickly, too. However, and this is just a personal opinion, I did not like that the technician asked me several times to make sure to mention his name if I was giving the company a good report . Apparently there was a bonus in it for him if I did. To me, the company should know if their employees give good service - I don't like being responsible for someone's getting or not getting extra pay.
