Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

Nabil called 30 minutes before arrival, as promised. When he arrived, he explained what they would be able to and what they wouldn't (as I expected). I had some high traffic areas that were pretty dirty and also an ink stain that I assumed would never come out. Nabil made my carpet look like new and the ink stain is gone. Would definitely recommend.

I had several carpets in my home that had stains and were looking pretty bad, so I asked them to clean them. To my great surprise, they were able to get out some stains that I didn't think would come out. They also recommended ways to spot-clean the carpets. They called 30 minutes before they came, and were punctual and polite. Nabil and his coworker walked through the house with me before getting started, looking at each carpet and explaining what they were going to do. I was very impressed with how thorough they were and with how careful they were with my furniture. The carpets look terrific now - I wish I had done it sooner! I'll definitely have them come again in the future.

He said he would do his best but there were likely some that we had already treated and they may not be able to be fully removed. I appreciated his honesty. They were punctual and informative. They educated me on a second filter for my furnace. They were efficient, clean, and they were careful with my hardwood floors and paint. I got great service, and they didn't try to charge me for things that I didn't need. They're a good deal for the price.

Express Dry Cleaning servicemen called one-half hour before coming. They arrived in the early part of the time they had scheduled. They were very professional, courteous, and personable. They walked through the areas and had me point out any areas that I felt needed extra attention. They were very thorough. They told me what additional services they could add. I added fabric protector for my stairs but there was no hard sell on that or any of the other offered extras. My rugs look great. They cleaned one older rug (40 years) and it has not looked so good in years. I definitely would use them again.

Express Dry was a pleasure to work with. Shouki checked in after the first carpet cleaning to see if it had worked. It took three attempts (different methods) to get the cat urine smell out of the carpet but on the third try it worked. Shouki and Tyrone were both honest and wanted to give me the most for my money. They didn't try to bill me for services I didn't need. I felt that they truly cared about me and valued my business. It was refreshing to work with such pleasant and honest people. I would recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning or duct cleaning.

Express Dry Carpet sent Rafael and Tom to tackle a particularly difficult task. For years, one of our older dogs had taken to coming in from the yard or a walk in the woods, then rubbing along the edge of a seldom used upholstered love seat. Visible grime and dander had really built up on the edges of the cushions, the sides of the love seat, and the back of the unit. I was ready to throw it away as it was unfit for humans to sit in. Well, Rafael first studied the situation, analyzed the grime build-up, then did a spot test. We consulted and decided that it was in fact worth cleaning. Wow, it looks fabulous now! Rafael and Tom also cleaned an upholstered couch which has reclining seats, an upholstered ottoman, and an heirloom type of parsons chair that my husband inherited from his mother. I could not be happier with the results. Rafael and Tom were very professional and competent, very careful to clean up any spots of water. We will definitely use them again! and again!

After several years of 3 kids, a dog and 2 not so tidy adults, our family room furniture was really looking bad. Structurally it was in good shape, but it was dirty. We'd cleaned it ourselves a couple of time with a small hand held steam cleaner, but by this time the furniture was well beyond that. Found Express Dry Cleaning had a deal on Angie's List & they had good reviews so I purchased the deal. The contacted me promptly to set up the appointment. They gave me a very reasonable 2 hour window (as opposed to 4 or more hours that most service providers give you) and the gentleman who came to clean was at our front door at the beginning of the two hour window. He told us that he couldn't promise that the furniture would look new (and that wasn't our expectation) but that it would look much better. And he was right. He worked very hard, and took his time (was at our house for 1.5 hours). Now that the furniture has dried, it looks really good, much better than I thought it would. I will definitely call them back when I need the furniture cleaned again.

I purchased the Big Deal for a couch & loveseat cleaning. The technician showed up in the early part of the 2-hour window and got right to work. He discussed with me ahead of time what he would and may not be able to get of the couches to make sure I was on the same page with him for expected results. He got right down to work any my couches look great! They took a bit longer than expected to dry, but with flipping them every couple of hours they dried evenly and with no lasting odors.

They were scheduled to arrive between 11:00am and 1:00pm. They called at 9:40 and asked if they could come early -- that was not a problem for me. Nabil came to do the work. He was polite and very nice. He did a great job cleaning the chair and the carpet. He took extra care to clean spots/stains and to clean up next to the baseboards. I appreciate the job Nabil did and will not hesitate to use Express Dry Carpet again. Thank you!

When i first bought the deal I was under the impression someone would call me to set up the appointment but after a week I decided to call them and then I was able to set up the appointment. The two techs came out in the specified window they gave me and even gave me a courtesy call 45min before the showed up. The cleaning went really well, fast and thorough. No complaints and I will call them in the future.

This company did an outstanding job. Rowan & David arrived as scheduled. We just purchased this home & knew there was a little mold in the furnace. The guys explained everything, were very knowledgable and even applied a treatment for mold to the air ducts. They offered other services (no hard sell) one of which was it clean the dryer vents. It's a good thing we took them up on it because there was so much lint there it had become a fire hazard. We would highly recommend this company and will gladly use them again.

I called them yesterday with a bit of an emergency and needed someone right away and they worked with me to fit me into their schedule. The work went fabulous. They came when they said they would they were professional the answered all my questions and were a pleasure to work with.

They did a good job. They did have to redo a few areas after the carpet dried a little. We have a lot of high traffic areas. We would use them again.

The provider came in assessed the floors and recommended a deep cleaning because we have a pet. It made sense to me. They then needed access to a place to get hot water. We were in the middle of construction so that was hard for us to do. If I would have known I could have made better access to the utility sink. They were done in about 90 minutes on the three bedrooms, a hall, and 13 stairs. The floors looked better but being that they are less than two years old I thought they might be closer to looking new. The vendor promised to get 85% of the stains out that they did. The carpet was dry in about 4 hours. The reason I wouldn't use them again is that I would like to try to see if steam cleaning works any better for my needs.

Tiran, from Express Dry Carpet Cleaning, called ten minutes before arriving to let me know he would be at my house on time. He was very nice and professional. I had not had my dryer vent cleaned out in 40 years! He was thorough and very neat. To say there was a lot of compacted lint in the vent is an understatement. Tiran made sure the vent was totally clean, both on the inside of our house and on the outside. He helped clean the lint that had stuck to the wall and floor so everything around vent was clean, also. I would highly recommend this company. I have also used the company to clean my carpets, and they did a wonderful job.

I was not home. My husband said they arrived on time and hooked up the vents to a huge suction machine out in their vehicle and sucked all the dirt and grim out. It all went well, fast and seems to be fine and I can tell by looking at registers cleaner.

Nabil arrived and went right to work. He was very customer-oriented, personable, and professional. He explained what he would be doing and that some stains, e.g., pet stains, might be a challenge. He promised he would do his best. The result was outstanding! The carpeting, while not old, looked like it had just been installed. Stains were gone! Odors were gone! Express Dry Carpet was able to schedule within a few days of my call, which was great. Their great reviews and wide array of deals made them an obvious choice. The technician, Vaughn, called an hour before coming and arrived exactly on time. He was polite, walked through the areas we were planning to have cleaned, let us know what it would cost to add a hallway or extra staircase (with absolutely no pressure at all to do either), and started from the top of the house, working down to the bottom. The carpets looked immeasurably better even as soon as he left, while still drying. I did a walk through of most areas before he left and pointed out a couple minor spots, which he immediately took care of. Unfortunately, I didn't check a couple of areas where there had been some stains and which just looked wet while he was here. Once it dried, I noticed that in one 2x2 section of carpet a bunch of sticky stuff hadn't actually been lifted. I called the next day and the owner apologized and immediately agreed to send Vaughn back out to handle the area. He was back the following day, apologized for missing those spots, took care of it, and was gone. They were extremely professional about it, and I now know to be more thorough in my own inspection during carpet cleaning. We were happy for the deep cleaning treatment because we have pets and hadn't had the carpets cleaned in a couple of years, but we didn't pay for any extra deodorizing or special treatments - and didn't need to. My brother had a groupon deal company come through his house a few days before and it barely looked like they did anything, whereas our carpets look like new! We will absolutely be calling Express on an annual basis.

Nabil came to my house promptly when he said he would be there, looked over the areas of concern on my carpet and warned me some of it might not come up. My carpets are in good condition but just traffic and some occasional spills have caused spots. He was here for 2 hours and my carpet looks amazing!!! He moved things out of the way to get under furniture. I will definitely use them again!!
